Description

靠墊製造方法及其結構
本發明係關於一種採用交聯發泡材料及合成泡棉製成一靠墊之方法及其結構,並藉由交聯發泡材料使靠墊更具有良好的支撐力及韌性及強度,更藉由中間層的合成泡棉與交聯發泡材料的搭配,則使靠墊具有良好的支撐散壓能力。
由於社會型態的轉變,現代人普遍缺乏運動,而且經常在一段長時間內維持同一種姿勢,長久下來容易發生腰痠背痛的毛病。除了定時活動四肢舒展筋骨之外,保持正確的姿勢以及如何使身體獲得適當的支撐,減輕壓力都是可以預防上述問題產生的方法。基於保健和舒適的目的,日常生活中到處可以看到多種用於支撐人體使用的具軟性墊體,例如:泡棉腰墊、座墊、靠墊和枕墊。
已知的具軟性墊體透過不同的材料以及結構設計實現支撐、散壓的功效,一般的軟性墊體,多利用海綿或發泡物質所製成,其支撐度依各種材質的不同而有所不同。目前市面上能依據身體不同部位,提供不同支撐外型的墊體材質,常見者為PU材質所製。另外,該PU材質所製的墊體,其墊體的支撐度較低,墊體易過於柔軟且容易變形,故難以對整個身體要提供一適度的支撐度,因此習用軟性墊體在使用上仍有不足之 處。
由此可知,由於交聯發泡材料具有重量輕、結構支撐力強、具良好之韌性、容易加工等特色,故若是將採用交聯發泡材料及合成泡棉製成一靠墊,將能夠增加靠墊的支撐力,以避免因過軟而變形的情況發生,同時做為中間層的合成組合泡棉更能夠具有其散壓緩衝的功效,如此應為一最佳解決方案。
本發明即在於提供一種靠墊製造方法及其結構,係藉由交聯發泡材料使靠墊更具有良好的支撐力,且藉由中間層的合成泡棉與交聯發泡材料的搭配,則使整體靠墊除了具有支撐外同時具有良好的散壓能力。
可達成上述靠墊製造方法及其結構,其方法為1.利用已交聯發泡後的交聯發泡聚乙烯(PE)或交聯發泡聚丙烯(PP)材料,製成片體結構,其中發泡倍數為3~30倍,發泡成型厚度為3~10mm,而發泡後之片體結構則做為一外層使用;2.將PU泡棉粉碎並加入膠合劑後,則進一步進行壓縮為一片體結構,而壓縮後之片狀結構則做為一中間層使用;3.之後,再一次利用已交聯發泡後的交聯發泡聚乙烯(PE)或交聯發泡聚丙烯(PP)材料,製成片體結構,其中發泡倍數為3~30倍,發泡成型厚度為3~10mm,而發泡後之片體結構則做為一內層使用;4.再透過黏膠貼合的方式,將外層、中間層及內層貼合成多層結構;以及5.最後將多層結構放置於一烘烤箱中加熱,使內、外層片體結構達 到柔軟狀態,然後取出置於成型模具中加壓同時冷卻塑形成有弧度的靠墊體,使能適形於人體之腰部、頸部、背部及頭部的支撐靠枕。
更具體的說,所述成型靠墊能夠成型具有符合人體腰部、背部、頸部或頭部的曲線弧度。
更具體的說,所述交聯發泡材料發泡成型的內層及外層的發泡倍數以3倍~8倍為最佳。
更具體的說,所述多層結構置入模具的烘烤溫度為150℃~180℃。
更具體的說,所述靠墊製造方法,更包含一於內層表面表面結合有一層吸震散壓層之步驟,係將吸震散壓層透過膠黏方式貼合於內層表面。
更具體的說,所述吸震散壓層係為凝膠、記憶泡棉或泡棉其中之一或其組合物。
而本發明之靠墊結構,係包含:一內層,係為交聯發泡材料經由發泡倍數3倍~30倍所製成的片體結構,且其厚度為3~10mm;一外層,係為交聯發泡材料經由發泡倍數3倍~30倍所製成的片體結構,且其厚度為3~10mm;以及一中間層,係為合成泡棉成型為片體結構,係將中間層結合於該內層與該外層之間,且該內層及外層的結構硬度大於中間層,以形成兩硬層夾持一軟層的結構的多層結構。
更具體的說,所述交聯發泡材料係為交聯發泡聚乙烯(PE)或是交聯發泡聚丙烯(PP)。
更具體的說,所述中間層可以PU泡棉或EVA發泡材料替代。
更具體的說,所述中間層可為多層結構。
更具體的說,所述中間層之厚度可大於內、外層片體結構之厚度。
而本發明之靠墊結構係具有另一種實施結構,該靠墊結構包括:一內層,係為交聯發泡材料經由發泡倍數3倍~30倍所製成的片體結構,該內層片體厚度為3~10mm;一外層,係為交聯發泡材料經由發泡倍數3倍~30倍所製成的片體結構,該外層片體厚度為3~10mm;以及一中間層,係為合成泡棉成型為片體結構,係將中間層結合於該內層與該外層之間,且該內層及外層的結構硬度大於中間層,以形成兩硬層夾持一軟層的結構的多層結構;一吸震散壓層,該吸震散壓層係與內層相結合。
更具體的說,所述內層係能夠形成有至少一個凹口,並於該凹口中置入一吸震散壓層。
更具體的說,所述吸震散壓層係結合於內層的表面。
更具體的說,所述吸震散壓層係為凝膠、記憶泡棉或PU泡棉其中之一或其組合物。

有關於本發明之前述及其他技術內容、特點與功效,在以下配合參考圖式之較佳實施例的詳細說明中,將可清楚的呈現。
請參閱第8圖,為本發明靠墊製造方法及其結構之製造流程圖,由圖中可知,其步驟為:1.利用已交聯發泡後的交聯發泡聚乙烯(PE)或交聯發泡聚丙烯(PP)材料,製成片體結構,其中發泡倍數為3~30倍,發泡成型厚度為3~10mm,而發泡後之片體結構則做為一外層使用801;該交聯發泡材料發泡成型的內層之發泡倍數以3倍~8倍為最佳;2.將PU泡棉粉碎並加入膠合劑後,則進一步進行壓縮為一片體結構,而壓縮後之片狀結構則做為一中間層使用802;3.之後,再一次利用已交聯發泡後的交聯發泡聚乙烯(PE)或交聯發泡聚丙烯(PP)材料,製成片體結構,其中發泡倍數為3~30倍,發泡成型厚度為3~10m/m,而發泡後之片體結構則做為一外層使用803;該交聯發泡材料發泡成型的內層之發泡倍數以3倍~8倍為最佳; 4.再透過黏膠貼合的方式,將外層、中間層及內層貼合成多層結構804;以及5.最後,將多層結構放置於一烘烤箱中加熱,使內、外層片體結構達到柔軟狀態,然後取出置於成型模具中加壓同時冷卻塑形成有弧度的靠墊體,使能適形於人體之腰部、頸部、背部及頭部的支撐靠枕805;若是模具的造型為符合人體腰部之曲線弧度,所製出靠墊即會具有符合人體腰部的曲線弧度,同理,若使用符合人體背部、頸部或頭部之曲線弧度的模具,將能夠使製出之靠墊會具有符合人體背部、頸部或頭部的曲線弧度。
而上述方法中,內層及外層片體結構之發泡成型厚度為3~15mm,其中發泡成型厚度為5~10mm為最佳。
而搭配上述方法所製成之靠墊結構如第1圖所示,靠墊結構1係包含一內層11、一外層12以及一中間層13,其中該內層11與外層12係為交聯發泡材料經由發泡倍數3倍~30倍所製成的片體結構,該內層及外層的厚度為3~10mm,而該中間層13係為合成泡棉成型為片體結構,並將中間層13結合於該內層11與該外層12之間,且由於內層11及外層12的結構硬度係大於中間層13,如此將會形成兩硬層夾持一軟層的結構的多層結構;由圖中可知,中間層13之厚度大於內層11與外層12之厚度,由於交聯發泡材料經過發泡後之硬度較高,故能夠提供穩定的支撐力,且使靠墊結構1不易變型,因此將能夠使該靠墊結構1與人體腰部、背部、頸部或頭部產生更好的密接支撐;另外如第1圖所示,即使內層11與外層12之厚度較小,對整體支撐度亦不會有很大的影響,而該中間層13之厚度較 大,亦能夠增加散壓及緩衝的功效,因此當使用者靠於該靠墊結構1之內層11表面上時,下壓的力量將會透過內層11傳到中間層13,而該中間層13將會傳遞力量至該外層12,由於該外層12的硬度足夠,故力量會再由外層12反彈至該中間層13,因此,使用者所施與的力量由於內層11與外層12的支撐力夠,故不會導致靠墊結構1因壓力變型,同時再由該中間層13進行壓力分散與緩衝,將能夠帶給使用者較舒適的感覺。
本發明所使用之交聯發泡材料係為交聯發泡聚乙烯(PE)或是交聯發泡聚丙烯(PP),該材料係具有良好的軔性、強度和支撐性,耐用,重量輕且環保;而中間層13除了使用合成泡棉之外,更能夠以PU泡棉或EVA發泡材料替代,其中合成組合泡棉係指將泡棉的碎片均勻切割後,加黏膠及加壓後形成密度較高之泡棉材料,並可再削成片狀。
另外,能夠於該內層11的表面上結合一層吸震散壓層14,如第2圖所示,該吸震散壓層14係為固體凝膠、記憶泡棉或PU泡棉其中之一或其組合物,因此當使用者躺於該吸震散壓層14表面上時,由於該吸震散壓層14具有優異的散壓緩衝功效,再配合下方的內層11、外層12以及中間層13,當使用者靠於其上之時,可以提供優異的散壓緩衝效果以及良好的軔性、強度和支撐性,而若該吸震散壓層14係為凝膠所製成,由於凝膠具有清涼和涼爽特性,故更能提供舒適的體感。
另外,能夠於該內層11的表面上形成有至少一個凹口111,並於凹口111中置入一吸震散壓層15,如第3A圖及第3B圖所示,則是對應人體腰部而形成了兩個凹口,其中一個凹口(未見於圖中)已塞入一吸震散壓層,而另一個凹口111則是未塞入吸震散壓層15,而兩個吸震散壓 層15主要用意是為了增加局部的散壓緩衝效果,因此當使用者靠於該靠墊結構1上時,人體的腰窩位置將能夠靠於該吸震散壓層15上,由於內層11仍然是有點硬度的結構,因此相較於直接與該內層11表面接觸,若是身體局部部位與該吸震散壓層15接觸,將能夠使局部散壓緩衝效果達到最佳。
另外,如第3A圖所設置之結構,若要使用凝膠做為吸震散壓層,由於凝膠材料之特性,必須要搭配一定型材料,如第4圖所示,該吸震散壓層16則是由凝膠161與泡棉162所組成,該凝膠161則是附著於該泡棉162表面,以形成該吸震散壓層16,而該吸震散壓層16則能夠直接置於該凹口111內。
另外,除了上述由凝膠161與泡棉162所組成的吸震散壓層16之外,如第5圖所示,亦能夠將泡棉171中央挖出一凹口1711,而該凝膠172則是直接填入該凹口1711內,以形成該吸震散壓層17,而該吸震散壓層17係直接與該內層11的表面上結合。
上述的五個實施例之靠墊結構1皆是以腰靠墊做為實施說明,對應第9圖之人體結構圖,做為腰靠墊之靠墊結構1係於使用時,能夠穩合於人體4之腰椎44的曲線弧度,但除了腰靠墊之外,亦能夠成型為一背靠墊、頸靠墊或是頭靠墊,如第6圖所示,該靠墊結構2係為一頭靠墊,該靠墊結構2亦具有內層21、外層22及中間層23,而做為頭靠墊之靠墊結構2係於使用時,對應第9圖,係能夠穩合於人體4之頭部41的曲線弧度,另外,如第7圖所示,該靠墊結構3係為一頸靠墊,該靠墊結構3亦具有內層31、外層32及中間層33,而做為頸靠墊之靠墊結構2係於使用時,對應第9圖,係能夠穩合於人體4之頸椎42的曲線弧度;另外,本 申請案亦能形成一穩合於人體4之背部43的曲線弧度之背靠墊使用。
本發明所提供之一種靠墊製造方法及其結構,與其他習用技術相互比較時,優點如下:
1.本發明係使用交聯發泡材料做為內層與外層,由於交聯發泡材料具有重量輕、結構支撐力強、成本低等特色,因此當交聯發泡材料結合一合成泡棉製成一靠墊時,將能夠增加靠墊的軔性、強度和支撐力,如此將能夠避免因過軟而變形的情況發生,同時做為中間層的合成泡棉更能夠具有其散壓緩衝的功效。
2.本發明能夠使用符合人體背部、頸部或頭部之曲線弧度的模具,以製出之靠墊會具有符合人體背部、頸部或頭部的曲線弧度。
藉由以上較佳具體實施例之詳述,係希望能更加清楚描述本發明之特徵與精神,而並非以上述所揭露的較佳具體實施例來對本發明之範疇加以限制。相反地,其目的是希望能涵蓋各種改變及具相等性的安排於本發明所欲申請之專利範圍的範疇內。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種靠墊製造方法,其方法為:利用已交聯發泡後的交聯發泡聚乙烯(PE)或交聯發泡聚丙烯(PP)材料的片體結構,其中發泡倍數為3~8倍,厚度為3~10mm,做為一外層使用;將PU泡棉粉碎並加入膠合劑後,則進一步進行壓縮為一片體結構,而壓縮後之片狀結構則做為一中間層使用,該中間層厚度大於內層及外層;之後,再一次利用已交聯發泡後的PE或PP材料的片體結構,而發泡倍數為3~8倍,厚度為3~10mm,做為一內層使用;再透過黏接貼合方式,將該中間層結合於該內層與該外層之間,以使外層、中間層及內層貼合成多層結構;以及最後,將多層結構放置於一烤箱中加熱使內、外層達到柔軟狀態,然後取出置於成型模具中加壓同時冷卻塑形成有弧度的靠墊體,使能適形於人體之腰部、頸部、背部及頭部的支撐靠枕。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之靠墊製造方法,更包含一於內層表面表面結合有一層吸震散壓層之步驟,係將吸震散壓層透過膠黏方式貼合於內層表面,該吸震散壓層係為凝膠、記憶泡棉或泡棉其中之一或其組合物。
  3. 一種靠墊結構,係包含:一內層,係為交聯發泡材料經由發泡倍數3倍~8倍所製成的片體結構;一外層,係為交聯發泡材料經由發泡倍數3倍~8倍所製成的片體結構;以及 一中間層,係為PU泡棉粉碎並加入膠合劑加壓形成的合成泡棉,為片體結構,係將中間層結合於該內層與該外層之間,且該內層及外層的結構硬度大於中間層,中間層的厚度大於內層及外層,以形成兩硬層夾持一軟層的結構的多層結構,該多層結構經烤箱加熱置於成型模具中加壓同時冷卻塑形成與人體之腰部、頸部、背部及頭部的身體曲線。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之靠墊結構,其中該交聯發泡材料係為交聯發泡聚乙烯(PE)或是交聯發泡聚丙烯(PP)其中之一。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之靠墊結構,其中該中間層可為多層結構。
  6. 一種靠墊結構,包括:一內層,係為交聯發泡材料經由發泡倍數3倍~8倍所製成的片體結構;一外層,係為交聯發泡材料經由發泡倍數3倍~8倍所製成的片體結構;以及一中間層,係為PU泡棉粉碎並加入膠合劑加壓形成的合成泡棉,為片體結構,係將中間層結合於該內層與該外層之間,且該內層及外層的結構硬度大於中間層,中間層的厚度大於內層及外層,以形成兩硬層夾持一軟層的結構的多層結構,該多層結構經烤箱加熱置於成型模具中加壓同時冷卻塑形成與人體之腰部、頸部、背部及頭部的身體曲線;一吸震散壓層,該吸震散壓層係與內層相結合。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之靠墊結構,其中該內層係能夠形成有至少一個凹口,並於該凹口中置入一吸震散壓層。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之靠墊結構,其中該吸震散壓層係為凝膠、記憶泡棉或PU泡棉其中之一或其組合物。
