[42] A fastener means 2 is attached to a front section 10. The fastener means 2 may be attached along at least some portions of the left and right seams 6 and 7 or in parallel to the left and right seams 6 and 7. In addition, as shown in Fig. 1, the fastener means 2 can extend to left and right sleeves 4 and 5 sewn on the front and back sections 10 and 20.
[43] Although the fastener means 2 are illustrated as a pair of zippers in this embodiment, the present invention is not limited thereto. Alternatively, the fastener means 2 may also be sufficiently implemented with a pair of buttons, snap buttons or Velcro tapes.
[44] Moreover, the clothes are not limited to the clothes 1 of Fig. 1 in this embodiment. It will be apparent that the present invention is also applicable to clothes which are not intended to be opened by a pair of zippers 15.
[45] Each of the string members 3 may be a string with a large elastic force. One end of the string members 3 is fixedly attached to an upper portion of the inner surface of the back section 20. Although a ring 33 is used to fix the one end of the string members 3 in this embodiment, the present invention is not limited thereto.
[46] The other end of the string members 3 is detachably attached to a lower portion of the inner surface of the back section 20. Here, a detachable attachment means 31 such as a Velcro tape can be attached to the lower portion of the inner surface of the back section 20.
[47] Although this embodiment is illustrated as having two string members 3 attached to the inner surface of the back section 20, the present invention is not limited thereto. Alternatively, one string member may be attached to the inner surface of the back section 20.
[48] In addition, although the string members 3 is attached to extend from the upper portion to the lower portion of the inner surface of the back section 20, i.e., in a vertical direction, in this embodiment, the string members 3 may be attached to the inner surface of the back section 20 in a diagonal or horizontal direction.
[49] Meanwhile, a first fixing means 32 can be provided at the other end of the string members 3. The first fixing means 32 can be connected to a second fixing means 12 formed at a lower portion of an outer surface of the front section 10, which is well shown in Fig. 5. As the first fixing means 32 is connected to the second fixing means 12 in this manner, a user can carry the string members 3 on his/her shoulder, so that the user can conveniently carry the clothes 1.
[50] The string members 3 has a length sufficient to allow a user to carry the clothes 1 on his/her back using the string members 3 after folding the clothes 1 as shown in Fig. 3 and fastening the fastener means 2 as shown in Fig. 4. In addition, the string members 3 may be further provided with an adjustment means (not shown) for adjusting the
length of the string members 3.
[51] Snap buttons 22 are provided on an outer surface of the back section 20 of the clothes
1. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the volume of the clothes 1 by folding the lower portion of the clothes 1 and fastening the snap buttons 22.
[52] In the portable folding clothes 1 with the above configuration, the lower portion of the clothes 1 is fixed in the folded state by using the snap buttons 22 attached to the back section 20. Then, the left and right sleeves 4 and 5 of the clothes 1 are partially folded inward, and the front section 10 and the back section 20 are folded and the fastener means 2 is then fastened. Thereafter, the user grasps the string members 3 attached to the inner surface of the back section 20 and then connects the first fixing means 32 provided at the other end of the string members 3 to the second fixing means 12 formed at the front section 10.
[53] In this manner, the user can conveniently carry the clothes 1 using the string members 3 after folding the clothes 1 and fastening the fastener means 2.
[54] Fig. 6 is a view illustrating a front section of portable folding clothes according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 7 is a view illustrating a state where left and right sleeves of the portable folding clothes of Fig. 6 are accommodated between front and back sections of the clothes.
[55] The portable folding clothes 1 of Fig. 6 according to a second embodiment of the present invention is identical to the portable folding clothes according to the first embodiment of the present invention in that a user can bring the clothes 100 with him/her by carrying the clothes 1 on his/her back using string members 103 after fastening fastener means 102.
[56] However, the portable folding clothes 100 according to the second embodiment of the present invention is different from the portable folding clothes according to the previous embodiment of the present invention in that sleeve separating means 141 and 151 are formed at left and right sleeves 104 and 105. The following description will be made mainly in connection with such a difference.
[57] The portable folding clothes 100 according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes a front section 110 and a back section 120. The clothes 100 further includes a fastener means 102 attached along or in parallel to left and right seams 106 and 107 formed by sewing left and right edges of the front and back sections 110 and 120, the string members 103 attached to the back section 120, and sleeve separating means 141 and 151 for partially separating left and right sleeves 104 and 105. The fastener means 102 can extend to the left and right sleeves 104 and 105 sewn on the front section 110 and the back section 120, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Alternatively, the fastener means 102 may be attached before the left and right sleeves 104 and 105.
[58] The left and right sleeves 104 and 105 are further formed with the sleeve separating means 141 and 151 for partially separating the left and right sleeves 104 and 105 from the front section 110 and the back section 120. At this time, the sleeve separating means 141 and 151 are positioned near the seams where the fastener means 102 is positioned, as well shown in Fig. 6, but the present invention is not limited thereto. If the fastener means 102 is not attached to the left and right sleeves 104 and 105, the sleeve separating means 141 and 151 may be positioned at seams obtained by sewing the left and right sleeves 104 and 105 on the front section 110 and the back section 120.
[59] The left and right sleeves 104 and 105 separated respectively by the sleeve separating means 141 and 151 are accommodated between the front section 110 and the back section 120. When the left and right sleeves 104 and 105 are accommodated between the front section 110 and the back section 120, the clothes become sleeveless clothes. In addition, when the separated left and right sleeves 104 and 105 are taken out of between the front section 110 and the back section 120 and each of the sleeve separating means 141 and 151 is fastened, the clothes become long-sleeved clothes. Accordingly, a user can transform the clothes into sleeveless or long-sleeved clothes, if necessary.
[60] Hereinafter, a portable folding clothes according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be explained below in detail with reference to Figs. 8 to 14.
[61] Fig. 8 is a view illustrating a back section of the portable folding clothes according to the third embodiment of the present invention.
[62] Fig. 9 is a view illustrating an inner surface of the back section shown in Fig. 8, Fig.
10 is a view illustrating a state where left and right sleeves of the portable folding clothes according to the third embodiment of the present invention are folded, Fig. 11 is a illustrating a state where a fastener means is fastened in the portable folding clothes of Fig. 10, Fig. 12 is a view illustrating a state where string members of the portable folding clothes according to the third embodiment of the present invention are connected, Fig. 13 and 14 are views illustrating a state where a second fixing means and a second fastening means of the portable folding clothes according to the third embodiment of the present invention are fastened.
[63] Referring to Figs. 8 and 9, portable folding clothes 200 according to the third embodiment of the present invention includes a front section 210 and a back section 220. The clothes 200 include a fastener means 202 attached along or in parallel to left and right seams 206 and 207 formed by sewing left and right edges of the front section 210 and left and right edges of the back section 220, at least one string members 203 attached to an inner surface of the back section 220, and a securing means attached to the back section 220 and secured to a fixing means provided to the string members 203. Wherein, the securing means includes a first securing means 212 attached to an
outer surface of the back section 220, and a second securing means 214 attached to a lower portion of the back section 220. The fixing means includes a first fixing means
232 provided at the other end of the string members 203, and a second fixing means
233 provided at one end of the string members 203.
[64] The fastener means 202 is attached to the back section 220. The fastener means 202 may be attached along at least some portions of the left and right seams 206 and 207 or in parallel to the left and right seams 206 and 207. In addition, as shown in Fig. 8, the fastener means 202 can extend to left and right sleeves 204 and 205 sewn on the front and back sections 210 and 220.
[65] Although the fastener means 202 is illustrated as a pair of zippers in this embodiment, the present invention is not limited thereto. Alternatively, the fastener means 202 may also be sufficiently implemented with a pair of buttons, snap buttons or Velcro tapes.
[66] Moreover, the clothes are not limited to the clothes of Fig. 9 in this embodiment. It will be apparent that the present invention is also applicable to clothes which are not intended to be opened by a pair of zippers 215.
[67] Each of the string members 203 may be a string with a large elastic force. Although this embodiment illustrates that two string members 203 are attached to the inner surface of the back section 220, alternatively, the one string member 203 may be attached to the inner surface of the back section 220.
[68] The other end of the string members 203 is provided with the first fixing means 232.
As shown in Fig 9, the first fixing means 232 can be exposed outside of the inner surface of the back section 220. This first fixing means 232 is secured to the first securing means 212 attached to the outer surface of the back section 220. More concretely, as shown in Fig. 10, the clothes is folded, and as shown in Fig. 11, the fastener means 202 attached to the back section 220 are fastened each other. Then, the first fixing means 232 placed to the other end of the string members 203 attached to the inner surface of the back section 220 is secured to the first securing means 212 attached to the outer surface of the back section 220. Such secured condition is shown well in Fig. 12. The first securing means 212 is attached to the outer surface of the back section 220, and preferably attached to a position to secure the first fixing means 232 provided to the other end of the string members 203.
[69] The first securing means 212 consists of a band member 212a attached to the outer surface of the back section 220, and a ring 212b provided to one side of the band member 212a. Alternatively, the ring may be attached to the outer surface of the back section 220. Accordingly, the first fixing means 232 is secured to the first securing means 212, particularly, the ring 212b, and can make the string members 203 to be a structure that could be tied. Such the string members 203 have a length adjusting
means 203a that could adjust the length of the string members to shoulder the folded clothes.
[70] Meanwhile, one end of the string members 203 is provided with a second fixing means 233, the second fixing means 233 may be fixedly attached to the upper portion of the inner surface of the back section 220.
[71] The second fixing means 233, as shown in Fig. 9, includes a band member 233a, a ring 233b, and connecting member 233c. The band member 233a is attached to the upper portion of the inner surface of the back section 220. The ring 233b is placed at one side of the band member 233a, and the other side of the band member 233 is attached to the fixed point of the clothes. The ring 233b is connected to the connecting member 233c which is placed at one end of the string members 203. In this manner, the connection of the ring 233b and the connecting member 233c causes the one end of the string members 203 to be fixed to the back section 220. To the second fixing means 233, particularly the ring 233b, is secured the second securing means 214 attached to the lower portion of the back section 220.
[72] More concretely, as shown in Fig. 12, after the first securing means 212 is secured to the first fixing means 232, as shown in Fig. 13, in the state that the clothes is folded, the second securing means 214 attached to the lower portion of the back section 220 is secured to the ring 233b of the second fixing means 233. Accordingly, the volume of the clothes is decreased.
[73] The second securing means 214 may similarly consist of a band member 214a attached to the lower portion of the back section 220 and a ring 214b provided to one side of the band member 214a. Or the second securing means 214 may be only a ring attached to the lower portion of the back section 220. Therefore, the second fixing means 233, particularly the ring 233b is secured to the ring 214b of the second securing 214.
[74] In this embodiment, it is described that a pair of the second securing means 214 are attached to the lower portion of the back section 220, but the present invention is not limited to this. One of the second means may be attached to the back section 220 and secured to the second fixing means 233. In addition, a separate fixing means to be secured to one of the second securing means may be attached to the upper portion of the inside of the back section 220, particularly between the second fixing means 233.
[75] In the portable folding clothes 200 having the structure as described above, after the left and right sleeves 204 and 205 are folded inward, the front section 210 and the back section 220 are folded and then fastened by the fastener means 202. Next, the string members 203 attached to the inner surface of the back section 220 are drawn through the upper portion of the back section 220 toward the outer surface of the back section 220, and then the first fixing means 232 placed at the other end of the string members
203 is secured to the first securing means 212 attached to the outer surface of the back portion 220. Next, in the state that the first fixing means 232 and the first securing means 212 are secured each other, the clothes is folded forward about a horizontal line connecting the two first securing means 212, and then the second fixing means 233 attached to the upper portion of the inner surface of the back section 220 and the second securing means 214 attached to the outside of the back section 220 are secured each other. By securing the first fixing means 232 and the first securing means 212 each other, the string members 203 become a shoulder straps. In addition, the first fixing means 232 and the first securing means 212 are secured each other, and then the clothes is further folded to secure the second fixing 233 and the second securing means 214 each other, so that the volume of the clothes may be decreased.
[76] A user can conveniently carry the clothes using the string members 203 made by folding the clothes, securing the fastener means 202 each other and securing the first and second fixing means 232, 233 to the first and second securing means 212, 214, respectively.
[77] In this embodiment it is described that the string members 203, the first and second securing means 212, 214 are attached to the back section 220, but the string members 203 may be attached to the inner surface of the front section 210, and the first and second securing means 212, 214 may be attached to the outer surface and the lower portion of the front section 210.
[78] In the case that the string members 203 are attached to the inner surface of the front section 210, the string members 203 attached to the inner surface of the front section 210 are drawn through the upper portion of the front section 210 toward the outer surface of the back section 220, and then the first fixing means 232 placed at the other end of the string members 203 is secured to the first securing means 212 attached to the outer surface of the back portion 220. Next, in the state that the first fixing means 232 and the first securing means 212 are secured each other, the clothes is folded forward about a horizontal line connecting the two first securing means 212, and then the second fixing means 233 attached to the upper portion of the inner surface of the front section 210 and the second securing means 214 attached to the outside of the back section 220 are secured each other, so that the string members 203 become a shoulder straps.
[79] Further, in the case that the string members 203 are attached to the inner surface of the front section 210 and the first and second securing means 212, 214 are attached to the outer surface and the lower portion of the front section 210, the string members 203 attached to the inner surface of the front section 210 is drawn through the lower portion of the front section 210 toward the outer surface of the front section 210, and then the first fixing means 232 placed at the other end of the string members 203 is
secured to the first securing means 212 attached to the outer surface of the front portion 210. Next, in the state that the first fixing means 232 and the first securing means 212 are secured each other, the clothes is folded backward about a horizontal line connecting the two first securing means 212, and then the second fixing means 233 attached to the upper portion of the inner surface of the front section 210 and the second securing means 214 attached to the outside of the front section 210 are secured each other, so that the string members 203 become a shoulder straps.
[80] Meanwhile, as shown in Fig. 15, by fastening the first fixing means 232 provided to the other end of the string members 203, i.e., the rings each other, the string members 203 become a shoulder straps. In addition, the folded clothes as shown in Fig. 15 is folded as shown in Fig. 16, and the ring 212b of the first securing means 212 attached to the outside of the back section 220 is secured to the connecting member 233b and the ring 233c of the second fixing means 233 and the ring 214b of the second securing means 214 which are already secured, so that the volume of the clothes may be decreased.
[81] Fig. 17 is a view illustration a front section of portable folding clothes according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 18 is a view illustrating a state where left and right sleeves of the portable folding clothes of Fig. 17 are accommodated between front and back sections of the clothes.

At this time, the sleeve separating means 341 and 351 are positioned near the seams where the fastener means 302 is positioned, as well shown in Fig. 17, but the present invention is not limited thereto. If the fastener means 302 is not attached to the left and right sleeves 304 and 305, the sleeve separating means 341 and 351 may be positioned at seams obtained by sewing the left and right sleeves 304 and 305 on the front section 310 and the back section 320.
[87] The left and right sleeves 304 and 305 separated respectively by the sleeve separating means 341 and 351 are accommodated between the front section 310 and the back section 320. When the left and right sleeves 304 and 305 are accommodated between the front section 310 and the back section 320, the clothes become sleeveless clothes. In addition, when the separated left and right sleeves 304 and 305 are taken out of between the front section 310 and the back section 320 and each of the sleeve separating means 341 and 351 is fastened, the clothes become long-sleeved clothes. Accordingly, a user can transform the clothes into sleeveless or long-sleeved clothes, if necessary.
[88] The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, and those skilled in the art can make various modifications and changes thereto. The modifications and changes fall within the scope of the present invention defined by the appended claims.
