Abstract
Provided is a low-resistance collector which can be used for a cell so as to enable a high-speed charge and a high-speed discharge and suppress heating accompanying cell charge/discharge. The collector includes a surface-treated layer at least on one side of a conductive base. The contact surface of the surface-treated layer with the conductive base has an opposite side surface on which the ratio of the micro-view surface area against the macro-view surface area is 2.20 or above. The surface-treated layer has a volume resistance of 2 Ω cm or below. An electrode and a cell using the collector are also disclosed.
