Abstract

A ball used in various ball games, especially a ball having such a structure as the body of ball is covered with a skin member. In a ball having a skin member covering the outer surface of the body of ball, impact to a user is relaxed without causing any trouble in the ball game and excellent usability is attained by making the ball to be caught easily by a user while having an outside diameter conforming to regulations and eliminating an adhesive film on the surface. Peripheral parts of a first skin panel (3) and a second skin panel (4) are bonded with each other. A first supporting member (5) is arranged between the first skin panel (3) and the body of ball (2), and the first supporting member (5) is bonded to the backside of the first skin panel (3) and the outer surface of the body of ball (2). Similarly, a second supporting member (6) is provided between the second skin panel (4) and the body of ball (2).
