Abstract

The present invention provides a bra cup having an outer surface, an inner surface, a lower edge, an upper edge, an inner edge and an outer edge. The inner surface of the cup has a raised chest pad, wherein, looking upward from the lower edge of the cup, the angle between the line connecting the highest point of the outer surface of the cup and the intersection point of the inner edge and the lower edge of the cup and the normal line of the plane passing through the intersection point of the inner edge and the lower edge of the cup and the lower edge of the cup is 35 degrees to 45 degrees; looking upward from the lower edge of the cup, the angle between the tangent line of the outer surface contour passing through the highest point of the outer surface of the cup at the intersection with the plane where the lower edge of the cup is located and the normal line of the plane where the lower edge of the cup is located is less than 20 degrees; looking from the outer side to the inner side of the cup, the angle between the tangent line of the outer edge of the cup at the intersection with the lower edge of the cup and the normal line of the plane where the lower edge of the cup is located is less than 20 degrees.

Description

Cup

The present invention relates to a bra cup, in particular a bra cup that can make the side breast contour more prominent.

Women's underwear, swimsuits or some clothing often use cups to fix the wearer's breasts and prevent them from sagging, and to modify the body curves appropriately to show beauty. However, most of the current cups are equipped with thick pads at different positions inside the cups to push the breasts. Although the breasts can be concentrated, they are only concentrated toward the chest, making the breasts near the heart cavity protrude and ignoring the beauty of the side breast shape. There is room for improvement.

In view of the above problems, the inventor of this invention has explored and designed a bra cup to improve the shortcomings of the prior art and enhance its industrial applicability.

The technical means adopted by the present invention is to provide a cup, the cup having an outer surface, an inner surface, a lower edge, an upper edge, an inner edge and an outer edge, the inner surface of the cup having a raised breast pad portion, wherein when viewed upward from the lower edge of the cup, the angle between the line connecting the highest point of the outer surface of the cup and the intersection point of the inner edge and the lower edge of the cup and the normal line passing through the intersection point of the inner edge and the lower edge of the cup and the plane where the lower edge of the cup is located is 3 5 to 45 degrees; when viewed upward from the lower edge of the cup, the angle between the tangent of the outer surface contour of the cup passing through the highest point of the outer surface of the cup at the intersection with the plane where the lower edge of the cup is located and the normal of the plane where the lower edge of the cup is located is less than 20 degrees; when viewed from the outside to the inside of the cup, the angle between the tangent of the outer edge of the cup at the intersection with the lower edge of the cup and the normal of the plane where the lower edge of the cup is located is less than 20 degrees.

In one embodiment of the cup of the present invention, when viewed from the outside to the inside of the cup, the angle between the tangent of the outer surface contour line passing through the highest point of the outer surface of the cup at the intersection with the plane where the lower edge of the cup is located and the normal of the plane where the lower edge of the cup is located is less than 20 degrees.

In one embodiment of the cup of the present invention, the breast pad has a C-shaped outer peripheral contour, and the cup is configured such that when worn, the opening of the outer peripheral contour of the breast pad faces the inner side and upper side of the inner surface of the cup.

In one embodiment of the cup of the present invention, a crescent piece is provided on the inner surface of the cup near the outer edge, and a pad is provided in the crescent piece.

In one embodiment of the cup of the present invention, the crescent piece has an unfixed side edge and a fixed side edge, the unfixed side edge is not fixed to the inner surface of the cup, and the fixed side edge is fixed to the inner surface of the cup. The cup and the crescent piece are arranged such that when worn, the unfixed edge of the crescent piece faces the inner side and lower side of the inner surface of the cup.

In one embodiment of the cup of the present invention, the crescent piece is a non-slip fabric.

In one embodiment of the cup of the present invention, the inner surface of the cup is further provided with an auxiliary crescent piece, the auxiliary crescent piece is a non-slip fabric, the auxiliary crescent piece covers a part of the inner surface of the cup and a part of the crescent piece, the auxiliary crescent piece has an unfixed side edge and a fixed side edge, the unfixed side edge is not fixed to the inner surface of the cup, and the fixed side edge is fixed to the inner surface of the cup. The inner surface of the cup, a portion of the fixed side edge of the auxiliary crescent piece is fixed to the lower edge of the cup, a portion of the fixed side edge of the auxiliary crescent piece is fixed to the outer side edge of the cup, and a portion of the fixed side edge of the auxiliary crescent piece is fixed to the inner side edge of the cup. In an embodiment of the cup of the present invention, the breast pad portion includes a first breast pad portion and a second breast pad portion, a gap valley portion is formed between the first breast pad portion and the second breast pad portion, and the gap valley portion extends on the inner surface to form a gradual opening area, wherein the volume of the first breast pad portion is larger than that of the second breast pad portion, and the second breast pad portion is arranged at a position on the outer side of the inner surface relative to the first breast pad portion, and the cup is arranged such that when worn, the gap valley portion tilts inwardly, and the gradual opening area gradually opens upwardly toward the inner side.

In one embodiment of the cup of the present invention, a support is provided at the lower edge of the cup.

In one embodiment of the cup of the present invention, the support member is a soft bone, a soft steel ring, or two overlapping soft steel rings.

The cup of the present invention has a more three-dimensional shape than the traditional cup, so that the wearer's chest is higher and the outer contour of the chest is more prominent when worn. In one embodiment, the breast pad has a C-shaped outer contour, which can make the breasts on both sides lean towards the middle and lift them upward.

In a variation, a crescent piece and a pad are provided on the inner surface of the cup near the outer edge, pushing the outer side of the wearer's breast inward, increasing the concentration effect, and adding an anti-slip function. In another variation, the inner surface of the cup is further provided with an auxiliary crescent to further increase the friction of the cup, making it difficult to slip and run. The auxiliary crescent can also be covered with a pad to push the lower side of the wearer's breast upward to form a lifting effect.

In another variation, the chest pad includes a first chest pad and a second chest pad, which lifts the lower edge of the wearer's chest and tucks the flesh of the accessory breasts and armpits inward, making the wearer look slimmer and fresher when viewed from the front.

The detailed description and technical contents of the present invention are described below with accompanying drawings. However, the attached drawings are only provided for reference and explanation to help understand the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

Figures 1A to 1F show a cup 100 proposed by the present invention. The cup 100 has an outer surface 11, an inner surface 12, a lower edge 1D, an upper edge 1U, an inner edge 1N, and an outer edge 1E. The cup 100 is configured to cover the wearer's breasts when worn. The outer surface 11 is a convex surface, and the inner surface 12 is a concave surface. When worn, the inner surface 12 is the surface facing the human skin. The inner surface 12 has a raised breast pad portion 12P at the lower outer side. When worn, the breast pad portion 12P can squeeze the wearer's breasts to the area above the inner side of the inner surface 12 where there is no breast pad portion 12P, so as to create a concentrated and pointed visual sense. Cup 100 The lower edge 1D, upper edge 1U, inner edge 1N and outer edge 1E can be sewn with inherent sealing or rolling edges. A support member 5 can be provided inside the sealing or rolling edge of the lower edge 1D to strengthen the support for the breast. The support member 5 can be a soft bone, a soft steel ring or two overlapping soft steel rings to improve the discomfort caused by the traditional steel ring when wearing. Except for Figure 3, the cup 100 shown in the remaining figures is the right cup. The shape of the left cup is symmetrical with the right cup and is not shown in the figure. Figure 1A shows the angle of the cup lower edge 1D when it is placed flat on a plane (such as a table) and viewed from above the plane.

As shown in FIG. 1D, in one embodiment, the breast pad 12P has a C-shaped (or crescent-shaped, bean-shaped, or jade-shaped) outer peripheral contour 12PL, and the cup 100 is arranged such that when worn, the opening of the outer peripheral contour 12PL of the breast pad 12P faces the inner upper side of the inner surface 12 of the cup 100. In this arrangement, the C-shaped breast pad 12P can be used to concentrate the wearer's breasts inwardly and upwardly to the inner upper area of the inner surface 12 where there is no breast pad 12P, so that the breasts on both sides are pulled toward the middle and lifted upward, creating a visual effect of full upper breasts.

As shown in FIG. 1B , when viewed upward from the lower edge 1D of the cup 100, the angle θ1 between the line L1 connecting the highest point BP of the outer surface of the cup 100 and the intersection point P1 of the inner edge 1N and the lower edge 1D of the cup 100 and the normal line N1 of the plane passing through the intersection point P1 of the inner edge 1N and the lower edge of the cup and the lower edge 1D of the cup is 35 degrees to 45 degrees. When viewed upward from the lower edge 1D of the cup 100, the angle θ2 between the tangent line T1 of the outer surface contour line 11L1 passing through the highest point BP of the outer surface of the cup 100 at the intersection (intersection point P2) with the plane where the lower edge 1D of the cup is located and the normal line N2 of the plane where the lower edge 1D of the cup is located is less than 20 degrees. When worn, the highest point BP on the outer surface of the cup 100 corresponds to the position of the wearer's nipple.

As shown in Figure 1C, when viewed from the outside to the inside of the cup 100, the angle θ3 between the tangent line T2 of the outer edge 1E of the cup 100 at the intersection (intersection point P3) with the lower edge 1D of the cup and the normal line N3 of the plane where the lower edge 1D of the cup 100 is located is less than 20 degrees. When viewed from the outside to the inside of the cup 100, the angle θ4 between the tangent line T3 of the outer surface contour line 11L2 passing through the highest point BP of the outer surface of the cup at the intersection (intersection point P4) with the plane where the lower edge 1D of the cup is located and the normal line N4 of the plane where the lower edge 1D of the cup is located is less than 20 degrees.

As shown in Figures 2A and 2B, when viewed from the bottom edge of the cup upward and from the outside to the inside of the cup, respectively, the outer surface contour lines 11L1 and 11L2 passing through the outer surface highest point BP of the cup 100 of the present invention are compared with the outer surface contour lines CL1 and CL2 passing through the outer surface highest point BP1 of the conventional cup. By comparison, it can be understood that since the angles θ2, θ3 and θ4 of the cup 100 of the present invention are all less than 20 degrees, the cup 100 of the present invention is more three-dimensional than the traditional cup (in the traditional cup, the angle θ2 is greater than 25 degrees, the angle θ3 is greater than 50 degrees, and the angle θ4 is greater than 25 degrees), the highest point BP of the outer surface when worn will be more lateral, more upward, and more protruding forward than the highest point BP1 of the outer surface of the traditional cup (the highest point BP of the outer surface is further to the left than the highest point BP1 of the outer surface in FIG. 2A, and further to the left and higher than the highest point BP1 of the outer surface in FIG. 2B), so that the chest is visually higher and more upright when worn. Since the highest point BP of the outer surface is more outward than the traditional cup, it can visually present an outward expansion effect, and since the angles θ2 and θ3 of the cup 100 are less than 20 degrees, the curvature of the outer side of the wearer's breast can be more prominent when worn, achieving the effect of modifying the outer chest shape and slimming the waist, making the body present an hourglass shape, as shown in Figure 3.

Optionally, as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, in this embodiment, a crescent piece 2 is provided on the inner surface 12 of the cup 100 near the outer edge 1E, and a pad 21 is provided in the crescent piece 2. In this embodiment, the crescent piece 2 has an unfixed side edge 2E1 and a fixed side edge 2E2. The unfixed side edge 2E1 is not fixed to the inner surface 12 of the cup 100, and the fixed side edge 2E2 is fixed to the inner surface 12 of the cup 100 (it can be sewn and fixed to the outer edge 1E of the cup 100 and part of the lower edge 1D and part of the upper edge 1U together with the edge sealing and rolling, or directly sewn and fixed to the outer edge 1E of the cup 100). The cup 100 and the crescent piece 2 are arranged such that when worn, the unfixed side edge 2E1 of the crescent piece 2 faces the inner side and lower side of the inner surface 12 of the cup. Optionally, the crescent piece 2 can be made of a non-slip fabric. The crescent piece 2 can be folded to form a bag body with a pocket (not shown) facing the outer side edge 1E of the cup 100, and a pad 21 can be placed into the bag body through the pocket. The pad 21 can push the outer side of the wearer's breast inward to increase the concentration effect.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4C , the inner surface 12 of the cup 100 may be further provided with an auxiliary crescent piece 3. The auxiliary crescent piece 3 is a non-slip fabric. The auxiliary crescent piece 3 covers a portion of the inner surface 12 of the cup 100 and a portion of the crescent piece 2. The auxiliary crescent piece has an unfixed side edge 3E1 and a fixed side edge 3E2. The unfixed side edge 3E1 is not fixed to the inner surface 12 of the cup 100, and the fixed side edge 3E2 is fixed to the inner surface 12 of the cup. A portion of the fixed side edge 3E2 of the auxiliary crescent piece 3 is fixed to the lower edge 1D of the cup 100, a portion of the fixed side edge 3E2 of the auxiliary crescent piece 3 is fixed to the outer side edge 1E of the cup 100, and a portion of the fixed side edge 3E2 of the auxiliary crescent piece 3 is fixed to the inner side edge 1N of the cup 100 (it can be sewn and fixed to the lower edge 1D and part of the outer side edge 1E and the inner side edge 1N of the cup 100 together with the edge sealing and rolling, or directly sewn and fixed to the lower edge 1D and part of the outer side edge 1E and the inner side edge 1N of the cup 100). The cup 100 and the auxiliary crescent piece 3 are arranged so that when worn, the unfixed side edge 3E1 of the auxiliary crescent piece 3 faces the inner side and upper side of the inner surface 12 of the cup 100. The provision of the auxiliary crescent piece 3 can further increase the friction of the cup 100, making it difficult for the cup to slide. The auxiliary crescent piece 3 can also be covered with a pad 31. The pad 31 can push the lower side of the wearer's breast upward to form a lifting effect.

As shown in FIG. 5 , another embodiment of the cup of the present invention is shown. In the absence of conflict, the cup 200 may have the elements and features mentioned in the above embodiments. In this embodiment, the breast pad portion 12P of the cup 200 includes a first breast pad portion 12P1 and a second breast pad portion 12P2. A spacing valley portion 12V is formed between the first breast pad portion 12P1 and the second breast pad portion 12P2. The spacing valley portion 12V extends on the inner surface 12 to form a gradual area 12D. The volume of the first breast pad portion 12P1 is larger than that of the second breast pad portion 12P2. The second breast pad portion 12P2 is arranged at the outer side of the inner surface 12 relative to the first breast pad portion 12P. The first breast pad 12P1, which is larger on the inner side, is designed to lift the lower edge of the chest when worn, making the chest shape firmer, while the second breast pad 12P2, which is smaller on the outer side, is designed to pull the wearer's accessory breasts and armpit flesh inward when worn, eliminating the roundness of the sides, making the wearer look thinner and fresher when viewed from the front.

As shown in Figure 5, the cup 200 is configured such that when worn, the interval valley portion 12V tilts inward, and the gradual opening area 12D gradually opens upward and inward. Therefore, after the breasts are gathered upward and inward to the gradual opening area 12D by the first breast pad portion 12P1 and the second breast pad portion 12P2, the effect of leaning toward the center and making the upper chest fuller can be presented visually, and the body shape can be made thinner.

As shown in Figure 6, the cup 100 can be divided into several areas A1, A2, and A3. Area A1 includes the lower edge 1D, upper edge 1U, inner edge 1N, and outer edge 1E of the cup 100, with a thickness of 0.1 to 0.7 cm. Area A2 is the area where the highest point BP of the outer surface is located, with a thickness of 0.7 to 2.5 cm. The thickest part of the breast pad 12P is 4 cm, located in area A3.

The cup 100 and the cup 200 have a pad, and may optionally further include an outer lining layer, an inner lining layer, and an edge or a hem. The outer lining layer covers the outer surface of the pad, and the inner lining layer covers the inner surface of the pad, and is used to contact the wearer's breast. The pad can be made of polyester foam or a suitable material, and the chest pad portion 12P is formed on the inner surface of the pad. The inner lining layer can use a non-elastic fabric, such as a good performance fabric. The outer lining layer, the inner lining layer, the edge or the hem can be combined with the pad by sewing, or can be pressed together without sewing. The outer lining layer, inner lining layer and padding body can also be sewn directly or by hemming.

In this specification and the scope of the patent application, the "inner side", "outer side" and "upper side" of the inner surface of the cup refer to the relative position of the cup after it is worn on the human body. For a left-side cup, the "outer side" of the inner surface after wearing is located on the left relative to the "inner side"; for a right-side cup, the "outer side" of the inner surface after wearing is located on the right relative to the "inner side".

The cup 100 and cup 200 of the present invention can be 1/2 cup, 3/4 cup or full cup. The cups 100 and 200 can be configured to be applied to bras with shoulder straps or without shoulder straps, bras with suspenders or without suspenders, and can also be applied to short-sleeved tops, sleeveless tops or jumpsuits.

A cup has an outer surface, an inner surface, a lower edge, an upper edge, an inner edge and an outer edge, wherein the inner surface of the cup has a raised breast pad portion, wherein, when viewed upward from the lower edge of the cup, an angle between a line connecting the highest point of the outer surface of the cup and the intersection of the inner edge and the lower edge of the cup and a normal line passing through the intersection of the inner edge and the lower edge of the cup and the plane where the lower edge of the cup is located is 35 degrees to 45 degrees; when viewed upward from the lower edge of the cup, an outer surface contour passing through the highest point of the outer surface of the cup is 35 degrees to 45 degrees between the line connecting the highest point of the outer surface of the cup and the intersection of the inner edge and the lower edge of the cup and the normal line passing through the intersection of the inner edge and the lower edge of the cup and the plane where the lower edge of the cup is located is 35 degrees to 45 degrees. The angle between the tangent of the outer edge of the cup at the intersection with the plane where the lower edge of the cup is located and the normal of the plane where the lower edge of the cup is located is less than 20 degrees; when viewed from the outside to the inside of the cup, the angle between the tangent of the outer edge of the cup at the intersection with the lower edge of the cup and the normal of the plane where the lower edge of the cup is located is less than 20 degrees; when viewed from the outside to the inside of the cup, the angle between the tangent of the outer surface contour line passing through the highest point of the outer surface of the cup at the intersection with the plane where the lower edge of the cup is located and the normal of the plane where the lower edge of the cup is located is less than 20 degrees. The cup as described in claim 1, wherein the breast pad has a C-shaped outer peripheral contour, and the cup is arranged such that when worn, the opening of the outer peripheral contour of the breast pad faces the inner upper side of the inner surface of the cup. The cup as described in claim 2, wherein a crescent piece is provided on the inner surface of the cup near the outer edge, and a pad is provided in the crescent piece. The cup as described in claim 3, wherein the crescent piece has an unfixed side edge and a fixed side edge, the unfixed side edge is not fixed to the inner surface of the cup, and the fixed side edge is fixed to the inner surface of the cup, and the cup and the crescent piece are arranged such that when worn, the unfixed edge of the crescent piece faces the inner side and lower side of the inner surface of the cup. The cup as described in claim 4, wherein the crescent piece is a non-slip fabric. The cup as described in claim 3, wherein the inner surface of the cup is further provided with an auxiliary crescent piece, the auxiliary crescent piece is a non-slip fabric, the auxiliary crescent piece covers a portion of the inner surface of the cup and a portion of the crescent piece, the auxiliary crescent piece has an unfixed side edge and a fixed side edge, the unfixed side edge is not fixed to the inner surface of the cup, and the fixed side edge is fixed to the inner surface of the cup The surface of the cup, a portion of the fixed side edge of the auxiliary crescent piece is fixed to the lower edge of the cup, a portion of the fixed side edge of the auxiliary crescent piece is fixed to the outer side edge of the cup, and a portion of the fixed side edge of the auxiliary crescent piece is fixed to the inner side edge of the cup. The cup as described in claim 1, wherein the breast pad portion includes a first breast pad portion and a second breast pad portion, a gap valley portion is formed between the first breast pad portion and the second breast pad portion, and the gap valley portion extends on the inner surface to form a gradual opening area, wherein the volume of the first breast pad portion is larger than that of the second breast pad portion, and the second breast pad portion is arranged at a position on the outer side of the inner surface relative to the first breast pad portion, and the cup is arranged such that: when worn, the gap valley portion tilts inwardly, and the gradual opening area gradually opens upwardly toward the inner side. A bra cup as described in claim 1, wherein a support is provided at the lower edge of the bra cup. A bra cup as described in claim 9, wherein the support member is a soft bone, a soft steel ring, or two overlapping soft steel rings.
