Abstract
The invention relates to a shaft unit (16) for a turbocharger, said shaft unit (16) having a shaft (18) that is situated in a bearing bush unit (20). The bearing bush unit (20) has a recess (26) at one or both ends (22, 24) for a sealing device (28) that extends in a radial direction, lying against and sealing a respective sealing surface (30).
