From the foregoing description of my present invention, it will be seen that I have devised a simple, neat and durable devloe which can be'readily mani 'ulated, which is both ornamental and usefu and which has no protruding sharp edges which might possibly lacerate the fingers, or tear or cut into the fabric of the pocket when the device is closed and carried therein.
