Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von selbstreinigenden Oberflächenbeschichtungen, wobei man auf die Oberfläche eine ebenfalls erfindungsgemässe Beschichtungsmitteldispersion oderlösung aus a) einem filmbildenden Kunststoff in Form einer wässrigen Dispersion oder einer Lösung in einem organischen Lösemittel, b) einem hydrophoben Polymeren in Form eines Pulvers mit einer mittleren Korngrösse von 10-50 νm, welches in dem vorstehenden Lösungsmittel unlöslich ist, c) einer ausreichenden Menge Wasser und/oder organischen Lösungsmittels zur Bildung eines streichoder spritzfähigen Beschichtungsmittels, in dünner Schicht aufbringt und antrocknet, d) wobei die aufgebrachte Schicht so dünn ist, dass die Körner des hydrophoben polymeren Pulvers einen Abstand von 5-100 νm zueinander aufweisen und e) wobei die Menge des filmbildenden Kunststoffs so bemessen ist, dass sie nach dem Abtrocknen des Lösungsmittels eine Schicht bildet, deren Dicke 30-60 % der mittleren Korngrösse des hydrophoben Pulvers beträgt.
