Abstract
Disclosed is a vaporization-type air cooler having a dehumidifying capability which inhales outside air, cools the air with vaporized water, and discharges the cooled air to the outside, in which a cooled air outlet flowing cooled air therein is mounted in an outside air inlet, the air introduced through the outside air inlet flows along a circumferential surface of the cooled air outlet, so that the air is first cooled, and at the same time, the cooled air inside the cooled air outlet induces the generation of the condensation by the temperature difference between the inside and the outside. The vaporization-type air cooler includes: a case having a predetermined width and length and formed with an air inlet having a predetermined size in a front side of the case; an absorption pad having a predetermined width and length formed in the air inlet of the case; a crossflow fan installed in a rear part of the absorption pad, and inhaling and discharging the air passing the absorption pad; a cooled air outlet having one end connected to a discharging pipe of the crossflow fan and installed in a front part of the absorption pad; an air outlet mounted at an end of the cooled air outlet; a water tank installed in a lower part of the case and storing a predetermined quantity of water; a water supplying pipe installed in one side of the water tank and supplying the water to the inner side of the water tank; and a circulation pump installed in the inner side of the water tank and supplying the water stored in the water tank to the absorption pad.
