OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓNOBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to a mooring point for boats, intended for the purpose of facilitating the mooring / unmooring of vessels in marinas and merchant ports, being primarily intended for use in the mooring of vessels such as yachts, small fishing vessels , etc.
It is the object of the invention to provide boat users with a means that, duly located in the port, allows the boat to be moored, without the need for a third person to help or as conventionally occurs.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
As is known, the most common and generalized way of mooring a boat in a berthing port is to tie the corresponding mooring line, with an appropriate marine knot, to the known "noray" permanently fixed on the floor of the port, of so that the tying of the rope on the corresponding "noray" must be carried out by a person who is either in the port at the time of docking the boat, or has descended from it and carry out that mooring or tying operation of the rope.
However, the inventor himself owns a device covered by Utility Model No. 9802175, based on a kind of drawer fixed in the port, and in which drawer are established a series of prolonged grooves in teeth, as a comb, all in order that a ball or rubber sphere in which the respective mooring line is finished for that purpose, is launched from the boat itself to that drawer falling into it and, when pulled by the end, the mooring occurs between the teeth that define the grooves established in the drawer, thus being moored to the boat instantly without the need for knots and of course without the need for the person making this mooring to have to descend from the ship as conventionally required, or have to request the help of a third party located in the port .
The problem of the device just referred to arises when the boat is untied, since the rubber ball or sphere must be moved back and then pulled up, in order to jump over the comb, that is to say free totally out of the drawer, which is impossible to carry out from the boat. To this problem must be added the fact that the launching of the sphere or ball from the boat to the drawer requires a skill so that it is introduced into the drawer, since otherwise the mooring will not be able to materialize.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓNDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The mooring point that is recommended, has been conceived to solve the problem described above, based precisely on the concept or idea of launching a sphere or ball of rubber or material of similar characteristics, towards a coupling element that, according to the invention, It is materialized by a pair of arms or rods that make up a kind of "Y" with its middle branch open longitudinally so that through it the mooring line may pass, but with a spacing between its branches smaller than the diameter of the sphere or ball in which the end itself is finished, so that that element as a whole is fixed to a plate attached to the floor of the port, in order that when the user of a boat throws from it the sphere or ball linked to the end of the end, it is not difficult to pass it between the two ' divergent sections of the "Y", always being much easier than the sphere or ball is introduced into the drawer of the prior art, all in such a way that, once that sphere or ball is passed through the two divergent sections, the weight of the ball will cause the rope to be simulated between the two separate branches of the vertical section of the "Y", and having these branches in the vertical section a smaller separation to the diameter of the ball or sphere, this one will be retained and, therefore, moored the boat.
On the other hand, it is worth noting the fact that the two commented branches of the vertical section of the "Y", have two backward pins, whose function is to prevent the ball or sphere from leaving between the branches and therefore between the two arms of the "Y", in those cases where the boat is very high and the mooring line itself pulls the ball or ball upwards.
The arms, in what corresponds to their divergent sections, will be preferably telescopic to be able to increase their length and therefore the amplitude when necessary or convenient, thus facilitating the introduction of the ball between both arms.
Another characteristic of novelty presented by the mooring point object of the invention is that, in front of the said constituent arms of the "Y" element, a pair of hinged wings between yes forming a kind of booklet that tends to be permanently open by a spring or element appropriate, all this in order to allow easy dismantling of the boat, since it will be enough to first extract the sphere or ball linked to the end of the end with respect to the "Y" element, and place the section of rope immediately before the sphere or ball between the two referred wings, then closing both together and being held by a clamp, which allows the user to get on the boat and keep it tied by that element in the form of a booklet, so that once in the boat it will be enough to pull the clamp, as it is connected to a cable that at its other end is fixed to the boat, which carries with it the instantaneous apermra of the element in the form of a booklet and therefore the release of the rope with its corresponding ball or sphere, allowing the collection of the latter.
The mooring point also includes, on the plate itself in solidarity with the floor of the port, a pair of vertical supports with additional elements that determine a means on which it is possible to make a conventional tying, as a means of alternative or complementary mooring to that described.

REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓNPREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
Como se puede ver en las figuras referidas, el punto de amarre de la invención, previsto fundamental y preferentemente para el amarre de embarcaciones, tipo yate, pequeños pesqueros y análogos, se constituye mediante un elemento de configuración general en "Y" (1), determinado por dos brazos o varillas independientes con un tramo (2) formando las ramas divergentes y un tramo (3) formando la rama media o vertical del elemento (1) en "Y", de manera tal que los tramos de varillas (3) que forman la rama intermedia están distanciados entre sí, determinando entre ellos un paso (4) que se continúa lógicamente en la abertura que determinan los tramos o ramas divergentes (2).As can be seen in the aforementioned figures, the mooring point of the invention, fundamentally and preferably provided for the mooring of vessels, yacht type, small fishing vessels and the like, is constituted by a general configuration element in "Y" (1) , determined by two independent arms or rods with a section (2) forming the divergent branches and a section (3) forming the middle or vertical branch of the element (1) in "Y", such that the sections of rods (3 ) that form the intermediate branch are distanced from each other, determining between them a step (4) that is logically continued in the opening determined by the divergent sections or branches (2).
Said element as a whole is fixed on a plate (5) duly anchored in the floor of the port, all in such a way that to carry out the mooring of a boat, it will be enough to launch a rubber sphere or ball (6) provided at the end of the mooring line (7), to make it pass between the divergent sections or branches (2) of the element (1), of so that by the weight of the ball or sphere (6) it will fall down and the end (7) will run between the two sections of rods (3) corresponding to the vertical branch of the element (1), with the logical prediction that the separation between the mentioned branches or sections (3) of rods is smaller than the diameter of the sphere or ball (6) so that it is retained by them, once the end (7) has been introduced between them.
In this way a boat is perfectly moored, making the hitching operation easy, in accordance with the above.
Preferably, the divergent sections (2) will be telescopic, so that they will be housed in respective tubular and enveloping sections (2 '), empowered to move axially with respect to the internal sections (2) and fixed at any point, in order that when it is created or necessary to carry out the extensibility or folding of these sections or arms, and achieve a greater or lesser amplitude of the opening that they determine.
It is also provided that the rod sections (3) corresponding to the middle or vertical branch of the element (1) in "Y", have a pair of pins (8) projected backwards, stoppers determining to prevent the sphere or ball (6) ascend and can be released with respect to the element in "Y" (1), when the vessel has, for example, great height and the rope (7) pulls from it and tends to free it from the said mooring element.
In order to untangle it is planned that the assembly be complemented with a pair of plates (9) and (9 '), linked to each other through a common hinge (10), the plate (9) being in solidarity with the plate corresponding fixing (5), while the plate (9 ') is tilting with respect to that to form a kind of book between the two, said plate (9 ') tending towards the permanent opening position by means of a spring or any other conventional element that can be arranged on the hinge axis itself (10) or on any other place, so that when the user of the boat is going to climb it will be enough to release the ball or sphere (6) from the element (1) and place it between the element that forms the hinged parts (9) and (9 ') and the element itself (1), arranging the end (7) resting on the plate (9) and carrying out the tilting towards the closing position of the plate (9 '), thus retaining the ball or sphere (6) between both plates (9) and (9 '), which will be maintained in that closed position by means of a fork (11) linked to a cable (12) fixed to the vessel itself, all so that the user of the vessel, having done that operation before boarding the ship, will only have to drive d the cable (12) to release the clamp or fork (11) that kept the two plates (9) and (9 ') closed, so that once that clamp (11) is released, the plate will be opened (9' ) by means of the aforementioned spring or spring, thus releasing the end (7) and therefore the ball or sphere (6), which allows the vessel user to collect it and therefore from the ball or sphere (6).
Finally, to say that on the plate (5) already referred to above, some supports (13) with elements (14) have been provided in addition to determining means that allow carrying out a conventional tying, as an alternative or complement to the mooring provided by the referred set in advance
