Abstract

Description

Seamless gloves

The present invention is related to the field of glove products, in particular, a seamless glove with a special adhesive structure that can provide a smooth and comfortable excellent skin touch during use.

Gloves can be considered as a protective equipment that provides a certain degree of protection against injuries in work, environment or combat. Over time, the design and manufacturing technology and process of gloves have gradually evolved and started to be produced on a large scale. Industrialized production has made gloves more popular and can meet the needs of various occupations, such as industry, agriculture, and medical care. At this time, the materials of gloves have also become more diverse, including rubber, plastic or synthetic fibers, which are common choices to meet the needs of different environments and uses. They are also divided by application scope and function. Common types of gloves in general life include cold-proof gloves, sports gloves, cleaning gloves, medical gloves, etc., and their designs vary to cope well with various specific environments and uses.

However, while gloves cater to various needs, there are still shortcomings that need to be overcome, and one of the main issues is comfort. Comfort is a key factor that cannot be ignored in glove products to ensure that users feel comfortable when wearing them, while also taking into account not affecting the user's operational flexibility. The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a seamless glove that achieves high wearing comfort and flexibility through a special fabric structure and bonding relationship.

The present invention discloses a seamless glove 1, comprising a base fabric 10, a thumb fabric 11, a plurality of finger fabrics 12 and a wrist fabric 13.

The base fabric 10 has a palm area 101, a thumb area 102 and a plurality of finger areas 103, wherein the thumb area 102 and the finger areas 103 are respectively connected to the palm area 101. A first folding section 104 is provided between the thumb area 102 and the adjacent finger area 103, and a second folding section 105 is provided between two adjacent finger areas 103. The thumb fabric 11 is provided in accordance with the shape of the thumb area 102, the width of the thumb fabric 11 is greater than the width of the thumb area 102, and the finger-exposed end edge of the thumb fabric 11 is aligned with the finger-exposed end edge of the thumb area 102, and the two sides of the thumb fabric 11 are partially covered and bonded to the thumb area 102.

The other finger fabrics 12 are respectively arranged corresponding to the finger sections 103 and respectively extend to part of the palm area 101 . Furthermore, in order to improve the wearing stability of the seamless glove 1, a sub-fixing part 131 and a mother fixing part 132 can be provided at both ends of the wrist cloth 13. Accordingly, when the user wears the seamless glove 1, the sub-fixing part 131 and the mother fixing part 132 can enhance the tight fit between the seamless glove 1 and the user's wrist to reduce the chance of the glove falling off.
