Abstract
Diagnosis of scoliosis is adequately supported on the basis of the Cobb angle measured using the spine image of a diagnosis subject and the Cobb angle measured using a past spine image. If the Cobb angle A of the spine image of a diagnosis subject is below a predetermined threshold B (step S15; YES) and equal to a predetermined threshold C or more (step S16; YES), a diagnostic imaging support apparatus inquires the past medical examination of an image server device (step S17), acquires the results of the D past Cobb angle measurements from the image server device (step S19), calculates a past reference value by calculating a weighted average of the values, calculates a judgment value F in consideration of the difference between the current Cobb angle A and the past reference value and the current Cobb angle A (step S20), and if the judgment value F is larger than a reference value E (step S21; YES), displays an indicator on a display unit (step S22).
