Detailed Description of the preferred Embodiments
The present invention is explained in detail of the present invention by preferable attached drawings.
The Fig. 1 is a diagram of the electronic commerce system composition.
As shown in the Fig. 1, the electronic commerce system of the present invention, which comprises an electronic commerce server (10), a database (15), a personal computer (22) or an wired and wireless terminal (24) wliich used for connecting to an electronic commerce server (10) by a purchaser (20), a tag (50) including the information about goods identification code is attached on item, a code reader (40) to read the goods identification code of the tag (50), a digital camera (60) to taking a picture of the member's face image and a supplier (70) connected with an electronic commerce server (10), an express delivery enterprise (72) and a financial institution (74).
In here, the supplier (70), the express delivery enterprise (72) and the financial institution (74) is represented the server of the supplier, the express delivery enterprise and the financial institution respectively connected to the electronic commerce sever (10)
via Internet or LAN.
According to the present embodiment, after the member connects to the electronic commerce server (10) by using a personal computer (30) and searches the item and purchases the item. The electronic commerce server (10) when the member purchases the item, generating the goods identification code corresponding to the item and notify order information to the supplier. Then, the supplier produces the item including tag (50) such as a label (52) or an integrated circuit chip (54) having information about goods identification code which attached on and built-in the items, and delivery to the member by express delivery enterprise. And, the electronic commerce server (10) stores the goods identification code and information about the item and member to the database (15).
Next, the structure of database which stored in the database (15) is explained with the example. Above all, the electronic commerce server (10) storing the information about the member such as name, address and phone number, provided and stored the member identification mark to each member and if the purchaser is not a member who purchased the item, inputting the predetermined information and registering. Further, the item is provided such as image, quality and characteristic of the wanted to sell from the supplier and producing and storing the web page. If the member or the purchaser purchases the goods, the electronic commerce server (10) gives the goods identification code to purchased goods and stored into database (15). At the database (15), the list of goods identification code and each goods identification code having the member identification mark of member who purchased the goods and address of the web page including information of the goods is stored. Hereby, after the purchaser send the goods identification code, database recognized the member identification mark corresponding to
the goods and address if the web page, and provide the information of member and goods according to the purchaser requirement and if the purchaser want to information about all purchased goods, which registered by the member identification mark, the electronic commerce server search and provides the goods including member identification mark from the list of goods identification code.
In here, the real image of the goods which is produced by supplier is enable to provide to the purchaser is possible, in this case, it stored in database and the address is included to list of the goods identification code, hereby, the purchaser is able to search the real image of goods as selectively.
The purchasing process as order, settlement and delivery of the goods is same as conventional method of the electronic commerce, and the example is described as follow.
The purchaser (20) want to buy the goods which was purchased by the member, the good identification code included in tag (50) which attached on the goods, is read out by using the code reader (40), and transmitted the electronic commerce server (10) by using the portable communication terminal (24) or personal computer (22). And then, the electronic commerce server (10) is search the database (15) by using transmitted goods identification code and discharge information of the goods and member who purchased the goods, and the other registered goods by the member to purchaser's wire/wireless terminal (22, 24).
In here, the good identification code may be chain of number, or represented as barcode and stored in integrated circuit chip. If the good identification code represented to number and barcode, it attached on the goods as a form of label and if an integrated circuit chip should be built in the goods.
The example of attaching label is illustrated in Fig. 2. hi Fig. 2, the clothes are used as sample, in this case, labels which marked as chain of number and barcode is
attached on one and more part of the sleeve, the shoulder or back of the neck. The purchaser can obtain goods identification code of the clothes by read the number on the label or read out the barcode by the barcode reader.
In Fig. 2 using the clothes, but should not be confined or limited to these examples, it applicable to various goods. Especially, in the case of using integrated circuit chip, recently, integrated circuit chip having the size of a grain of rice is developed, it attached on and built-in easily at predetermined position.
When the goods identification code is marked as chain of number, the purchaser does not require the code reader. That is, the purchaser is able to input the chain of number as the goods identification code by using personal computer (22) and portable communication terminal (24) and transmit to the electronic commerce server (10). And then, the electronic commerce server (10) searches the corresponding goods in database (15) by transmitted number and discharge.
If goods identification code is marked as a barcode, the purchaser read out the goods identification code from the barcode by using barcode reader. The barcode reader is produced and sells as in a various kind forms, it usable to the connect personal computer (22) and the portable communication terminal (24) directly, however, only using barcode reader reads and stores the goods identification code and after that, connects to the personal computer (22) and the portable communication terminal (24) and the stored goods identification code is extracted and transmitted to the electronic commerce server (10) is possible.
If goods identification code is built-in integrated circuit chip, the purchaser reads out the goods identification code by using the chip reader and the transmits to the electronic commerce server (10) by using the personal computer (22) and the portable communication terminal (24) is the same with the case of barcode. But, if using the
integrated circuit chip, more information is stored than that of barcode, so can store the information about the goods such as quality and the maker, and the purchaser can read out the information about the goods from the integrated circuit chip is attached on or built-in the goods.
The barcode reader and chip reader is a machine for change the read goods identification code is included in barcode and integrated circuit chip to the electrical signal which can recognized the personal computer (22) and the portable communication (24) and the electronic commerce server (10). The barcode reader and chip reader is used commonly in various filed, so detailed description is omitted.
In here, the use of the personal computer (22) is weak for portability, so it is not easy to connect directly to the barcode reader and read out the barcode. However, the portable communication terminal (24) for example, when using mobile phone and PDA, these are connected to barcode reader directly and wherever if there is a satisfied with goods, can search by reading of identical code from the label. And in the case of integrated circuit is same.
When using the portable communication terminal such as mobile phone and PDA as a wire/wireless terminal, using the barcode reader and chip reader enable to attach on the mobile phone and PDA easily. Of course, it is possible to install in one united body to mobile phone and PDA.
The Fig. 3 is the example of code reader and mobile phone is in one body. As shown in the Fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the code reader (42) is built in the front of the mobile phone (24) and operating button (44) built in the side of the mobile phone. Recently, the barcode reader and chip reader is miniaturized, therefore, a module which having a function of the code reader is installed additionally, so the mobile phone with code reader in one united body is materialized simply.
If using such mobile phone, the purchaser can read out from the goods identification code of goods the purchaser's taste by mobile phone at any time, any place. Especially, the code reader is installed on the front face if the mobile phone and after approach to label marked barcode and integrated circuit chip and the goods identification code which is included in the barcode and integrated chip can read by pushing of the operating button (44).
Further, the read goods identification code is able to transmit to the electronic commerce server by mobile phone through the wireless communication network, so at once, can receive the information about the corresponding goods from the electronic commerce server.
As in the above stated, the tag which is chain of number, barcode or integrated circuit chip attached on the goods, after the purchaser recognized the goods identification code by using code reader and transmitted to the electronic server (10), the information about the goods of actual life is searched easily.
According to the present invention, it provides the searching system and method by using only member's face image without goods identification code.
In this case, the electronic commerce server (10) is inputted the member's face image and store in database (15). And, the purchaser takes a picture of the member who wears the purchaser's favor and having, these are transmitted to the electronic commerce sever (10) by using the portable communication terminal or the personal computer (22), the electronic commerce server (10) search in database (15) and detect the corresponding member by face recognizing technology and the information about the goods purchased and registered by detected member discharge to the purchaser.
The detecting member by the face image is may less correct than using goods identification code, so it is not impossible to use only but, it is preferable to use as
supplementary means. hi the below, described the details of the electronic commerce method according to the present invention.
Fig. 4 is the flow picture of the example according to the present invention, and described the details with Fig. 4 for each steps.
First, in step 1 (S10), the member connect to the electronic commerce sever by the wire/wireless terminal through the network, and purchase the goods. The purchasing process is the same with the conventional electronic commerce method. For example, the member search the goods which distributed as category, the electronic commerce server is provided the web page including detail information (image, quality of the material) of each goods, the member select the goods, input the order information such as selected color and size with other information such as address and phone number and input the settlement information for settlement.
In the step 2 (S20), the electronic commerce server generated the goods identification code about the purchased item and after this goods identification code transmitted and managed the order process, the information about the item, corresponding goods identification code and information about the member is stored in the database. In here, the order processing is for the transmitting of the order information such as number, color and size of the goods to the supplier's terminal, it is different from the conventional order process at transmitting the goods identification code. The supplier delivery the ordered item having tag which including the information about the corresponding code to the member. The express delivery enterprise deliveries the item to member and notice the delivery process to electronic commerce sever so the member is able to check the order process at any time. The settlement process by using cash depositing and credit card settlement, and the electronic commerce server is comiected with the terminal of the
financial institution and managed the settlement process. These general order, delivery and settlement process is the same and there are no characteristics in the process so the detail described is omitted.
In step 3 (S30), after the purchaser connects to the electronic commerce server by wire/wireless terminal through the wire/wireless network, the code reader recognized the goods identification code in the tag of the item which purchased by the member, which is transmitted, and then the electronic server search the information about the item corresponding the goods identification code and discharge to purchaser's wired and wireless terminal.
As above mentioned, the goods identification code marked by a series of number, a barcode and an integrated circuit chip. After the purchaser read out the goods identification code by using a barcode reader or a chip reader, and transmits the goods identification code to the electronic commerce server by using wired and wireless terminal such as a portable mobile phone and a personal computer, so it is searched easily. If the goods identification code is chain of number, input just the number without code reader and if using the portable communication terminal such as portable mobile phone and PDA, it is easy to connect with the code reader directly. This overlap with the above mentioned part, so it is omitted. hi step 4 (S40), if the purchaser selected the item purchasing, the electronic commerce server generates the goods identification code about the purchasing determination goods, and transmits the goods identification code with information about item to order person, and inputted the information about the purchaser and stored to database with goods identification code. Hereby, the purchaser provides the goods identification code attached on the purchased goods by himself to other purchaser, other purchaser recognized this and connects to the electronic commerce server and search the
item and purchase, so the purchaser to be said member, therefore said process is repeated, hi step 5(S50), when the purchaser finished the settlement the electronic commerce server is provided the part of the amount of settlement. It is the part of the sales profit to return to the member. The providing method is to provide for example, point and send to the account of the member who registered by connecting with the terminal financial institution, however, it is not limited and is provided to various methods.
The electronic commerce method of the present invention provide the method of searching the goods by the member's face image, it describes in Fig .5.
The basic process is the same with said electronic commerce method by goods identification code.
First, in the step 1(S100), after the member connects to the electronic commerce server by the wire/wireless terminal through the wire/wireless network, and purchase the goods. Specifically, it is the same with step 1(S10).
In the step 2(S200), the electronic commerce server is inputted the member's face image and stored in the database and registered the member's face image, and stored the information about the item and member to the database. And the other general order, delivery, and settlement is same with conventional electronic commerce and there is no characteristic of the present invention, so the other detail describe is omitted.
In the step 3(S300), the purchaser takes a picture of the member who has a item which is wanted to buy by using a digital camera, and then transmit to the electronic commerce server by wired and wireless terminal thorough the wired and wireless network, and then the electronic commerce server search the corresponding member by using the face recognizing technology in the database. And after searching the member, the information about the registered goods about corresponding member is sent to the
wire/wireless terminal of the purchaser.
At the step 4(4S00), the purchaser select the item purchasing, the information about the item sent to the order person, simultaneously the member's face image is inputted and stored and registered with information about the item to the database.
At the step 5(5S00), when the purchaser finished the settlement, the part of the amount of the settlement is provided to the member.
Searching the item by using the face image, which is lowered the correctness than using goods identification code, so it is preferable to use as supplementary means.
For example, in the present invention, the member registered the information about the item and goods identification code about whom purchasing the item but member input the goods identification code of possessed item and want to sale item, and input and register the information about the item and supplier. At this time, when the member advertising these item in magazine and handbill, the goods identification code interpose between them, therefore, the purchaser connect the electronic commerce server with the goods identification code easily search the goods.
Moreover, in case of the small-size goods such as a ring, it is difficult to attach the tag on the goods itself, in such a case, marked with a series of the numbers and attach the tag on the packing paper which are available. The other, the using of the goods image is available, it perform as the same method of using face image, take a picture of item image instead of face image and send to the electronic commerce server and searching the corresponding item is available. In this case, the electronic commerce server stores the item image at database in advance.
Of course, in such case, searching by using above mentioned member's face image is available. And the other, after the member connects to the electronic commerce
server by using the goods identification code of the other item and the information about the corresponding item and obtained by searching the other item. That is, if the purchaser wants to purchase the same ring with the ring which wear on the member, the goods identification code of clothes of the purchaser to electronic commerce server and search information about the member and the ring can obtained by searching of the other goods of the member.
Industrial Application of the Invention
As described in above, according to the present invention, the member who is not a distributor and manufacturer, can obtain the commission profit about sailing from the advertising item by himself. In case of purchaser, the tag attached on the item in the actual life and read the goods identification code and hereby can search the information of the corresponding item easily. And also, in case of distributor, the purchaser is ad collector namely, so it can get the maximum effect of advertisement by minimum advertising rate.
As mentioned above, according to the present invention, the purchaser that is also distributor, by new concept of the purchased goods intends the purchasing of the goods, all of the purchaser and distributor can obtain the profit for economical.
