Description

Titel: Aus mehreren Schiebeflügeln gebildete SchiebewandTitle: Sliding wall made up of several sliding sashes
Beschreibungdescription
The invention relates to a sliding wall formed from a plurality of sliding sashes, the sliding sashes of which are suspended from a guide rail by means of carriages.
A generic device is known from DE 40 15 870 A1. The previously known, several-wing sliding door is guided on a double, rail system, with curved rail sections being integrated in the area of a stacking position in the rail system running in one plane, via which a carriage of a wing is deflected into the stacking position. The support or chassis of the carriage protrudes with an extension into the upper end face of the wing and is rotatably supported there. Devices of this type can only be implemented in sashes with a large wall thickness, for example in wooden doors.
The object of the invention is to find a connection option when connecting a sliding sash of a sliding wall to a carriage guided on a guide rail, in particular a double rail, in which known and commercially available connection elements can be used, which can be used, for example, when connecting adjacent glass panes (skylight / Side panel connector), a rotating fitting connection to a glass pane or the like.
Die Erfindung löst die gestellte Aufgabe mit der Lehre nach Anspruch 1.The invention solves this problem with the teaching of claim 1.
According to this, the carriage is connected to the sliding wing by means of a support bracket which runs parallel to the sliding wing and is connected to the sliding wing by means of point holders, in such a way that the longitudinal axes of the support bracket and the guide rail run essentially in one plane. In accordance with the invention, a sliding wall, preferably made of glass wings, is created with structurally simple means, the connection of which to the carriage ensures a sufficient load-bearing capacity with reliable guidance of the carriage on the guide rail due to the possible arrangement of the tabs and the use of the point holder, and moreover Avoid disruptive components in the area of the visible side of the sliding wall.
Further features of the invention are characterized by the subclaims.
In a preferred embodiment, the support bracket is arranged in the region of a vertical end edge of the sliding sash, specifically on the inside thereof. As a result of this measure, the support bracket can at the same time be used for a defined impact limitation of adjacent door leaves, the visible side of the sliding wall forming an optically smooth outer surface which is only interrupted by the point holders which are flush with the outside of the sliding wall.
The support bracket itself is characterized in that a flange overlapping an end edge of the sliding sash is arranged on an end edge of the supporting bracket adjacent to the guide rail, on which flange a vertical axis of rotation of the carriage is arranged, which is aligned with the plane of the sliding sash. The load exerted by the sliding sash can thus be transmitted directly to the guide rail via the support bracket and the aforementioned flange. In order to achieve the abutment limitation already mentioned, in a further development of the invention the flange has a stop lug, the abutting edge of which is essentially flush with the vertical end edge of the sliding sash.
It has proven to be advantageous to design the flange as a double flange and to arrange an insulating layer between the flanges of the double flange, so that acoustic noises or vibrations generated by the carriage are not transmitted into the support bracket and therefore not into the individual sliding sashes. For reasons of rational production and ease of repair, the flange or double flange is detachably connected to the support bracket.
Although the guide rail can basically be designed as a single rail - which requires the assignment of a switch when parking the individual sliding sashes in a parking position - the guide rail is preferably designed as a double rail, each sliding sash having two carriages, one of which is located on one of the double rails is performed in a manner known per se.
In a particularly advantageous development of the invention, a bottom flap is arranged on the sliding sash, the central longitudinal axis of which is aligned with the central longitudinal axis of the supporting flap, the bottom flap also being arranged on the inside of the sliding sash. This results in an optically and functionally advantageous arrangement of both the support bracket and the base bracket on the door wing, with a level of disruptive attachments of a free outside of the sliding wing being ensured. To absorb the required forces between the sliding sash on the one hand and the support bracket or base bracket on the other hand, it has proven sufficient if the support bracket and the base bracket each have two receiving bearings for point holders.
The bottom flap itself serves several functions; d. H. on the one hand, it can be used to connect a floor lock, on the other hand, the bottom bracket arranged in the area of the vertical front edge of the sliding wing can form a butt centering with an opposite bottom bracket of an adjacent sliding wing.
The butt centering itself consists, according to the invention, of a centering pin arranged on a base plate and a centering fork arranged on an opposite base plate and having a pin holder, centering pin and centering element being arranged in the plane of the sliding sash. While in the upper area of the sliding wall a centering of the joint area between adjacent sliding sashes is inevitably carried out by guiding the support bracket on the guide rail, the centering in the floor is richly guaranteed by the prescribed centering pins or centering forks in the area of the vertical front edge of the individual sliding sashes.
The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment.

With reference to a sliding wall 1, two sliding wall wings 2 are shown in FIG. 1, which abut one another with their vertical end edges 9. The individual sliding wall wings 2 are guided in the upper area in the image plane by means of carriages 3 on a guide rail 4, this guide rail 4 (see FIGS. 2 and 3) being designed as a double rail, so that each carriage 3 of a sliding wing 2 is guided on a guide rail 4 and the adjacent carriage 3 is guided on a guide rail 4 running parallel to it. The sliding sash 2 are connected to the carriage 3 via support brackets 6 which are connected by means of point holders 5 to the sliding sash 2, which is preferably made of glass.
In the lower area of the image plane in FIG. 1, base tabs 20 are also connected to the sliding sashes 2 via point holders 5, which either have a floor locking device 23 or form a butt centering 24 in the area of the vertical end edge 9 of the sliding sashes 2.
Es ist ersichtlich, dass sowohl die Traglasche 6 als auch die Bodenlasche 20 an der Innenseite 19 des Schiebeflügels 2 angeordnet sind.FIGS. 2 and 3 show that a central longitudinal axis 7 of the support bracket 6 and a central longitudinal axis 8 of the guide rail 4 or a support roller 28 run essentially in alignment; there is also an aligned course between the central longitudinal axes 7, the support bracket 6 and a central longitudinal axis 21 of the base bracket 20. A flange 12 designed as a double flange is arranged on the front edge 10 of the support bracket 6 in the image plane (see also FIGS. 4 to 7), an insulating layer 18 being provided between two flanges 16 and 17 of the double flange. The flange 12 engages over the upper end edge 11 of the sliding leaf 2 in such a way that a vertical axis of rotation 13 of the carriage 3 can be connected to the flange 12 in the extension of the plane of the sliding leaf 2. The flange 12 also has a stop lug 14 which, with its abutting edge 15, can serve to define a defined abutment limit for adjacent sliding leaves 2 with respect to the vertical end edge 9. It can be seen that both the bracket 6 and the bottom flap 20 are arranged on the inside 19 of the sliding leaf 2.
The bottom bracket 20, like the bracket 6, each has two superimposed receiving bearings 22 for the point holder 5. According to FIGS. 8 to 10, a centering pin 25 is connected in the lower region of the base plate 20, which, together with the centering fork 27 shown in FIGS. 11 to 13, forms the base lock 23. For this purpose, the centering fork 27 has a pin receptacle 26 into which a centering pin 25 engages. FIGS. 11 to 13 also show that the bottom bracket 20 serves at the same time to connect the bottom lock 23.
Both the centering fork 27 and the connecting flange 30 of the centering pin 25 lie in the plane of the sliding leaf 2, for which purpose recesses 29 are provided in the sliding leaf 2.
FIGS. 14 to 16 explain that the sliding wall 1 can consist of any number of sliding leaves 2 which, when using a double rail, can be moved into different parking positions in a manner known per se, according to FIGS. 14 and 15 each five sliding leaves 2 and in FIG 16 four sliding sashes 2 are used.
