Abstract

The invention concerns a muzzle appliance for firearms, comprising a housing (4) capable of being fixed on a firearm barrel (2). Said housing contains a rear projectile channel, axially extending the barrel muzzle, and a chamber (5) gradually widening towards the front, placed downstream of the projectile channel. Said chamber is terminated at a concave deflection surface (9), extended inwards by a projecting element (8) narrowing towards the rear and enclosing the front projectile channel (7) emerging axially towards the front. Said muzzle appliance is in the form of a stabiliser, whereof the propellants come out upwards, transversely to the barrel direction, producing an oriented recoil in the direction opposite to the gun (2) upward movement. Said muzzle appliance has at least two recoil channels (12) diverging upwards transversely to the barrel direction and separating at the rear end part of the chamber (5). Said chamber has the form of a compression chamber and comprises a closed outer wall, gradually widening towards the front, extending the rear projectile channel.
