SieAt the moment it is possible to treat fungal diseases such as powdery mildew, Peronospora, Oidium or Ashenish only preventively before the actual infestation. This is done with chemical treatment agents such as "Discus" from BASF / Ludwigshafen. These agents restrict the living conditions of the fungi on the plant and the fruit, particularly where they have adhered to the plant or fruit after application. They are classified as toxic. she
Die Pilzkrankheit im Katof- felanbau "Kraut- und Knollen äule" kann ebenfals nur vorbeu-35 act on the fungus and harden the plant surface to make it more difficult for the fungi to penetrate the surface structure. They have a preventive but not curative effect and can be classified as harmful to health. The fungal disease in the cultivation of potatoes "cabbage and tubers column" can also only be prevented
These agents are highly toxic to humans and animals and can only be applied under the manufacturer's specified protective measures.
To combat bacteria on crops, copper 5 agents are used in high dosages, for example against vinegar bacteria in viticulture. Copper agents are extremely polluting and the use is only permitted because other agents in plant protection have not yet been proposed.

Bester Weg zur Ausführung der Erfindung 55Best Way to Practice the Invention 55
Potassium polyphosphate is insoluble in water. The potassium polyphosphate is used to obtain an application solution consisting of the active ingredient potassium polyphosphate and water made water-soluble as follows: When using sodium phosphates (eg tetrasodium diphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate) as solubilizers, viscous solutions can be prepared. A ratio of solubilizer: potassium polyphosphate = 2.5-3: 1 is recommended. The phosphate is expediently introduced into the water or the potassium polyphosphate into the phosphate solution with vigorous stirring. Water-soluble tetrapotassium pyrophosphate o is added to this prepared solution with vigorous stirring. This solution made from these phosphates is added about 5-I0 7 0 water-soluble starch in food quality to increase the adhesion of the solution to the plant or fruit, and the application solution for the preventive and curative treatment of fungal diseases is obtained. 5 Potassium polyphosphate binds 2-valent metals such as magnesium tetrapotassium pyrophosphate binds 3-valent metals like iron. By binding metals, which causes a deprivation of nutrients for the mushrooms, the mushrooms are not viable. In the preventive application, the active ingredient from phosphates and o starch prevents the appearance of fungi, in the curative application the fungi die off.
The solution made from these phosphates, starch and water is a food grade fungicide that is used preventively and curatively against fungi and additionally 5 as leaf fertilizer strengthens the plant treated with it.
An o, 6 - o application of the active ingredient kills an existing fungal attack on the plants. The application should be carried out at intervals of 1o - 14 days, with high infestation pressure at shorter intervals. Years of attempts by the applicant against diseases caused by bacteria on crop plants have shown that 35 is an active ingredient solution consisting of approximately 30% potassium polyphosphate and approximately 70% tetrasodium diphosphate or sodium hexametaphosphate with the addition of starch to increase the Adhesion of the solution to the plant or fruit, dissolved in water, prevents bacterial diseases that lead to significant crop failures and heals them after they appear on the plant or fruit. In winegrowing, it has been shown in the experiments carried out that bacterial diseases caused by the presence of vinegar bacteria are completely removed or killed after 1-2 uses of the active ingredient in a corresponding application solution in the spraying or spraying process. O
Gewerbliche AnwendbarkeitIndustrial applicability
5 It has been shown in several experiments over the years that the application of phosphate and starch dissolved in water to plants and fruits, in the cultivation of crop plants and in other crop cultivation, prevents fungal diseases and bacterial diseases and after an oily fungus and / or Bacteria or infestation on the plant or fruit with sustainable use kills fungi and bacteria and thus has a healing effect. With the invention it has been possible to propose a biological plant care product that does not pollute the environment and is absorbed and used by the plant as fertilizer by the plant via the leaves and in addition to its action against fungi and 5 bacteria.
