Abstract

In the present locking device for screw fastening, particularly for shaft couplings, the transmission elements (3) such as tongues, ring disks or membranes, arranged perpendicularly to the rotation axis between the two coupling parts, are fastened by screw assemblies alternatingly to the flanges (8) of both coupling parts. The fastening of the transmission elements (3) to the flanges is effected by axial clamping of two collar sleeves (10, 11) which are traversed by a screw (19) and which are engaged into aligned bores of the transmission elements and of the flanges. The collar of each sleeve bears against opposite faces of the transmission elements respectively of the flange. The two shafts (12, 13) of the collar sleeves are coupled to each other by locking while enabling an axial displacement with respect to each other and excluding a relative rotation of the sleeves. Thus, the loosening of the screw fastening is avoided.

Bei einer derart ausgebildeten Schraubverbindung ist deren Lockern aufgrund von Relativbewegungen zwischen der Bundhülse und dem Kupplungsflansch, welche die Auflageflächen für die Mutter und den Schraubenkopf bilden, nicht ausgeschlossen. Diese Relativbewegung zwischen Kupplungs¬flansch und Bundhülse beruht auf einem Moment um die Schraubenachse, dessen Entstehen in der DE-OS 27 25 289 beschrieben ist. Somit geht bei den gelösten Schraubverbindungen der durch den Reibschluß gegebene Anteil der Kraftübertragung zwischen der entsprechenden Kupplungshälfte und den Übertragungsgliedern verloren. Zwar findet bei Verlust der Vorspannkraft der Schraube die Drehmomentübertragung formschlüssig statt, da nach einer Relativbewegung der Kupplungsflansche die Fertigungstoleranzen ausgeglichen werden und somit der Schraubenschaft zur Anlage an den Flansch sowie an die Bundhülse und diese zur Anlage an die Übertragungselemente gebracht wird. Dennoch nimmt die Übertragungsfähigkeit der bekannten Wellenkupplung ab, weil bei formschlüssiger Einleitung der Kräfte in die Übertragungselemente die Gefahr des Ausfalls der Kupplung aufgrund erhöhter Kerbwirkung an den Schäften der Bundhülsen ansteigt. Claims

Patentansprüche Claims
1. Schraubensicherung insbesondere für Wellenkupplungen mit zwischen ihren beiden Kupplungshälften rechtwinklig zur Drehachse angeordneten Übertragungsgliedern, wie Laschen, Ringscheiben oder Membranen, die durch Schraubverbindungen unter axialer Verspannuπg abwechselnd an Flanschen der Kupplungshälften befestigt sind, wobei jede Schraube der Schraubverbindung mit ihrem Schaft eine Bundhülse durchdringt, deren Schaft in einer passenden Bohrung der Übertragungsglieder sitzt, während sich ihr Bund wenigstens mittelbar gegen die flanschabgewandte Stirnseite der Übertragungsglieder abstützt, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:1.Screw lock, in particular for shaft couplings with transmission members arranged between their two coupling halves at right angles to the axis of rotation, such as brackets, washers or membranes, which are alternately fastened to flanges of the coupling halves by screw connections under axial tension, each screw of the screw connection penetrating a collar sleeve with its shaft, the shaft of which is seated in a suitable bore in the transmission links, while its collar is supported at least indirectly against the face of the transmission links facing away from the flange, characterized by the features:
