Abstract
Disclosed is a layer system that has a stroboscopic effect and comprises at least one electrochromic transparent unit (3), an obscuring device (4), and a control device (6). The obscuring device (4) is configured such that the image detecting element (9) is darkened while the control device (6) alternately switches the electrochromic transparent unit (3) to the obscured or transparent state.
