Abstract

L'immeuble de l'invention se compose d'unités tridimensionnelles (1) dont la section est en forme de T, chaque unité étant conçue sous la forme d'un panneau de plancher (2) sur lequel repose un panneau mural (3). Une fois assemblées, les unités forment des modules d'espace dans chacun desquels au moins deux unités (1) en rangées successives sont portées avec une rotation à 90° autour de l'axe vertical sur au moins deux unités (1) dans une rangée inférieure. On peut assembler les unités tridimensionnelles (1) avec un espace (4) intermédiaire, la longueur des unités (1) dans un rang étant égale à la largeur des unités (2) dans l'autre rang plus l'espace (4) intermédiaire.
