Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a removable adhesive label printing paper, and more particularly, to a removable adhesive label printing paper having a plurality of removable adhesive labels attached thereto, so that a user can freely print desired texts or drawings on the removable adhesive label printing paper with a common printer and detach the removable adhesive labels along tear lines to use them as adhesive scratch papers. [2] In general, a removable adhesive label (also referred to as 'post-it') is an article with an adhesive portion formed by applying an adhesive material on the backside thereof. A user can write a note on the front side of the removable adhesive label, and then attach the removable adhesive label on a bulletin board or note pad with the adhesive portion in contact with the note pad. The removable adhesive label can be attached and detached several times owing to the adhesive material of the adhesive portion. Such removable adhesive labels such as 'post- it' are sold in the form of a bundle where several hundred sheets of the removable adhesive labels are bound together, or distributed as a sales hook after printed with a specific advertising copy thereon in a printing house. Accordingly, it is difficult for a user to print a specific text or drawing on a commercially available removable adhesive label. In particular, it is impossible to print the removable adhesive label by a single sheet since the single sheet of the removable adhesive label having an adhesive portion sticks to a feeding or conveying device of a printer. A company attempting to distribute, as a sales hook, such removable adhesive labels printed with an advertising copy should unnecessarily make a large amount of prints. Accordingly, even in the case of using a small amount of the removable adhesive labels as an advertising hook for specific customers, the company has to manufacture a large amount of the removable adhesive labels with a burden of cost.
[3] Recently, there are strong desires, especially in young generations, of expressing their own personalities and feelings via various media. In particular, there are attempts to print desired texts or drawings on scratch papers or labels, which are used in business or study, in order to produce characteristic scratch papers or labels. However, in the case of commercially available labels, those who want their own characteristic labels have to write or draw desired texts or drawings in person and thus have to repeatedly write or draw the same text or drawing. [4] Accordingly, the inventor came to devise a removable adhesive label printing paper by which a user can freely print a desired text or drawing on the removable adhesive label printing paper in order to easily produce his/her own characteristic removable adhesive labels. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[5] An object of the invention is to allow a user to manufacture removable adhesive labels by printing various texts or drawings according to his/her own characteristics thereon with a common printer in order to overcome a conventional problem that the removable adhesive labels are manufactured unnecessarily in a large amount or decorated by manual description.
[6] Another object of the invention is to provide a removable adhesive label printing paper by which a user can conveniently print various desired expressions on removable adhesive labels by a simple operation using an existing computer and printer without having to use separate printing equipment.
[7] Further another object of the invention is to allow a user to manufacture a desired amount of removable adhesive labels printed with desired texts or drawings in order to greatly reduce the amount of the removable adhesive labels which otherwise would be manufactured in a large amount according to the prior art. [8] The present invention has the following effects.
[9] First, as a user can manufacture removable adhesive labels by printing various texts or drawings according to his/her own characteristics thereon with a common printer, it is possible to overcome a conventional problem that the removable adhesive labels are manufactured unnecessarily in a large amount or decorated by manual description.
[10] Second, the user can conveniently print various desired expressions on removable adhesive labels by a simple operation using an existing computer and printer without having to use separate printing equipment.
[11] Third, since the user can manufacture a desired amount of removable adhesive labels printed with desired texts or drawings, it is possible to greatly reduce the amount of the removable adhesive labels which otherwise would be purchased and manufactured in a large amount according to the prior art. [35] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the removable adhesive label printing paper 100 according to the first embodiment of the invention includes a coated releasing paper 110 and a plurality of removable adhesive labels 120 attached to one side of the releasing paper 110 and divided from each other by dotted tear lines so that the removable adhesive labels 120 can be torn along the dotted tear lines. As shown in FIG. 1, each of the removable adhesive labels 120 has a first adhesive portion 122 on an upper inner portion thereof. The releasing paper 110 acts to preserve an adhesive material applied on the first adhesive portion 122 of the removable adhesive label 120 to maintain its adhesiveness so that the adhesive material is completely solidified when the removable adhesive label 120 is detached from the release paper 110. The removable adhesive labels 120 attached to one side of the releasing paper 110 as shown in FIG. 1 are divided by dotted tear lines so that each of the removable labels 120 can be torn with a predetermined size from each other. The first adhesive portion 122 is formed on the upper portion of the removable adhesive label 120 which is divided by the dotted tear lines. Accordingly, a user can detach the removable adhesive label 120 along the dotted tear line 126 and then attach the removable adhesive label 120 onto a bulletin board or note pad. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a second adhesive portion 124 is further provided on a central inner portion of the removable adhesive label 120 in order to prevent any curling of the removable adhesive label 120 by the adhesive material applied on the first adhesive portion 122 when the removable adhesive label 120 is detached from the releasing paper 110. That is, when the removable adhesive label 120 is curled, a note written on the outer side of the removable adhesive label 120 can be concealed. To prevent it, the second adhesive portion 124 is additionally provided so that the removable adhesive label attached to the note pad can maintain a flat position without being wound or curled. Therefore, when the removable adhesive label 120 detached from the release paper is attached to the note pad and the like with both the first and second adhesive portions 122 and 124, it is possible to completely overcome such a problem of a conventional removable adhesive labels such as curling or warping by an adhesive material applied thereon.
[36] A process of manufacturing removable adhesive labels by using a removable adhesive label printing paper is as follows.
[37] First, a document/drawing editing program such as Hangul and MS Word is set to print according to the dimension of a removable adhesive label printing paper and the number of the removable adhesive labels. Then, the user edits desired texts and drawings by using the editing program. In this case, the user can advantageously make an edition variously expressing his/her character with drawing files and the like in the editing program. Of course, irrespective to existing editing programs, the user can additionally provide editing and printing programs optimized for the removable adhesive label printing paper of the invention. When the edition is completed, the user feeds the removable adhesive label printing paper of the invention to a printer, thereby printing the texts and the drawings edited by the user on corresponding removable adhesive labels which are divided from each other by the dotted tear lines. Upon the printing completed, the user can tear the corresponding removable adhesive labels along the dotted tear lines 126 to use the removable adhesive labels as a removable scratch paper.

Other components of the removable adhesive label printing paper 200 according to the second embodiment of the invention is similar to the aforementioned removable adhesive label printing paper 100 according to the first embodiment, and thus detailed description thereof will be omitted herein. As a merit, the removable adhesive label printing paper 200 according to the second embodiment of the invention has the removable adhesive labels 220a and 220b attached to the both sides of the releasing paper 210, and thus double-sided printing is enabled.

[45] Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the removable adhesive label printing paper 300 according to the third embodiment of the invention includes a plurality of first- side removable adhesive labels 320a divided from each other by dotted tear lines so as to be torn at a predetermined size and each having a first adhesive portion 322 formed on an upper inner portion thereof, and a plurality of second-side removable adhesive labels 30b divided from each other by dotted tear lines so as to be torn at a predetermined size and each having a first adhesive portion 322 formed on an upper inner portion thereof. The first-side and second-side removable adhesive labels 320a and 320b are attached with each other in such a fashion that the first adhesive portions 322 of the first-side removable adhesive labels 320a match with the first adhesive portions 322 of the second-side removable adhesive labels 320b. Accordingly, the removable adhesive label printing paper 300 according to the third embodiment of the invention does not need a coated releasing paper unlike the aforementioned first and second embodiments.
[46] As shown in FIG. 5, each of the first-side and second-side removable adhesive labels 320a and 320b has a second adhesive portion 324 in an inner central portion thereof, and the second adhesive portions 324 of the first-side removable adhesive labels 320a match with the second adhesive portions 324 of the second-side removable adhesive labels 320b when the first-side and second-side removable adhesive labels 324 are attached with each other. The usage of the removable adhesive label printing paper 300 according to the third embodiment of the invention is the same as that of the aforementioned first embodiment, and thus detailed description will be omitted herein. As a merit, the removable adhesive label printing paper 300 according to the third embodiment of the invention can enable both-sided printing like the second embodiment.

[48] While the present invention has been described with reference to the particular illustrative embodiments and the accompanying drawings, it is not to be limited thereto but those skilled in the art can substitute, change or modify the embodiments into various forms without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention. For example, it is apparent that those skilled in the art can modify or change the illustrated removable adhesive label printing paper without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, it is to be appreciated that the present invention will be defined only by the appended claims.

Claims
[1] A removable adhesive label printing paper comprising: a coated releasing paper; and a plurality of removable adhesive labels provided on one side of the releasing paper and divided from each other by dotted tear lines so as to be torn at a predetermined size, wherein each of the removable adhesive labels has a first adhesive portion formed on an upper inner portion thereof.
[2] The removable adhesive label printing paper according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of second removable adhesive labels provided on an opposite side of the releasing paper and divided from each other by dotted tear lines so as to be torn at a predetermined size, wherein each of the second removable adhesive labels has a first adhesive portion formed on an upper inner portion thereof.
[3] The removable adhesive label printing paper according to claim 1 or 2, wherein each of the removable adhesive labels has a second adhesive portion in an inner central portion thereof.
[4] A removable adhesive label printing paper comprising: a plurality of first-side removable adhesive labels divided from each other by dotted tear lines so as to be torn at a predetermined size, each of the first-side removable adhesive labels having a first adhesive portion formed on an upper inner portion thereof; and a plurality of second-side removable adhesive labels divided from each other by dotted tear lines so as to be torn at a predetermined size, each of the second-side removable adhesive labels having a first adhesive portion formed on an upper inner portion thereof, wherein the first-side and second-side removable adhesive labels are attached with each other in such a fashion that the first adhesive portions of the first-side removable adhesive labels match with the first adhesive portions of the second- side removable adhesive labels.
[5] The removable adhesive label printing paper according to claim 4, wherein each of the first-side and second-side removable adhesive labels has a second adhesive portion in an inner central portion thereof, wherein the second adhesive portions of the first-side removable adhesive labels match with the second adhesive portions of the second-side removable adhesive labels when the first-side and second-side removable adhesive labels are attached with each other.
