Abstract

 本発明は、基板上に蛍光体層を有するシンチレータと、少なくとも該蛍光体層の表面を被覆する保護層とを有するシンチレータパネルにおいて、該保護層の、蛍光体層側と反対側表面の表面エネルギーが、45mJ/m2以下、0mJ/m2以上であることを特徴とし、生産適性に優れ、蛍光体層の保護ができ、かつシンチレータパネルを平面受光素子に接触させて使用する場合に鮮鋭性の劣化の少ないシンチレータパネルが提供できる。
