Abstract

The drink bottle insulation cover, according to the present invention, consisting of at least three sidewalls (1) adjusted to the insulated bottle. Outside sidewalls (1) profile is adequate to the profile of insulated bottle, especially in all places. Sidewall (1) outside surface relief is the representation of outer surface relief of the insulated bottle. Sidewalls (1) could be joined by internal fasteners (2). Particular sidewalls (1) could be firmly fixed with related parts of the insulated bottle bottom cover (3). The cover could have the cover bottom (4).

Description

Bottle insulation cover
The object of the present invention is a bottle protection/insulation cover especially for soft drinks bottles, serving for maintaining the required bottle content temperature.
The easy ways of bottled drinks temperature maintenance, especially previously cooled, are not exist. It is especially related to soft drinks, which good taste depends of its consumption in required low temperature.
The bottle protection cover according to the present invention consists of three, four or more walls adjusted to insulated bottle profile. It is advantageous if sidewall outer profile is adequate to insulated bottle profile. The inside surface relief of sidewall could be the representation of outer surface relief of the insulated bottle, which is often its specific shape.
Internal fasteners could join the sidewalls of the protection cover. Particular sidewalls of the cover could have fixed joint with suitable parts of bottle bottom insulation cover. The bottle insulation cover could consist also of the bottom cover.
Bottom fastener could join the sidewall and the bottom. The sidewalls could be fixed to the bottle by the own attachments. The sidewalls could be also joined on the insulated bottle by outer fasteners. The sidewalls could be provided with internal agent making possible gluing the cover to the insulated bottle.
The sidewalls could be covered at least from one side by heat reflecting coating.
The advantage of the insulating cover according to the present invention is possibility of distributing it on the market both with insulated bottle or separately, particularly in form of covers bundles in layers. The insulation cover could be reusable.
Solution of the insulation cover according to the present invention would be explained on the examples presented on the figures, where fig.1 , fig.2, fig.3 and fig.4 presents three-wall covers with internal fasteners. On the fig.5 is presented the cover consisting of three separate sidewalls.
The soft-drink bottle insulation cover according to fig.1a consists of three sidewalls 1 insulating the side surface of the bottle. Internal fasteners 2 join the sidewalls 1. Around the insulated bottle, the sidewalls 1 are joined by own attachments 6. The cover consist of the bottom 4 joined by fastener 5 with sidewall 1. All parts creating the cover like sidewalls 1 , external fasteners 2, own attachments 6, bottom 4 and bottom fastener 5 are made of the same material and constituting the whole. On the fig.1b are presented three-wall covers in the pile.
On the fig.2 is presented outer side of the three-wall cover. Internal fasteners 2 are elastic tape segments. The cover around the insulated bottle is joined by own attachments 6. The upper attachment 6 is the Velcro tape. The lower attachment is a clasp mounted on the elastic tape. The cover include the separately placed bottom 4, which vertical edge slightly sloped inside, tighten on walls 1 lower edges. This way the bottom 4 supporting the side walls 1.
On the fig.3 is presented the cover partially covering the bottle, where slanting cut vertical tongue of bottom 4 edge is enclosed by lower edges of each of three cover side walls 1. The side edges of the sidewall 1 are slanting cut and when the cover is placed on the bottle they overlap, exactly insulating the bottle. It is presented on the A-A cross-section of the cover. For fixing of the cover around insulated bottle internal coupling 7 are used, which in this case are segments of adhesive tape fixed to the cover. They are stored on the outside of the side wall 1 , from where are taken during bottle insulation process, and fixed horizontally in places of joint of free edges of the side walls 1.
The bottle cover is adjusted to the insulated bottle. Outside profiles of the sidewalls 1 are suitable to insulated bottle profile. For example, presented on the bottle triangular round indentation are insulated by simple cover part. But wider, angular indentation is covered by soft hollow in cover. It is provided for easier piling of covers.
It is obvious that, if the bottle is provided with fixed insulating cover, than the cover shape could be more similar to the bottle shape.
The A-A cross-section of the cover presents the example of insulated bottle side surface relief. It is only partially represented on the sidewalls 1 outer surface, because of its limited thickness and necessity of insulation providing.
On the fig.4 is presented example of three-wall cover, which sidewalls 1 are provided inside with gluing agent with protective cover. On the A-A cross- section are presented situation where one of walls is firmly fixed with one third of bottle bottom cover 3, while two other walls are provided with only partial bottle bottom cover 3.
On the fig.5a is presented example of the cover consisting of three separable cover sidewalls 1. On the insulated bottle, sidewalls 1 are mounted by outside couplings 7, which in this case are elastic bands. Possibility of comfortable storage of that kind of covers are presented on the fig.5b, where four side walls 1 are in pile.
Above presented examples describe three-side covers, because they looks to be optimum solution. If covers with higher number of walls could be easier placed in pile, its insulation parameters could be, on the other side, lower because of bigger number of connections.
