Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé et un appareil de production de produits alimentaires dilatés (éclatés) tels que des bâtonnets poreux de remoulage de céréales et de leur mélange avec d'autres produits d'origine végétale. Selon le procédé de cette invention, l'extrusion de la matière est réalisée à un taux d'humidité compris entre 13 et 17 % et à une vitesse d'extrusion comprise entre 30 et 100 m/min à un taux d'humidité allant de 4 à 9 %. Pour obtenir un produit de haute qualité, l'extrusion s'effectue par plusieurs filières placées les unes à la suite des autres, par exemple, par trois d'entre elles, les 3ème, 5ème et 6ème qui sont successivement disposées à la sortie de la cavité hélicoïdale (4).
