Abstract

 本発明は、コア/シェル型半導体ナノ粒子であって、充分な発光強度を有し、かつ明滅現象(ブリンキング)のないコア/シェル型半導体ナノ粒子を提供する。本発明のコア/シェル型半導体ナノ粒子は、平均粒径が2~50nmであるコア/シェル型半導体ナノ粒子であって、コア部とシェル部の間に中間層を有し、かつ当該コア部、シェル部及び中間層のそれぞれの組成と同一の組成のバルク結晶のバンドギャップ幅が、コア部<シェル部<中間層の順に大きいことを特徴とする。
