Abstract
本案揭示一種無線通訊裝置,包含:一電路板,包含具有一訊號發送端與一接地端的一無線通訊電路;及一環圈天線,包含一導電環、一饋入部、一第一短路部及一第二短路部,饋入部連接於導電環與訊號發送端之間,第一短路部與第二短路部連接於導電環與接地端之間。第一短路部相距於饋入部對應環圈天線之操作頻率之0.1倍波長內,第二短路部相距於饋入部對應環圈天線之操作頻率之0.5倍波長內。
Description
本案是有關於一種無線通訊裝置,特別是有關於一種具有環圈天線之無線通訊裝置。
無線通訊技術的發展,促成許多無線通訊裝置,如手機、筆記型電腦、智慧手錶等的市場熱潮。這些無線通訊裝置內藏式天線取代過去之外露式天線的做法,可使得無線通訊裝置在具有良好的無線通訊品質下,能同時兼顧產品輕巧及美觀。然而,近來為了美觀,此些裝置多採用金屬材質之殼體,如此將對內藏式天線之通訊品質造成影響。
本案提供一種無線通訊裝置,包含:一電路板,包含一無線通訊電路,包含一訊號發送端與一接地端;及一環圈天線,包含一導電環、一饋入部、一第一短路部及一第二短路部,饋入部連接導電環與訊號發送端之間,第一短路部與第二短路部連接於導電環與接地端之間,其中第一短路部相距於饋入部對應環圈天線之操作頻率之0.1倍波長內,第二短路部相距於饋入部對應環圈天線之操作頻率之0.5倍波長內。
綜上所述,藉由應用本案之實施例,可利用無線通訊裝置本身之殼體的導電部分作為天線之用,而能有效利用殼體內部空間,同時因無需額外增加天線,亦可降低生產成本。

以下將以圖式揭露本案的複數個實施方式,為明確說明起見,許多實務上的細節將在以下敘述中一併說明。然而,應瞭解到,這些實務上的細節不應用以限制本案。也就是說,在本案部分實施方式中,這些實務上的細節是非必要的。此外,為簡化圖式起見,一些習知慣用的結構與元件在圖式中將以簡單示意的方式繪示之。
圖1為依據本案之一實施例繪示的無線通訊裝置之立體示意圖。在此,無線通訊裝置以智慧手錶為例,但本案並非以此為限,無線通訊裝置也可以是如行動電話、數位多媒體播放器、遙控器等具有無線通訊功能之電子裝置。無線通訊裝置包含電路板100、環圈天線200及殼體600,電路板100設置在殼體600內部。環圈天線200構成殼體600之一部分。
圖2為依據本案一實施例之電路板100與環圈天線200之立體示意圖。參照圖2,電路板100包含無線通訊電路110,無線通訊電路110具有訊號發送端112與接地端114。無線通訊電路110可產生無線通信訊號,無線通信訊號透過訊號發送端112與接地端114傳送至環圈天線200,而經由環圈天線200輻射出去。反之,外部無線訊號經由環圈天線200接收後,透過訊號發送端112與接地端114傳送無線通訊電路110。接地端114可連接至電路板100之接地平面(圖未示)。
如圖2所示,環圈天線200包含導電環210、饋入部212、第一短路部214及第二短路部216。饋入部212一端連接導電環210,另一端連接訊號發送端112,即饋入部212連接於導電環210與訊號發送端112之間。第一短路部214與第二短路部216連接於導電環210與接地端114之
間,亦即第一短路部214之一端連接導電環210,另一端連接接地端114,且第二短路部216之一端連接導電環210,另一端連接接地端114。饋入部212、第一短路部214與第二短路部216可為彈片、單針彈簧連接器(pogo pin)等連接元件。第一短路部214相距於饋入部212對應該環圈天線200之操作頻率之0.1倍波長(即距離D1)內。第二短路部216相距於饋入部212對應環圈天線200之操作頻率之0.5倍波長(即距離D2)內。饋入部212流經部分導電環210至第二短路部216形成一電流路徑,並經由接地端114流回無線通訊電路110,因此第二短路部216之設置位置可改變電流路徑長度,進而改變環圈天線200之操作頻率。另一方面,第一短路部214之位置則用以調整環圈天線200之阻抗匹配。於此,視無線通訊裝置採用的通訊技術(如藍牙、Wi-Fi、GPS等),可調整前述距離D1、D2,使得環圈天線200之操作頻率符合該通訊技術之要求。在此,導電環210為殼體600的一部分,藉此可利用現有的殼體600的導電部分(即導電環210)作為天線之用,而無需另外在殼體600內增設天線,而可有效利用內部空間。此外,也可避免因天線設置在殼體600內部而受到金屬殼體600影響其通訊。
如圖2所示,導電環210之垂直投影位於電路板100之垂直投影外側。因此,導電環210在垂直方向上因不會與電路板100重疊,而可減少電路板100上的元件對導電環210造成訊號干擾。
如圖2所示,導電環210與電路板100位於不同平面,使得導電環210在水平方向上不會與電路板100重疊,而可減少電路板100上的元件對導電環210造成訊號干擾。
圖3為依據本案又一實施例之電路板100與環圈天線200之立體示意圖。如圖3所示,相較於圖2之實施例,無線通訊裝置更包含一接地環300。接地環300設置於電路板100之周圍,導電環210設置於接地環300之上側。接地環300亦可為殼體600的導電部分。所述導電部分之材質可為金屬或其他導電之材質。
圖4與圖5為依據本案又一實施例之電路板100與環圈天線200之立體示意圖及返回損失(return loss)圖。如圖4所示,無線通訊裝置更包含第三短路部310。第三短路部310一端連接至接地端114,另一端連接至接地環300,即第三短路部310連接於接地環300與接地端114之間。因此,接地環300、第三短路部310、饋入部212、第一短路部214及第二短路部216與導電環210共同構成環圈天線200。第三短路部310垂直投影至導電環210之位置介於第一短路部214與第二短路部216之間,並位於相對於饋入部212之另一側。參照圖5,可以看到,相較於如圖2所示之實施例之操作頻率(虛線),如圖4所示之實施例之操作頻率(實線)不變,而可作為靜電保護(ESD)或防電磁干擾(EMI)接地之用。
圖6與圖7為依據本案再一實施例之電路板100與環圈天線200之立體示意圖及返回損失(return loss)圖。如圖6所示,第三短路部310垂直投影至導電環210之位置介於饋入部212與第二短路部216之間,
並位於相對於第一短路部214之另一側。參照圖7,可以看到,相較於如圖3所示之實施例之操作頻率(虛線),如圖6所示之實施例之操作頻率(實線)改變,因此可透過第三短路部310之設置位置,作為環圈天線電流路徑之延伸,以調整其操作頻率。
圖8及圖9分別為依據本案另一實施例之電路板100與環圈天線200之立體示意圖及側視圖。相較於圖2所示實施例之環圈天線200之導電環210成矩形,圖8與圖9所示實施例之環圈天線200之導電環210為圓形。然而,本案之環圈天線200之導電環210的形狀亦非以矩形或圓形為限,亦可為其他形狀,可配合殼體600的造型而定。
在一實施例中,如圖8所示,第一短路部214或/和第二短路部216更包含至少一匹配元件400(於此繪示第一短路部214和第二短路部216均包含匹配元件400)。匹配元件400可包含一個或多個電容或電感。藉此,可調整環圈天線200之阻抗匹配及操作頻率。
如圖8及圖9所示,無線通訊裝置亦可包含圓形之接地環300(係為殼體600之導電部分)與第三短路部310。第三短路部310連接於電路板100之接地端114與接地環300之間。在此,第三短路部310可如同前述,其垂直投影至導電環210之位置介於第一短路部214與第二短路部216之間,並位於相對於饋入部212之另一側。在另一實施例中,第三短路部310垂直投影至導電環210之位置介於饋入部212與第二短路部216之間,並位於相對於第一短路部214之另一側。
圖10、11、12分別為依據本案又另一實施例之無線通訊裝置之部分立體示意圖及其電路板與環圈天線之天線效率圖及返回損失(return loss)圖。相較於如圖2、圖5或圖6之實施例,無線通訊裝置更包含導電帶500,連接於接地環300之外側並向外延伸,作為環圈天線200之延伸接地面,而可調整環圈天線200之操作頻率與阻抗。在此,導電帶500之長度小於或等於對應環圈天線200之操作頻率之四分之一波長。導電帶500可為金屬材質或其他導電材質。在此,導電帶500是設置在錶帶700內層,而不會與人體直接接觸,以避免受到人體影響而干擾訊號。
如圖11與圖12所示,相較於如圖1所示之實施例之訊號品質(虛線),如圖10所示之實施例之天線效率(實線)較佳。
圖13為依據本案又再一實施例之接地環300之立體示意圖。如圖13所示,相較於前述實施例,本實施例之接地環300可向內延伸,形同如中央具有開口330之板體。開口330可避免接地環影響天線訊號,同時還可設置其他功能模組,如無線充電模組及心率監測模組等,可充分利用殼體600內的有限空間。
綜上所述,藉由應用本案之一實施例,可利用無線通訊裝置本身之殼體600的導電部分作為天線之用,而能有效利用殼體600內部空間,同時因無需額外增加天線,亦可降低生產成本。
雖然本案已以實施方式揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本案,任何熟習此技藝者,在不脫離本案之精神和範圍內,當可作各種之更動與潤飾,因此本案之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。
Claims (10)
- 一種無線通訊裝置,包含:一電路板,包含一無線通訊電路,該無線通訊電路具有一訊號發送端與一接地端;及一環圈天線,包含一導電環、一饋入部、一第一短路部及一第二短路部,該饋入部連接於該導電環與該訊號發送端之間,該第一短路部與該第二短路部連接於該導電環與該接地端之間,其中該第一短路部相距於該饋入部對應該環圈天線之操作頻率之0.1倍波長內,該第二短路部相距於該饋入部對應該環圈天線之操作頻率之0.5倍波長內。
- 如請求項1所述之無線通訊裝置,其中該第一短路部或該第二短路部更包含一匹配元件,該匹配元件為至少一電容或至少一電感。
- 如請求項1所述之無線通訊裝置,其中該導電環之垂直投影位於該電路板之垂直投影的外側。
- 如請求項1所述之無線通訊裝置,其中該環圈天線與該電路板位於不同平面。
- 如請求項1所述之無線通訊裝置,更包含一接地環,該接地環設置於該電路板之周圍。
