Abstract

 高温強度に優れたボイラ用低熱膨張Ni基超耐熱合金が開示されている。本合金は、時効処理を行わないことによって溶接が可能である。本合金の硬度は、ビッカース硬さ240以下である。本合金は、質量%で、C:0.2%以下、Si:0.5%以下、Mn:0.5%以下、Cr:10~24%、MoとWの1種または2種をMo+0.5W=5~17%、Al:0.5~2.0%、Ti:1.0~3.0%、Fe:10%以下、BとZrのうち1種または2種をB:0.02%以下(0%は含まず)、Zr:0.2%以下(0%は含まず)、および、残部である48~78%のNiと不可避的不純物を含む。
