Abstract

Submerged covering for boat hulls is an impermeable, submerged covering for protection of boats, to be used from the flank of the boat just above the water line until totally below the water line, or that is, sealing and isolating from water the entire lower portion of boat hulls whether docked, anchored or floating freely.
