Abstract

The invention relates to a method for operating a radio system comprising at least one receiving unit (REC2) that is designed to provide a data signal (S_BIT2) on the output side dependent on a predetermined receiving signal (SREC) on the input side and a predetermined receiver frequency (f2). A signal pattern of the data signal (S BIT2) on the input side is compared to signal patterns of several predetermined identification codes (ID1, ID2) that are associated with the predetermined receiver frequency (f2). Depending on the comparison, the identification code having the signal pattern with the greatest match with the signal pattern of the data signal (S_BIT2) is associated with the predetermined receiver frequency (f2).
