When it is in an unloading status, the folded ring-closedbox body 20 and box cover can be moved, respectively, so that it further lowers the waste of the particular storing space. - Hence, the box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is provided with the ring-closed
box body 20, and the ring-closedbox body 20 has a plurality of foldable positions, so that the ring-closedbox body 20 can be folded when it is in an unloading status, so as to save the storing space in the unloading status. - Additionally, connectors between the box body sections are described with more details as follows:
- Referring now to
FIGS. 3 , 4A, 4B and 4C, a structural schematic view of a connector of the box body structure according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated inFIG. 3 ; a first specific structural schematic view of a connector of the box body structure according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated inFIG. 4A ; a second specific structural schematic view of a connector of the box body structure according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated inFIG. 4B ; and a third specific structural schematic view of a connector of the box body structure according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated inFIG. 40 . A connector of the box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is abended portion 32 which is made of flexibility material, wherein the thickness of thebended portion 32 is less than that of thebox body section 31. Please refer toFIG. 3 for more details. InFIG. 3 , because the thickness of thebended portion 32 is less than that of thebox body section 31, the bondedportion 32 is easily bent. Certainly, another way is to set the width (be perpendicular to the length extending direction of the box body section 31) of thebended portion 32 less than that of thebox body section 31, it can also allow thebended portion 32 to be bent easily, so as to fold the ring-closed box body. - Preferably, the
bended portion 32 is further provided with correspondingcreases 33, throughholes 34, andgaps 35 to allow thebended portion 32 to be bent easily. Please refer toFIGS. 4A , 4B and 4C for more details. InFIG. 4A , because the two sides of thebended portion 32 are provided withcreases 33, the bondedportion 32 can be bent along thecreases 33. InFIG. 48 , because thebended portion 32 is provided with throughholes 34, so as to decrease the deformation amount when thebended portion 32 is bent, so that it allows thebended portion 32 be bent more easily, and the shape of the throughholes 34 can be set to any shape according to the requirement thereof. InFIG. 4C , because the bend portion is provided withgaps 35, it can also decrease the deformation amount when the bondedportion 32 is bent, so that it allows thebended portion 32 to be bent more easily. - When the box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is expanded, the
bended portions 32 of the ring-closed box body are all bent as 90 degrees, so that a storing space is formed inside the ring-closed box body for loading goods. - When the box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is folded, the ring-closed box body can be folded by the
bended portions 32 of the foldable positions, so that the ring-closed box body does not occupy a space when it is in an unloading status. - Referring now to
FIGS. 5A and 5B , a first specific structural schematic view of a hinge structure of the box body structure according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated inFIG. 5A ; and a second specific structural schematic view of a hinge structure of the box body structure according to the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated inFIG. 5B . The connector of the box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is ahinge structure 52, the leaves of thehinge structure 52 are respectively fixed on two adjacentbox body sections 51, and the two leaves of thehinge structure 52 are connected by aflexible part 53. - Please refer to
FIGS. 5A and 5B for more details. By theflexible part 53 connecting between the two leaves of thehinge structure 52, the two adjacentbox body sections 51 can process a relative motion. The bending angle range of theflexible part 53 is from 0 to 180 degrees. - When the box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is expanded, the
flexible part 53 of thehinge structure 52 of the ring-closed box body are bent at 90 degrees, so that a storing space is formed inside the ring-closed box body for loading goods. - When the box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is folded, the ring-closed box body can be folded by the
hinge structure 52 of the foldable positions, so that the ring-closed box body does not occupy a space when it is in an unloading status. - Referring now to
FIGS. 6A , 6B and 6C, a first specific structural schematic view of a hinge structure of the box body structure according to a third preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated inFIG. 6A ; a second specific structural schematic view of a hinge structure of the box body structure according to the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated inFIG. 68 ; and a third specific structural schematic view of a hinge structure of the box body structure according to the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated inFIG. 6C . The connector of the box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is ahinge structure 62, the leaves of thehinge structure 62 are respectively fixed on two adjacentbox body sections 61, and the two leaves of thehinge structure 62 are connected by a rotatingshaft 63. -
FIG. 6A is a structural schematic view showing the bend degree of the rotating shaft of the hinge structure being at 180 degrees;FIG. 6B is a structural schematic view showing the bend degree of the rotating shaft of the hinge structure being at 90 degrees; andFIG. 6C is a structural schematic view showing the bend degree of the rotating shaft of the hinge structure being at 0 degrees. Because the rotatingshaft 63 is provided, thehinge structure 62 is more durable, so that the connector will not be broken by frequent folding to the box body structure. - When the box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is expanded, the rotating
shafts 63 are bent at 90 degrees, so that a storing space is formed inside the ring-closed box body for loading goods. - When the box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is folded, the ring-closed box body can be folded by the
hinge structure 62 of the foldable positions, so that the ring-closed box body does not occupy a space when it is in an unloading status. - In the present invention, by the separators separate the ring-closed box bodies of the box body structure, it is convenient for the user to move the box body structure. Besides, the box body structure according to the present invention is provided with the ring-closed box body, and the ring-closed box body has a plurality of foldable positions, so that the ring-closed box body can be folded when it is in an unloading status, so as to save the storing space in the unloading status. Hence, the present invention can solve the technical problems that the traditional box body structure is inconvenient for users to process a moving operation and wastes the storing space.
- As described above, the present invention has been described with a preferred embodiment thereof and it is understood that many changes and modifications to the described embodiment can be carried out without departing from the scope and the spirit of the invention that is intended to be limited only by the appended claims.
