Abstract

This utility model embodies a contactless LED vaping technique that administers a mist or vapor through the utilization of a programmable custom copper based LED chip and quartz lense magnification system. Together, these components facilitate vaporization without the use of traditional metal elements. Quartz is the only glass that allows the transmission of ultraviolet light and upper range infrared wavelengths. This novel procedure promotes and accelerates the photon decarboxylation process. This results in a healthier vapor outcome.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to the application of a custom LED wavelength blend, to initiate the vaporization process. In particular, this invention correlates to the utilization of a custom copper based LED chip to facilitate vaporization. This contactless vaporization process is initiated by photon energy. They are magnified and fine tuned to promote and accelerate the photon decarboxylation process. This leads to the ultimate result of vaporization. In addition, what makes this present invention unique is that this method used, manipulates a programmed LED light and magnification system, to create vaporization.
  • BACKGROUND
  • The customized LED chip with a copper base is utilized with implementation of a custom wavelength blend to initiate the vapor process. The chip is controlled by the device's activation button. This start mechanism is connected to a microcontroller. The chip acts as an interface to switch between preset programmed temperatures in the microcontroller. The customized chip also includes a quartz lense for diode protection. The quartz lense doubles as a magnification component, concentrating photon intensity via narrowing the beam angle, this is created by the lense shape, further concentrating the efficiency of the custom blended light beam. This process produces the warranted result of photon decarboxylation.
  • When vaporization occurs, it has been achieved without the utilization of metal elements which are typically used in other devices. This new vaporization method, introduced here, is unlike any used in these type of devices
  • A vaping device that's process is enabled by photon energy to allow vaporization in a contactless manner. This process ensures the healthiest way to consume vapor of herbaceuticals and/or drug therapies.
  • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • During operation of charged vaping device, the LED, initiated method of combustion, is the first contactless ignition vaporizer. It's operated by beams of light fine tuned to promote and speed up the decarboxylation process leading to vaporization. This method creates the optimal vapor process at scientifically proven temperature levels.
  • This function is created in the device's “bowl holder” which consists of a quartz bowl and titanium air filter holder. Quartz allows for the specific wavelengths to penetrate at required intensity to create combustion. Quartz is the only glass that allows the transmission of ultraviolet light and upper range infrared wavelengths. Quartz allows full intensity permitting the custom copper based LED chip to operate at a very efficient low wattage level.
  • The titanium air filters are reusable and washable. These filters ensure the vapor inhaled through the device is adequately filtered from debris producing a product that is fresh, pure and clean.
