Abstract
Individuals use the device/appliacne in a bathtub of other closed container to reduce and remove callus buildup and dry sky on the feet by use biomechanical energy in a wet enviroment utilizing either full immersion in water or free running water enviroment for facilitate transport and removal of excess attrition materials.
Description
^IdK-N-IT CALLUS REMOVER" DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
A.) Item trade name of "KIK-N-IT" is multilayered flexible composite plastic circular component mounting disk measuring 4 inches ( 101.6 mm ) in diameter containing components of water proof adhesive backing and secondary opposing layer of abrasive in the 6o~8o grit range held in place by a water proof adhesive.
B.) The device is manufactured in such a manner as to be a replaceable component used primarily for the reduction and incident of calluses on the feet.
C.) The device thickness varies with the application of grit and adhesive to the mounting disk surfaces, typically a unit thickness will be between .075 ~ .94 inches. ( 5/64 & 6/64 inch)
D.) The grit range is suitable for attrition of dead skin components located on the feet without being overly abrasive to the surrounding and underlying sMn of the foot.
E.) The application of abrasive grit is made in such a manner as to provide full contact on the entire device surface presenting itself for usage.
F.) The adhesive backing is of a duration curative nature and requires up 24 hours to fully cure in the usage environment. The adhesive backing side of the device is covered with a disposable protective cover that is removed by the consumer prior to placement in the working environment.
G.) The working surface containing the abrasive grit is mounted with a waterproof adhesive that is pre-cured-
H.) The device is placed either horizontally or vertically in a bath tub of other bathing conveyance in a manner constant with keeping the device immersed in water during usage.
I.) The device is manufactured to maintain a small cross section that does not present itself as conventional traction / friction producing application / device traditionally applied to the interior of bathing / showering areas to provide improved traction for the purpose of stability during bathing / showering activities.
