Abstract
The method of treatment of torpedo destructive pulmonary tuberculosis against the background of hormonal homeostasis imbalance consists of basic therapy of pulmonary tuberculosis, against the background of which intravenous laser irradiation of blood is carried out. In case of hyperthyroidism and hypercorticism, helium-neon laser radiation and exposure of the optical fiber in the lumen with repetition of the course after one month are used, and in case of hypocorticism and hypothyroidism, helium-cadmium beam is used.
