Abstract

The air compressor actioned by a continuous propeller (5) in a revolving tube (2) is being used in the field of thermic engines and provides a high and constant pressure in acceleration and in low rounds. Using a proper electrical engine that revolves at 30000 rpm and that actions a tube, that contains a continuous propeller externally closed in an hermetical way, a high pressure is being created and sustained constantly in time, independently of the functioning of the thermic engine.

AIR COMPRESSOR COMPRISING A CONTINUOUS PROPELLER IN A REVOLVING TUBE
Description
This invention has as its object an air compressor that functions by means of a continuous propeller in a revolving tube.
The various air compressors that were created up to now, in the oversupply of thermic engines have the inconvenience that they do not create a high and constant (7/pressure in variable regimes, which is especially advantageous in acceleration and in low rounds.
The above mentioned invention does not present this inconvenience as it provides the application of a progressive compression with a continuous propeller, closed externally in a tube in an hermetical way, that revolve together at
(2) 30000 rpm set in motion by an electrical engine in acceleration phase.
In an advantageous production, the body of the compressor includes a progressive compression chamber made of 10-20 connected spiral underchambers, an air intake and an air outtake.
The invention will now be explained with the help of the attached drawing that
(3J illustrates an example of form of production of the compressor with continuous propeller. Fig. 1 It shows the body as it is in longitudinal section and partially in prospective. Fig. 2 It represents the frontal elevation of a sectioned disc that forms the continuous propeller.
The drawing indicates the body of the compressor. The aforesaid body includes (4)& compression chamber 1 made of 10-20 discs 5 sectioned and welded together with a step of 10- 15mm, forming a continuous propeller hermetically closed externally in the tube 2, tube that is set on the revolving axle 6, an air intake 3 and an air outtake 4, provided with gaskets 9.
This way, the entering air is next compressed by each and every disc that form (5)the continuous propeller hermetically intubed, without the possibility of turning back.
The propeller, the tube and the axel are set on two bearings 7, fixed on a rigid base 8.
The production of the continuous propeller implies the sectioning of the discs to half of the 0 100mm diameter, fig 2, the enlargement of the side on the exterior (όjwith 10- 15mm, the welding among them and on the central axel, and the hermetical closure on the exterior in a tube that is open at the ends.
In point of fact, the production particulars may vary without going out of the invention context, and therefore of the field of the invention license.

Claims

1. Air compressor that functions by means of a continuous propeller hermetically closed in a revolving tube.
2. Air compressor as in claim no. I5 characterized by what its body includes, i.e. a compression chamber made of 10-20 underchambers spirally connected which form the continuous propeller hermetically closed in a revolving tube and which are revolved by an electric engine at 30000 rounds per minute, an air intake and an air outtake.
