Abstract

The present invention relates to the command mechanisms developed to obtain maximum aerodynamic output from the wind turbine rotor in piston pumping systems operating with wind energy, by changing the active pumping capacity according to the wind speed; the piston pump used in these mechanisms; and hybrid usage of these mechanisms. All of these command mechanisms have electronic control organs comprising microcontrollers.
