本發明為一種安裝於觸控顯示面板之塑料面板的技術領域,尤其指一種印刷圖像介於表面塗層及塑料基板之間的塑料面板製造方法及結構。The present invention relates to a technical field of a plastic panel mounted on a touch display panel, and more particularly to a method and structure for manufacturing a plastic panel with a printed image between a surface coating and a plastic substrate.
觸控顯示面板為多層結構所構成,每層結構具備著本身的功能,本文所提之塑料面板位於該觸控顯示面板的最外層,作為與操作者直接接觸的面板,表層須具備耐磨性,以利長時間的觸控操作,並能保護下層的觸控模板。The touch display panel is composed of a multi-layer structure, each layer has its own function. 如圖1所示,為習用觸控顯示面板的結構示意圖,主要包括一觸控顯示面板11及設置於其上的塑料板面,該塑料面板包括圖案層12、塑料基板13及塗佈層14,該圖案層12位於該觸控顯示面板11與該塑料基板13之間,塗佈層14位於該塑料基板13與外界接觸的表面。該圖案層12構成螢幕未能感應的邊框區域,塗佈層14於表面依需求形成所需的硬度及形狀,例如形成霧面,在操作時減少反光現象,或是增加硬度提升耐磨性。該塑料面板的加工方式為:購入表面已具有塗佈層14的塑料基板13,使用油墨於該塑料基板13無塗佈層14的表面印刷圖像形成至少一層的該圖案層12,之後將該塑料基板13裁切成所需形狀,後續貼合製程則是將該塑料基板13具有圖案層12的表面黏貼於該觸控顯示面板11之上,但此加工方式具有下列項缺點:
1. 就塑料面板廠商而言,須先購買多種不同塗佈層14及多種厚度的塑料基板13,之後再依訂單需求印刷相對圖案及裁切尺寸,如此造成備貨的庫存量多,也需依塗層種類及厚度分別管理,有些塗層在疊堆時容易表面形狀受損,管理上就必須注意,造成管理上的困擾,另外存貨太多,未使用就容易造成浪費;
2. 該圖案層12位於該塑料基板13表面上,故兩者之間就存在著高度斷差(非在一平面),因此具有圖案層12的表面貼黏於該觸控顯示面板11上,容易產生氣泡,造成貼合製程的不良率過高;
3. 另外該圖案層12位於塑料基板13底層,運用於顯示器在使用時背部光源發亮,該圖案層12容易產生光暈現象影像顯示品質。
