Abstract

 ポリイミドフィルムの表面に無電解めっき又は乾式法により形成されたタイコート層および金属シード層と、さらにその上に電気めっきにより形成された銅又は銅合金層を有する金属被覆ポリイミド複合体において、前記銅又は銅合金めっき層は3層~1層の銅又は銅合金層を備えていることを特徴とする金属被覆ポリイミド複合体。無接着剤フレキシブルラミネート(特に、二層フレキシブル積層体)における剥離防止、特に銅層と錫めっきの界面から剥離するのを効果的に抑制できる金属被覆ポリイミド複合体、同複合体の製造方法及び同複合体の製造装置を提供することを課題とする。
