Abstract
A woven textile defines a horizontal direction and a longitudinal direction. The woven textile includes a first section, a second section, and a third thread. The first section includes at least one first thread. The first thread extends wavily. The second section includes at least one second thread. The second thread extends wavily. The first section and the second section are aligned along the longitudinal direction and partially overlap to form an overlap section. The third thread extends along the horizontal direction and binds with the first thread and the second thread inside the overlap section. Each of the first thread and the second thread is a filament integrally formed of TPU.
Description
- The present invention relates to a woven textile.
- Woven textile is used widely. For example, clothes, shoes, and daily commodities are often made by woven textile. However, how the woven textile is woven, the material, and the design determine the characteristics of the woven textile.
- In general way to weave, the maximum size of mesh is limited. To give a larger mesh, some difficult skills such as skipping are used, and the structure strength is reduced.
- Besides, the elasticity at two perpendicular directions in a general woven textile usually vary because of the direction of weaving. That is, the elasticity in one direction may be too good to make the woven textile easy to deform.
- On the other hand, the filament of conventional woven textile has a large resilience along the radial direction, so the filament deforms heavily at the knotting portion or the overlap portion so that the woven textile has a flat appearance. Thus, the conventional woven textile has a bad permeability and cushion.
- The main object of the present invention is to provide woven textile having a better tolerance of extension. In addition, the filament is not easy to deform radially, and a larger thickness can be achieved.
- To achieve the above and other objects, the woven textile of the present invention defines a horizontal direction and a longitudinal direction. The woven textile includes at least one first section, at least one second section, and at least one third thread.
- The at least one first section includes at least one first thread. The at least one first thread extends wavily. The at least one second section includes at least one second thread. The at least one second thread extends wavily. The at least one first section and the at least one second section are aligned along the longitudinal direction and partially overlap to form an overlap section. The at least one third thread extends along the horizontal direction and binds with the at least one first thread and the at least one second thread inside the overlap section. Each of the at least one first thread and the at least second thread is a filament integrally formed of TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethanes).
- The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment(s) in accordance with the present invention.
-
FIG. 1 is a stereogram of the present invention; -
FIG. 2 is a front view of the present invention; -
FIG. 2A is a partial enlargement ofFIG. 2 ; -
FIG. 3 is a rear view of the present invention; -
FIG. 4 is an illustration showing a way of weaving of the present invention. - Please refer to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 4 , the woven textile of the present invention defines a horizontal direction and a longitudinal direction. The woven textile includes at least one first section, at least one second section, and at least onethird thread 30. - The at least one first section includes at least one
first thread 10. The at least onefirst thread 10 extends wavily. The at least one second section includes at least onesecond thread 20. The at least onesecond thread 20 extends wavily. The at least one first section and the at least one second section are aligned along the longitudinal direction and partially overlap to form an overlap section. The at least onethird thread 30 extends along the horizontal direction and binds with the at least onefirst thread 10 and the at least onesecond thread 20 inside the overlap section. The at least onethird thread 30 is made of artificial sinew or TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethanes). Each of the at least onefirst thread 10 and the at leastsecond thread 20 is a filament integrally formed of TPU. - In the present embodiment, the woven textile includes a plurality of said first sections, a plurality of said second sections, and a plurality of said
third threads 30. The first sections and the second sections are arranged alternately along the longitudinal direction. Adjacent said first sections and said second sections partially overlap. Specifically, each of thefirst threads 10 has a plurality offirst crest portions 11 and a plurality offirst trough portions 12 alternately arranged. Each of thesecond threads 20 has a plurality ofsecond crest portions 21 and a plurality ofsecond trough portions 22 alternately arranged. Thefirst crest portions 11 positionally correspond to thesecond crest portions 21. Thefirst trough portions 12 positionally correspond to thesecond trough portions 22. Thefirst crest portions 11 of each of thefirst threads 10 partially overlaps thesecond trough portions 22 of adjacent saidsecond thread 20. Thefirst trough portions 12 of each of thefirst threads 10 partially overlaps thesecond crest portions 21 of adjacent saidsecond thread 20. Preferably, thefirst crest portions 11 and thesecond crest portions 21 are arranged along the longitudinal direction. Thefirst trough portions 12 and thesecond trough portions 22 are arranged along the longitudinal direction. Two ends of each of thefirst crest portions 11 along the horizontal direction are located under and above thesecond trough portions 22 of adjacent twosecond threads 20 respectively. Two ends of each of thesecond crest portions 21 along the horizontal direction are located under and above thefirst trough portions 12 of adjacent twofirst threads 10 respectively. That is to say, each of thefirst crest portions 11 or each of the second crest portions 21 (or each of thefirst trough portions 12 or each of the second trough portions 22) is sandwiched by adjacentsecond thread 20 orfirst thread 10 obliquely. Besides, a thickness direction is defined perpendicular to both the horizontal direction and the longitudinal direction. The woven textile has a maximum thickness at the overlap section. The maximum thickness is larger than twice a diameter of each of thefirst threads 10 and also larger than twice a diameter of each of thesecond threads 20. Specifically, the maximum thickness is defined as a maximum distance between two ends of the first crest portion 11 (or thefirst trough portion 12, or thesecond crest portion 21, or the second trough portion 22) along the thickness direction. On the other hand, a diameter of each of thethird threads 30 is smaller than one fifth a diameter of each of thefirst threads 10 and thesecond threads 20. - Because the
first thread 10 and thesecond thread 20 extend wavily and are filaments integrally formed of TPU, the woven textile has a better tolerance of extension and resilience. Thethird thread 30 provides a restriction of extension along the horizontal direction so that thefirst thread 10 and thesecond thread 20 are prevented from deforming Besides, the TPU filament has a smaller deformation along the radial direction (as shown inFIG. 2A ), so the filament may not shrink when knotting to make the woven textile flat. On the contrary, the overlapped TPU filaments provide a larger thickness to have a three-dimensional structure. Thus, the woven textile is advantageous in permeability, cushion, structure strength, and resistance of abrasion to be used in variable fields.
