Abstract

Provided are a scintillator panel having improved sharpness and a radiological image detector provided with such scintillator panel. The scintillator panel has a scintillator layer on a graphite substrate. The surface roughness (Ra) of a surface on the side facing the scintillator layer on the graphite substrate satisfies an inequality of 0.10μm≤Ra≤0.80μm.
