Description

具有射頻天線的無線充電薄膜電池
本新型涉及一種薄膜電池,尤其涉及一種具有射頻天線的無線充電薄膜電池。
“輕”和“薄”一直是3C數碼產品追求的極致,是3C數碼產品行業的標桿形象,當下3C產品的刀鋒時代已經來臨了,一些3C產品諸如首飾、手錶、醫療用含感應器的衣服等都要做到極致輕薄,這就要求包括首飾,手錶在內的3C產品的包括電池、無線充電線圈、射頻天線在內的每個內部元件都要滿足極致輕薄的要求,儘量做到節省內部空間,才能使產品極致的“輕”和“薄”。
在設計和製作首飾、手錶等3C產品用的薄膜電池時,現有的做法是將無線充電天線、射頻天線等作為獨立元件從別處採購或者採用其他的生產工序製成後,再組裝在同時載有薄膜電池的柔性電路板上。其不足之處在於,將無線充電天線和射頻天線作為獨立元件組裝在同時載有薄膜電池的柔性電路板上要佔用首飾、手錶等3C產品的大部分內部空間,影響3C產品其他內部元件的空間分佈,另外,將無限充電天線和射頻天線作為獨立元件成本高,還要增加組裝無線充電天線和射頻天線的工序,制程長。
有鑒於此,本新型提供一種成本低,制程短,具有具有射頻天線的無線充電無線充電薄膜電池。
一種具有射頻天線的無線充電薄膜電池,所述無線充電薄膜電池包括柔性電路板和設置在柔性電路板上的薄膜電池組,所述無線充電薄膜電池還包括印刷在柔性電路板上的無線充電模組和射頻天線,所述無線充電模組電連接於薄膜電池組。
本新型的具有無線充電功能和射頻天線的無線充電薄膜電池將無線充電模組和射頻天線集成在無線充電薄膜電池的柔性電路板上,成本低,制程短。
下面將結合附圖,對本新型作進一步的詳細說明。
請一併參考圖1和圖2,一種無線充電無線充電薄膜電池100包括一柔性電路板10,所述柔性電路板包括第一面101和與第一面101相對的第二面102。所述無線充電薄膜電池100還包括印刷於柔性電路板10的第一面101上的無線充電模組20、薄膜電池組30和射頻天線40。
將無線充電模組20、薄膜電池組30和射頻天線40印刷在柔性電路板10 上的方法包括絲網印刷、感光板感光印刷、鐳射雕刻、蝕刻、機械加工等。在本實施方式中,所述無線充電模組20、薄膜電池組30和射頻天線40通過蝕刻的方式在柔性電路板10的生產過程中,以化學反應方法將不要部分的銅箔予以去除,使之形成所需的回路圖形。
所述無線充電模組20印刷在柔性電路板10的第一面101上,並與無薄膜電池組30電性連接。所述無線充電模組20包括充電線圈201和充電耦合電路202,充電線圈201與充電耦合電路202連接,充電耦合電路202與薄膜電池組30電性連接。所述無線充電模組20用以無線地接收一外設的無線供電裝置所供應的能量並將此能量轉換為電力來對薄膜電池組30充電。
所述射頻天線40印刷在柔性電路板10的第一面101上,所述射頻天線40可以是無線相容認證(Wireless Fidelity,WIFI)天線,也可以是藍牙(Blue Tooth,BT)天線或近距離無線通訊技術(Near Field Communication,NFC)天線等,所述射頻天線40包括射頻天線線圈403,所述射頻天線40還包括一射頻天線信號饋入點401和射頻天線信號接地點402,其中,射頻天線線圈403的兩個端子分別與射頻天線信號饋入點401和射頻天線信號接地點402連接,該射頻天線信號饋入點401連接於電子產品的射頻天線模組(圖未示出),所述射頻天線信號接地點402用於接地。在其他實施方式中,射頻天線線圈403的兩個端子本身可分別為射頻天線信號饋入點401和射頻天線信號接地點402,該射頻天線信號饋入點401連接於電子產品的射頻天線模組。
當採用具有射頻天線40的無線充電薄膜電池100時,就不需在電子產品中增設獨立的無線充電模組20和射頻天線40,若要對電子產品進行充電,只需將該無線充電薄膜電池100放置在無線供電裝置中即可,若要將電子產品與網路連接,只須將電子產品的射頻天線模組與無線充電薄膜電池100的射頻天線信號饋入點401連接即可。因此將無線充電模組20和射頻天線40印刷在柔性電路板10上可降低成本,減少電子產品組裝工序,節約電子產品內部空間。若採用這種具有射頻天線40的無線充電薄膜電池100作為零部件時,就不需購買獨立的射頻天線線圈403,可降低成本。
由於柔性電路板10是以聚醯亞胺或聚酯薄膜為基材製成的一種具有高度可靠性,絕佳的可撓性的印刷電路板,厚度薄,品質輕,請一併參考圖3,在其他實施方式中,為了進一步縮小無線充電薄膜電池100所佔用的空間,可將柔性電路板10上印刷有無線充電模組20和射頻天線40的部分向下彎折使柔性電路板10的第二面102彎折的部分與未彎折的部分相平,進一步減小柔性電路板10佔用的空間,從而增加電子產品的內部可分佈空間,縮小電子產品的整體尺寸。在本實施方式中,在柔性電路板10的第二面102的未彎折的部分和彎折的部分之間增加一隔離層404,用於防止柔性電路板10部分向下彎折後薄膜電池組30和射頻天線40由於距離太近而造成的信號之間的相互干擾,從而保證射頻天線40的通信品質。
本新型將無線充電模組20和射頻天線40分別印刷於具有薄膜電池組30的柔性電路板10上,可降低成本,減少工序,節約電子產品內部空間,可以更優的佈置產品內部的其他元件,可以更好地滿足產品“輕”和“薄”的設計要求。
本技術領域的普通技術人員應當認識到,以上的實施方式僅是用來說明本新型,而並非用作為對本新型的限定,只要在本新型的實質精神範圍之內,對以上實施例所作的適當改變和變化都落在本新型要求保護的範圍之內。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種具有射頻天線的無線充電薄膜電池,所述無線充電薄膜電池包括柔性電路板和設置在柔性電路板上的薄膜電池組,其改良在於,所述無線充電薄膜電池還包括印刷在柔性電路板上的無線充電模組和射頻天線,所述無線充電模組電連接於薄膜電池組。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有射頻天線的無線充電薄膜電池,其中,所述無線充電模組包括充電線圈和充電耦合電路,其中充電線圈連接於充電耦合電路,充電耦合電路連接於薄膜電池組。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有射頻天線的無線充電薄膜電池,其中,射頻天線包括射頻天線線圈,射頻天線線圈的兩個端子分別電連接於射頻天線信號饋入點和射頻天線信號接地點。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之具有射頻天線的無線充電薄膜電池,其中,所述射頻天線是無線相容認證天線、藍牙天線或近距離無線通訊技術天線中的一個或多個。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有射頻天線的無線充電薄膜電池,其中,射頻天線包括射頻天線線圈,射頻天線線圈的兩個端子分別為射頻天線信號饋入點和射頻天線信號接地點。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之具有射頻天線的無線充電薄膜電池,其中,所述射頻天線是無線相容認證天線、藍牙天線或近距離無線通訊技術天線中的一個或多個。
