Description

BESCHREIBUNGDESCRIPTION
Hinterleuchtetes Wandelement-SystemBacklit wall element system
The invention relates to a backlit wall element system with at least one light source, at least one tile frame and at least one transparent wall element.
Backlit wall element systems are known in the field of drywall construction. There, for example, transparent wall elements, such as glass tiles, attached to a drywall construction, wherein one or more light sources are arranged in the drywall construction. This type of backlit wall panel system requires the cooperation of several contractors, in particular a drywall builder who arranges the frame on a wall surface, and a tiler who applies the tiles to the frame. The frame requires at least one space which is at least 30 to 40 mm wide. Smaller room dimensions, especially thicknesses below 30 mm, are not possible. In addition, when connecting the drywall to the adjoining tile surface, a balance of strength must be made to maintain an area at one level. This does not require inconsequential additional effort. The tiles are permanently attached to the frame and not destructively removable again. This is particularly disadvantageous in the case where defective light sources must be replaced.
Alternatively, the use of a conventional tile frame is possible, which has an area with at least one wall element that can be disassembled without destruction. Such tile frames with door are installed, for example, in tiled baths to allow through this mounting hole maintenance of the fittings. The area between the door and the tile frame is an open joint or no closed surface. This type of construction is visually not very appealing and only for smaller backlit areas of a large area Wall surface, for example in a complete bathroom wall, suitable.
The object of the invention is to provide a backlit Wandelemente- system, which is mounted by a trade, a visually appealing appearance of the mounted wall elements allows and from which at least the backlit wall elements can be detached without destroying.
The object of the invention is solved by the features of claim 1. It is essential to the invention that at least one tile frame has a main body and a frame element, this base body and this frame member are releasably connected to each other, the replaceable light source is arranged in the cavity between this base body and this frame member and at least one transparent wall element is attached to the frame member, wherein between the wall elements, of which at least one wall element is a transparent wall element, are arranged fillable joint.
In the backlit wall element system according to the invention, a non-destructive detachment of the backlit wall elements is made possible, since a wall element is fastened to a frame element, but the frame element can be detached from the base body of the tile frame in a non-destructive manner. Thus, the juxtaposed in a surface wall elements, between each of which there is a gap, are connected by a common joint material firmly together. In the case where, for the purpose of exchanging a light source, the frame element to which the wall element is attached has to be removed, only the joint material has to be removed from the respective joints in the usual way. Then, the frame member which is releasably secured to the base body, for example, by a click mechanism, be lifted. After replacing the defective light source, the frame element (with the undamaged wall element) can then be fastened to the base body again. By subsequent grouting then the wall elements are firmly connected together again and created a visually appealing surface. For the detachable connection of the base body to the frame element are in principle all common connection means, such as click mechanisms or connecting means based on magnetic principles suitable.
The subclaims further indicate features of the solution; without naming them conclusively.
It is preferred that the base body consists of a base plate and at least two web elements, wherein the two web elements are arranged opposite one another. This makes it possible that the attachment of the frame element is safe, for example, by a conventional click mechanism, allows. It also LED bands, d. H. a plurality of mounted on a support LEDs, each mounted on a rising from the base plate web element or releasably secured.
In addition, it is preferred that the light source of the type is arranged such that its light can be emitted approximately parallel to the plate-shaped base plate of the base body. This creates an indirect light, which is glare-free.
Furthermore, it is preferred that the frame element has a peripheral frame. Thus, a wall element on this narrow frame in the usual manner, for example by gluing, are attached. The part of the transparent wall tile which is covered by the frame element, d. H. through which no light can fall out, is as small as possible.
A particularly advantageous embodiment is characterized in that the frame element is plate-shaped and has an angled out of this surface arranged intent, wherein the angle between this surface and the intent an amount of 45 to 1 10 °, more preferably about 90 °. This attachment is in installation position towards the base plate and thus in a part of the beam path of the Light source emitted light arranged. This is an indirect lighting, which is also very low glare achieved. Such lighting is very attractive visually and in particular produces a diffused light.
The wall element system according to the invention can be designed differently. For example, such a backlit Wandelemente- system in an otherwise unlit wall, such as bathroom wall, be integrated. The wall element system according to the invention can consist only of backlit wall elements or of at least one backlit wall element and at least one non-backlit wall element.
The object of the invention is also achieved by a tile frame for a wall element system according to at least one of claims 1 to 11. This tile frame makes it possible to lay tiles, such as glass, with a backlight, without the additional drywall, such as a drywall frame, must be. The transparent wall elements can thus be installed and changed in a simple manner in the normal tile laying process of each tiler.
Die Montage erfolgt grundsätzlich in den folgenden Schritten:The assembly basically takes place in the following steps:
The main body is glued with its base plate on the wall or applied in other conventional manner. The light source, for example a plurality of LEDs, may already be mounted on or on the base body or be fastened to the wall after attachment of the base body.
The power supply for the light source can be guided by flexible cables at any desired location from the tile area. Due to the free corner areas, which arise because the longitudinal extent of the web elements is smaller than the corresponding edge length of the base plate, a simple installation of the power supply is possible. In addition, these free corner areas allow easy release of the click mechanism during disassembly of the frame member.
