Abstract

Ce convertisseur, alimenté par le réseau alternatif, prélève sur celui-ci un courant offrant un facteur de puissance proche de l'unité et un taux de distorsion harmonique totale voisin de 5 %, tandis que l'amplitude du courant appliqué à la charge de sortie (2) demeure sensiblement constante. Il comprend une structure en pont faisant appel à des moyens commutateurs (1', 1'') et à des condensateurs (3a, 3b) dont la réactance à la fréquence de découpage est choisie de telle sorte qu'une portion de l'énergie convertie, après redressement, s'additionne entre les bornes d'un condensateur (6) au courant secteur redressé par un pont (7). Une source tampon (4) a une tension continue d'amplitude sensiblement constante, qui permet d'équilibrer les potentiels mis en jeu et d'éliminer ainsi tout risque de destruction par des surtensions incontrôlables.
