Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу повышения урожайности семян растения по отношению к соответствующим растениям дикого типа путем повышения экспрессии в указанном растении последовательности нуклеиновой кислоты, кодирующей NAP1-подобный белок.Изобретение также относится к способу получения трансгенного растения, которое имеет повышенную урожайности семян, путем введения в растительную клетку последовательности нуклеиновой кислоты, которая кодирует NAP1-подобный белок и функционально связана с рисовым промотором GOS2; и выращивание растения из клетки трансгенного растения.
