Abstract

 本発明は、受信アンテナを介して受信した体内画像取得装置からの画像信号を外部の表示装置に対してリアルタイムに無線送信できるとともに、この無線送信した画像信号と受信アンテナを介して受信する画像信号との干渉を防止できることを目的とする。本発明にかかる受信装置4は、被検体内部に導入されたカプセル型内視鏡からの画像信号を受信アンテナを介して受信する受信部10と、この画像信号を外部のビュワーに無線送信する送信部14と、受信部10が画像信号を受信していない未受信期間を検出する期間検出部11と、かかる受信装置4の各構成部を制御する制御部18とを備える。制御部18は、期間検出部11によって検出された未受信期間情報とこの未受信期間情報の取得タイミングとをもとに、この画像信号の受信期間直後の未受信期間を推定し、この推定した未受信期間内に、この画像信号を送信部14に無線送信させる。
