FIG. 18 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view illustrating a state in which the bottle cap is coupled to a neck of a container, and an operation part is opened. - A bottle cap 1 containing different kinds of materials,
- which is assembled in a discharge direction of contents of
containers - a
main body 100 coupled around thecontainer mouths 1001 and 1101. - An
operation part 200 having astorage space 202 and a receivingpart 201 is - closely coupled around a coupling
main body mouth 101 that is - disposed on an upper portion of the
main body 100. - The
main body 100 is coupled around the container mouths 1011 and 1101 of thecontainers - in a forward direction (a right screw direction).
- Also, when an operation
part screw thread 204 formed on an inner wall of aside surface 203 - of the
operation part 200 is coupled in a reverse direction, and then, - the
main body 100 is coupled around thecontainer mouths 1001 and 1101 with respect to theoperation part 200, - the
main body 100 is coupled around thecontainer mouths 1001 and 1101, - and simultaneously, an operation
part screw thread 204 of theoperation part 200 is - opened along a
mouth screw thread 101 on themain body mouth 101 to open a lower end of the receivingpart 201. - Also, a screw thread is formed on a portion that is coupled to the
container mouths 1001 and 1101 disposed inside themain body 100. Here, the screw thread may include afirst screw thread 103 and asecond screw thread 104, which have standards different from each other to allow themain body 100 to be coupled to thecontainer mouths 1001 and 1101 which have standards different from each other. - Also, a lower end of the receiving
part 201 having thestorage space 202 is sealed by a sealingpart 105 of themain body 100 to maintain airtightness. Astopper 205 hung on a lower end of themouth screw thread 102 is disposed to prevent theoperation part 200 from being opening above a predetermined degree on themain body mouth 101. - Also, when the
operation part 200 is opened, anupper sealing part 107 lengthily extending from a lowerend sealing part 105 of themain body 100 by a connection part 106 may get out of an upper opening/closing hole 206 of theoperation part 200 while theoperation part 200 is opened. - Also, when the
main body 100 is coupled around thecontainer mouths 1001 and 1101 on theoperation part 200, afirst operation surface 207 of theoperation part 200 may be hung on an operationpart corresponding part 108 to receive a predetermined load, thereby integrally moving. Then, when themain body 100 is completely coupled to thecontainer mouths 1001 and 1101, thefirst operation surface 207 gets out of the operationsurface corresponding part 108, and simultaneously, theoperation part 200 ascends, and then when thestopper 205 is hung on themouth screw thread 102, the ascending of theoperation part 200 is stopped (seeFIGS. 1 to 4 ). - Additionally explaining the bottle cap 1 as described above,
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a completed bottle cap 1. A liquid or powder may be injected into theinner storage space 202 of the bottle cap 1 having the above-described configuration. Preferably, in the state ofFIG. 4 , different kinds of materials are injected through a fillingpart 109, and then the fillingpart 109 is sealed by using a soft thin film or a fillingpart sealing part 110 that is injection-molded. This state is illustrated inFIG. 2 . - Also, as illustrated in
FIGS. 1 and 2 , when the bottle cap 1 is coupled around thecontainer mouths 1001 and 1101 of thecontainers main body 100 is coupled alongcontainer screw threads container mouths 1001 and 1101. Here, thefirst operation surface 207 is closely fixed (preferably, fitted into) to the operationsurface corresponding part 108. That is, thefirst operation surface 207 and the operationsurface corresponding part 108 may integrally move until themain body 100 is fixed to thecontainer screw threads 1002 and 1102, and then when the main body is completely coupled to thecontainer mouths 1001 and 1101, thefirst operation surface 207 gets out of the operationsurface corresponding part 108, and simultaneously, the operationpart screw thread 204 moves upward along themouth screw thread 102 with respect to themain body mouth 101. - Also, in a case where the bottle cap 1 further rotates in the above-described process, when the
operation part 200 operates on themain body mouth 101, and then thestopper 205 contacts a lower end of themouth screw thread 102, theoperation part 200 may not further move upward. This state is illustrated inFIG. 3 . - Also, in this process, i.e., while the
operation part 200 rotates on themain body 100, the lower end of the receivingpart 201 gets out of the sealingpart 105, the different kind of material stored in thestorage space 202 drops into thecontainer storage spaces closing hole 206. - Also, when it is intended to separate the bottle cap 1 from the
containers operation part 200 reversely rotates with respect to themain body 100 so as to be locked. Here, a guide 208 is fitted in a direction of theside surface 112 of themain body 100, and simultaneously, theoperation part 200 together with themain body 100 is separated. - For reference, referring to
FIG. 3 , although thecontainers first screw thread 103 and thesecond screw thread 104 formed on the inner wall of theside surface 112 are elastically coupled even though thecontainers - According to another embodiment (see
FIGS. 5 to 8 ),FIG. 5 is a view of a bottle cap 1 having a structure in which anoperation part 200 is separated from amain body 100. When the bottle cap 1 is coupled tocontainers FIG. 5 , themain body 100 is coupled to thecontainers FIG. 6 , and simultaneously, theoperation part 200 ascends along amain body mouth 101 of themain body 100. Then, a receivingpart 201 of theoperation part 200 gets out of a receivingpart insertion part 113. This state is illustrated inFIG. 7 . - According to further another embodiment (see
FIG. 9 ), a lower end of themain body 100 lengthily extends to form a mainbody sealing part 114 for sealing the lower end of themain body 100. - According to further another embodiment (see
FIGS. 10 and 11 ), a bottle cap 1 containing a different kind of material, which is coupled to a mouth of a container in which a content is contained includes amain body 10 coupled around the container mouth and anoperation part 200 having astorage space 202 and a receivingpart 201 around amain body mouth 101 disposed on an upper portion of themain body 100, which are coupled to each other. Adischarge hole 115 defined in a lower end of themain body 100 is blocked by an end of a connection part 209 that lengthily extends downward within theoperation part 200. When themain body 100 is coupled around the container mouth with respect to theoperation part 200, themain body 1000 is coupled around the container mouth, and simultaneously, theoperation part 200 moves upward along a screw thread formed on an outer annular portion of themain body mouth 101. Here, astopper 210 for preventing theoperation part 200 from moving upward above a predetermined height is disposed on themain body mouth 101. When theoperation part 200 is opened with respect to themain body mouth 101, adischarge hole 115 defined in a lower portion of themain body 100 is opened to allow the content of thestorage space 202 to drop and be mixed. - Also, the
discharge hole 115 of themain body 100 is sealed by a dischargehole sealing part 211 disposed on a lower end of a connection part 209 of theoperation part 200. When theoperation part 200 moves upward, the dischargehole sealing part 211 is opened. Here, when theoperation part 200 descends, a plurality ofprotrusions 116 each of which protrudes by a predetermined height are disposed on an upper side of an outer annular portion of thedischarge hole 115 to prevent the dischargehole sealing part 211 from descending. - According to another embodiment (see
FIGS. 12 to 14 ), a bottle cap 1 containing a different kind of material, which is coupled around a container mouth of a container in which a content is contained includes amain body 10 coupled around the container mouth and a receivingpart 300 having a storage space that is vertically movable downward with respect to amain body mouth 101 of themain body 101, which are assembled with each other. The receivingpart 300 descends by an operation part that is assembled with an upper portion thereof. For this, theoperation part 200 includes a receivingpart operation part 212, and an operationsurface corresponding surface 303 corresponding to the receivingpart operation part 212 is disposed around an upper portion of the receivingpart 300. Here, stopper protrusions 117 and 213 are disposed on a contact portion between themain body 100 and theoperation part 200 so that theoperation part 200 rotates on themain body 100 in only a forward direction, but does not rotate in a reverse direction. When themain body 100 is disposed on the container mouth to couple theoperation part 200 thereto, themain body 100 is coupled to the container mouth. When a load is applied to a predetermined position, theoperation part 200 rotates with respect to themain body mouth 101 in the rotating direction of themain body 100, and thus is opened by a predetermined position. In this process, the receivingpart operation part 212 pushes the operationpart corresponding surface 303 of the receivingpart 300 downward, and a punchingpart 302 of the receivingpart 300 breaks a sealingpart 118 that is a lower end of thestorage space 301 defined by coupling themain body 100 to the receivingpart 300. Thus, the content of thestorage space 301 may drop into the container and be mixed. - Also, the
operation part 200 includes a mainbody mouth protrusion 119 on themain body 101 so that theoperation part 200 is hung on themain body mouth 101 of themain body 100 and thus does not ascend upward above a predetermined height. Also, an operation part stopper protrusion 214 may be also disposed on a corresponding surface of theoperation surface 200 so that theoperation part 200 is hung on the mainbody mouth protrusion 119. - Also, when the bottle cap 1 is disposed and coupled to the
container 1000 as illustrated inFIG. 12 , themain body 100 is coupled to thecontainer 1000 as illustrated inFIG. 14 , and simultaneously, theoperation part 200 ascends to break a sealingpart 118. When it is intended to separate the bottle cap 1, the bottle cap 1 may rotate in a direction opposite to the assembling direction. Thus, astopper protrusion 213 of theoperation part 200 is hung on a stopper protrusion 117 of the main body to separate the bottle cap 1 together with themain body 100 from thecontainer 1000. - Also, the receiving
part 300 may be assembled to an inner wall of themain body mouth 101 in a long groove or protrusion shape so that the receivingpart 300 does not rotate within themain body 100, but moves downward. - According to further another embodiment (see
FIG. 15 ), when themain body 100 is disposed on the container mouth of thecontainer 1000, and theoperation part 200 is coupled (rotates), an upper portion of the receivingpart 300 that is an upper inner side of theoperation part 200 is punched, and thus the receivingpart 300 descends. For this, athin film 304 is disposed on an upper portion of the receivingpart 300, and a punching part 215 for breaking thethin film 304 is disposed on the bottom of an upper portion of theoperation part 200 that is an upper portion of thethin film 304. - Also, an opening/closing part is disposed above the punching part 215 of the
operation part 200. Anupper discharge hole 216 is defined in the punching part 215, and an upper sealing part 217 is disposed above the punching part 215. Thus, the opening/closing part 400 is assembled around the upper sealing part 217. - As described above, when it is intended to separate the bottle cap 1 from the container, the
operation part 200 may rotate in a direction opposite to the initial direction. Thus, the operation part and themain body 100 are integrally separated from the container. This technical feature will be described with reference toFIG. 13 . - According to further another embodiment (see
FIG. 16 ), a bottle cap 1 coupled around a container mouth of acontainer 1000 in which a content is contained includes amain body 100 coupled to the container mouth, amain body mouth 101 having amouth screw thread 102 is disposed on an upper portion of themain body 100. A receivingpart 201 having astorage space 202 lengthily extends inward around themain body 101, and a lower portion of the receivingpart 210 is sealed by a sealingpart 120. Anoperation part 200 having an operationpart screw thread 204 is disposed outward around themain body mouth 101. Theoperation part 200 is assembled to have a space S in which theoperation part 200 descends downward from an upper side of themain body mouth 101. In this configuration, when the bottle cap 1 is coupled to the container mouth, while the operationpart screw thread 204 descends along themouth screw thread 102 of themain body mouth 101, a lowerend punching part 218 of the receivingpart 201 breaks the lowerend sealing part 120 of the receivingpart 201. In this process, a different kind of material contained in thestorage space 202 drops into thecontainer 1000 and is mixed. - Also,
stopper protrusions 117 and 213 that are hooked in a hook shape are disposed in a reverse direction without applying a load in a forward direction are disposed inside an outer annular portion of themain body 100 so that themain body 100 together with the operation part is opened after theoperation part 200 is coupled around themain body 100. Also, an opening/closing part that is used for discharging the mixed contents is disposed on an upper portion of theoperation part 200. An upper discharge hole that is used for discharging the mixed content according to an operation of the opening/closing part 400 is disposed around an upper sealing part 217, and thus, the opening/closing part 400 is closely sealed. - According to further another embodiment (see
FIGS. 17 and 18 ), a bottle cap 1 includes amain body 1000 coupled around a mouth of a container mouth. A fixing protrusion 121 is disposed on themain body 100 to prevent themain body 100 from being separated after being coupled to a container mouth. Adischarge hole 122 is defined in a lower portion of themain body 100, and a main body mouth is disposed in the upper portion of the main body. Anoperation part 200 including astorage space 202 and a receivingpart 201 is coupled around themain body mouth 101 of themain body 100. A dischargehole sealing part 123 for blocking thedischarge hole 122 is disposed on a lower portion of theoperation part 200. When the bottle cap 1 having the above-described configuration is coupled to the container mouth, themain body 100 is fixedly coupled to the container mouth, and simultaneously, the dischargehole sealing part 123 that blocks thedischarge hole 122 while theoperation part 200 moves upward along themain body mouth 101 is separated to open thedischarge hole 122. Simultaneously, a different kind of material contained in thestorage space 202 drops through thedischarge hole 122. - Also, the discharge
hole sealing part 123 elongates an end of the receivingpart 210, and a dischargehole sealing part 123 is assembled around the end. An outer annular portion of the dischargehole sealing part 123 is hung in a manner in which an inner lower end of themain body 100 is fitted into the outer annular portion. Thus, while theoperation part 200 moves upward, the dischargehole sealing part 123 may be separated toward an inner lower side of thecontainer 1000. Referring toFIG. 17 , the dischargehole sealing part 123 may be connected to a connection part that lengthily extends downward from the inside of theoperation part 123. - According to further another embodiment (see
FIGS. 19 to 21 ), a bottle cap 1 include amain body 100 and a sealingpart 124 that is partitioned by using acutoff part 125 is disposed on a lower portion of themain body 100. Anoperation part 200 that is rotatable in a predetermined direction is disposed around an uppermain body mouth 101 of themain body 100. - Also, a receiving
part 201 having a storage space 02 is disposed inside theoperation part 200, and a sealingpart removing piece 220 that lengthily extends downward is disposed on one side of the receivingpart 201. An end of the sealingpart removing piece 220 is disposed in a recessed space 126 that is a starting point at which thecutoff part 125 is broken. - Also, in a state of
FIG. 19 , when the bottle cap 1 is coupled around acontainer mouth 1001 of acontainer 1000, themain body 100 is coupled to thecontainer mouth 1001, and simultaneously, theoperation part 200 rotates with respect to themain body mouth 101 of themain body 100. Then, the sealing part removing piece disposed in the space 126 pushes thecutoff part 125, and thus, the sealingpart 124 is opened to allow the different kind of material stored in thestorage space 202 to drop into thecontainer storage space 1003 and be mixed (seeFIG. 20 ). - Also, the mixed contents are discharged by lifting the upper opening/
closing part 400. As described above, when it is intended to separate the bottle cap 1 from thecontainer 1000, theoperation part 200 rotates in a direction opposite to the initial direction. As a result, as illustrated inFIG. 21 , thestopper protrusion 213 of theoperation part 200 hooks the stopper protrusion 117 of themain body 100 to separate theoperation part 200 together with themain body 100 from thecontainer 1000. - As described with reference to
FIGS. 19 to 21 , thestopper protrusion 213 may only rotate without applying a load in a predetermined direction. However, when thestopper protrusion 213 rotates in a direction of a hook-shaped portion, thestopper protrusion 213 is hooked by the stopper protrusion 117 of themain body 100. Thus, if theoperation part 200 is opened once, theoperation part 200 may not return to its original position. - Also,
FIG. 22 illustrates a modified example. Theoperation part 200 is assembled to surround an outer portion of themain body 100, and the operation part has a structure in which theoperation part 200 rotates, but is not separated. As illustrated inFIG. 21 ,stopper protrusions 117 and 213 are disposed between theoperation part 200 and themain body 100. - Also,
FIG. 22 illustrates a process in which the bottle cap 1 is coupled to thecontainer mouth 1001 of thecontainer 1000. In this state, when theoperation part 200 further rotates, an end of the sealingpart removing piece 220 pushes thecutoff part 125, and thus, the sealingpart 124 is opened. - Also, when it is intended to discharge the mixed contents, the
operation part 200 rotates in a direction opposite to the initial direction. As a result, thestopper protrusion 213 having a structure as illustrated in FIG, 21 may hook the stopper protrusion 117 of themain body 100 and thus be separated together with theoperation part 200. - For reference,
FIG. 23 is a view illustrating an example in which the bottle cap 1 ofFIG. 19 is capable of being designed without providing the opening/closing part that is a discharge unit in an upper portion of theoperation part 200. - According to further another embodiment (see
FIG. 24 ), a sealingpart removing piece 501 that is used for breaking thecutoff part 124 of themain body 100 is separately manufactured in the form of the receiving part 500 and is coupled with respect to the bottom of theoperation part 200. - As described above, when the
operation part 200 coupled around themain body mouth 101 of themain body 100 rotates in the rotation direction, the sealingpart removing piece 501 pushes thecutoff part 125, and simultaneously, the sealingpart 124 is opened to a lower side. When it is intended to separate the bottle cap 1 from thecontainer 1000, theoperation part 200 rotates in a direction opposite to the initial direction. Thus, as illustrated inFIG. 21 , thestopper protrusion 213 may hook the stopper protrusion 117 of themain body 100, and thus, theoperation part 200 together with themain body 100 may be separated. - According to further another embodiment (see
FIGS. 25 to 28 ), anoperation part 200 is assembled around amain body mount 101, and aconnection part 221 that lengthily extends downward is disposed within theoperation 200. A sealingpart 127 that blocks adischarge hole 128 is assembled with a lower end of theconnection part 221. - In use of the present invention, when a bottle cap 1 having a structure as illustrated in
FIG. 25 is coupled around acontainer mouth 1001, themain body 100 is coupled to thecontainer mouth 1001 as illustrated inFIG. 26 . In this state, when theoperation part 200 further rotates, theoperation part 200 moves upward by a screw thread or screw groove that is formed on an outer annular portion of themain body mouth 101, and then is opposed to the stopper groove or stopper protrusion. Thus, theoperation part 200 may not further move upward from themain body mouth 101. This state is illustrated inFIG. 27 . - Also, in the above-described process, the
connection part 221 catches the sealingpart 127 to ascend. Thus, the sealingpart 127 may get out of the discharge hole. This state is illustrated inFIG. 28 . - For reference, when the bottle cap 1 is coupled to the
container 1000, themain body 100 is coupled around thecontainer mouth 1001. When themain body 100 is stably coupled to thecontainer mouth 1001, the operation part moves upward on themain body mouth 101, and also, the sealingpart 127 gets out of thedischarge hole 128 to allow the content of thestorage space 202 to drop. - According to another embodiment (see
FIG. 29 ),FIG. 25 illustrates an opening/closing part 400 that is a unit for discharging mixed contents on an upper portion of the bottle cap 1. In use, although similar toFIG. 25 , when theoperation part 200 rotates, themain body 100 is coupled to thecontainer 1000. In this process, theoperation part 200 moves upward with respect to themain body mouth 101, and the sealing part 217 that blocks thedischarge hole 128 is opened. - Also, the mixed contents are discharged through a space formed by lifting the upper opening/
closing part 400. - According to further another embodiment (see
FIG. 30 ), although a bottle cap 1 has the same fundamental structure as that ofFIG. 25 , a lower end of aninner connection part 221 of anoperation part 200 and a portion of adischarge hole 128 is sealed through thermal adhesion by using a sealingpart 129 formed of a material such as a thin film. - In use of the present invention, when a bottle cap 1 is coupled around a
container mouth 1001 of acontainer 1000, amain body 100 is coupled as illustrated inFIG. 30 . In this state, when theoperation part 200 further rotates, aconnection part 221 ascends while cutting a sealingpart 129 when theoperation part 200 moves upward along amain body mouth 101 by a predetermined height. In this process, the discharge hole is opened, and a different kind of material stored in thestorage space 202 drops into the container and is mixed. - According to further another embodiment (see
FIGS. 31 and 32 ), astorage space 202 is defined in themain body 100, and adischarge hole 128 is defined in a lower portion of thestorage space 202. Thedischarge hole 128 is sealed by a sealingpart 601. - Also, a separate prefabricated connection rod 600 is assembled from an upper portion to a lower portion of the
operation part 200. The connection rod 600 is assembled toward a space 602 of an operation protrusion 222 of theoperation part 200 so that theoperation part 200 descends while rotating. A sealingpart 601 is connected to a lower end of the connection rod 600. - Also, a sealing member such as an O-ring for sealing may be additionally provided between the connection rod 600 and the
operation part 200. In use as described above, when the bottle capl is coupled around thecontainer mouth 1001 of thecontainer 1000, themain body 100 may be coupled around thecontainer mouth 1001. This state is illustrated inFIG. 31 . - Also, in a state of
FIG. 31 , when theoperation part 200 more strongly rotates, theoperation part 200 rotates with respect to themain body mouth 101. In this process, an operation protrusion 222 pushes the connection rod downward, and also, the sealing part gets out of thedischarge hole 128 to allow the content of thestorage space 202 to drop into acontainer storage space 1003 and be mixed. When the operation rotates in a reverse direction, theoperation part 200 hooks themain body 100 and is separated. - According to further another embodiment (see
FIG. 33 ), a bottle cap 1 includes anoperation part 200 that rotates in only one direction and assembled with an outer annular portion of amain body 100. A sealingpart removing piece 501 that lengthily extend is disposed in an inner lower portion of theoperation part 200, and a lower end of aninner storage space 202 of the bottle cap 1 is sealed by a sealingpart 130. - Also, in use, when the bottle cap 1 is disposed on and coupled to a
container mouth 1001 of acontainer 1000, themain body 100 is assembled with the container mouth 1001 (seeFIG. 33 ). In this state, when theoperation part 200 further rotates, the sealingpart removing piece 501 breaks the sealingpart 130 having an inclined angle and sealed. In this process, a different kind of material stored in thestorage space 202 drops into thecontainer storage space 1003 and is mixed. - As described above, when it is intended to discharge the mixed contents, the
operation part 200 rotates in a direction opposite to the initial direction likeFIG. 24 . As illustrated inFIG. 21 , since astopper protrusion 213 of theoperation part 200 hooks a stopper protrusion 117 of themain body 100, theoperation part 200 together with themain body 100 is separated. - According to further another embodiment (see
FIG. 34 ), the current embodiment is the same as that ofFIG. 33 . However, the mixed content within a container are discharged through an upper opening/closing hole formed when theoperation part 200 moves upward along themain body mouth 101 of themain body 100. - Preferably, the
operation part 200 that rotates around themain body mouth 101 of themain body 100 to vertically partially move is assembled, and a sealingpart removing part 220 that lengthily extends downward is disposed in theoperation part 200. A sealingpart 130 is inclinedly disposed on a lower end of the receivingpart 201 having an inner storage space of themain body 100. - As described above, in use, when the
operation part 200 operates, the main body is coupled around themain body mouth 1001. In this process, when theoperation part 200 further rotates, the sealingpart removing piece 220 breaks the sealingpart 130, and thus, a different kind of material contained in thestorage space 202 drops into thecontainer storage space 1003 and is mixed. - According to further another embodiment (see
FIG. 35 ), a sealingpart 130 that is partitioned by acutoff part 132 is disposed on an inner lower portion of themain body 100, and aprotrusion piece 131 that protrudes by a predetermined height is disposed on an upper portion of the sealingpart 130. - Also, an
operation part 200 is coupled around themain body mouth 101 of themain body 100, and a sealing part removing piece 320 extending downward is disposed within theoperation part 200. When theoperation part 200 rotates with respect to themain body mouth 101, the protrusion piece is pushed. - As described above, when the
main body 100 is coupled around a container, the bottle cap 1 is coupled as illustrated inFIG. 35 . In this state, when theoperation part 200 further rotates, the sealingpart removing piece 220 pushes theprotrusion piece 131. Here, thecutoff part 132 is broken to allow the different kind of material stored in thestorage space 202 drops into the container and is mixed. - According to further another embodiment (see
FIG. 36 ), astorage space 133 is defined in themain body 100, and adischarge hole 134 is defined in a lower portion of thestorage space 133. - Also, a
