Abstract
The invention relates to a system that comprises a TV classification signal receiver and a TV source switch, which allows to suppress certain program contents in cable networks or to replace them by a defined signal. The system can be used for suppressing images of sex or violence or advertising in hotel cable networks or in the cable networks of hospitals. Undesired program contents can be replaced in the cable head-end by desired programs, for example by an information channel which informs about the facility (hotel environment, hospital services).
