Abstract
Винахід належить до галузі будівництва, а саме до способу виготовлення будівельного модуля з вже влаштованими теплоізоляційним та фасадним шарами, який виконує захисні та декоративні функції (тобто модуля повністю готового для використання на будівництві), та конструктивних особливостей будівельного модуля, виготовленого таким чином.Спосіб виготовлення будівельного модуля включає формування несучої монолітної основи з наступним формуванням теплоізоляційного шару, армуючого шару та фасадного шару. Спочатку здійснюють формування фасадного шару шляхом розташування шару гідрофобного наповнювача на дні форми, укладання на нього клейової суміші, армуючого шару, теплоізоляційного шару та несучої основи з наступним витримуванням до полімеризації клейової суміші. При укладанні клейової суміші забезпечують її розтічність у межах від до та адгезію клейової суміші з теплоізоляційним шаром не менше 0,5 МПа. Для фіксації теплоізоляційного шару на несучій основі використовують кріпильний елемент, неробочу частину якого розташовують у товщині теплоізоляційного шару перед формуванням несучої основи з наступним замонолічуванням робочої частини кріпильного елемента шаром несучої основи.Будівельний модуль містить несучу монолітну основу, теплоізоляційний шар, армуючий шар, фасадний шар та кріпильний елемент для фіксації теплоізоляційного шару на несучій основі. Фасадний шар утворений шляхом заливання шару клейової суміші на шар наповнювача, при цьому фасадний шар виконаний з міцністю на стиск не менше 16 МПа.
