Abstract
[PROBLEMS] An air heat exchanger unit having a compact outline which is advantageous to downsize a device where the unit is installed. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The air heat exchanger (30) has a thin fan (10) and a heat exchanger (20). The fan (10) has a hollow plate-like fan body (15) in which an air suction-side thin plate (11) and an air discharge-side thin plate (12) are faced each other in the direction of their thickness to form an air chamber (14) between both the thin plates (11, 12), and the fan (10) also has a thin film vibration body (16) provided on the thin plate (11) on the air suction side of the fan body (15). The heat exchanger (20) is placed near a position on the air suction side of the fan (10).
