Description

食品填充密封容器之製造方法
本發明係關於對容器本體填充食品後,將容器蓋熱封而密封之食品填充密封容器之製造方法。
先前以來,作為飲料容器、酸奶容器、定量餐點容器、杯麵等食品用容器,多使用拉伸強度、耐熱性、耐光性、成形性、表面光澤性優良之苯乙烯均聚物等所謂一般用聚苯乙烯系樹脂(GPPS:General Purpose Polystyrene,通用聚苯乙烯),或對GPPS調配SBR、BR等橡膠而改善其脆性之耐衝擊性聚苯乙烯(HIPS:High Impact Polystyrene,耐衝擊性聚苯乙烯)。作為貼合於此種聚苯乙烯系樹脂容器之開口部之用以密閉之蓋材,使用以鋁箔為基材,於其表面設有用以與容器接著之密封劑層等之鋁積層體。將從此種鋁積層體衝切成蓋之展開形之小片鋁蓋材,成形為端部回折之附有邊緣之形狀,並密封於容器之開口部。此種鋁製蓋封閉性優良,揭開時之穩定性優良,且被供給至容器之開口部時靜電附著物較少因而片材進給性良好,因此被經常使用。另,鋁製蓋當設有彎折周緣部而成形之邊緣時,其維持彎折變形之形態之性質優良,即所謂保形性優良。因此,直接從容器飲用所填充之飲料時,容器開口附近與嘴接觸的部分可良好保持在以蓋之端部被覆之狀態,故可防止容器開口附近之污染,不僅衛生上優良,外觀上亦優良,因此至今為止為人所偏好使用。
但,現今已發生多起異物混入加工食品容器內之事故,必須檢討安全對策,然而使用此種鋁製蓋之容器,由於無法使用檢查製品全體之金屬探知機,因此有無法檢測出可能混入釘子、釘書針、成形品脫模刀破碎之碎片、螺栓或螺母、金屬線、彈簧等金屬類之問題。另,具有該等鋁製蓋之容器需要各自分別回收鋁製蓋與聚苯乙烯等之合成樹脂製容器本體,而有回收性低之缺點。
作為如此先前之鋁製蓋之代替,例如已有提案一種蓋材,其係在設有包含高密度聚苯乙烯與聚丙烯系聚合體之中心層、及於該中心層兩側包含高密度聚苯乙烯之被覆層之複合薄膜之基材兩側,積層耐熱性薄膜而形成積層基材,而於該積層基材之下面,將設有密封劑層之積層材料衝切成特定形狀而成(參照專利文獻1)。另,本申請人等提案有一種密封容器,其係將以基於ASTM-D3763之落錘衝擊試驗方法所測定之150 μm厚度之片材之傳播能量為0.015 J以上之聚苯乙烯系樹脂片材利用冷成形而得之具保形性者(參照專利文獻2~6)。
另一方面,提案有一種方法,其係使用在容器本體之凸緣上面具有突起狀熱封線之容器,或在容器本體之凸緣上面之中心具有線狀之槽之容器,將容器蓋熱封者(參照專利文獻7及8),專利文獻7所記載之容器係當內容物發酵之情形下,使容器內外通氣而防止其完全被密封者,專利文獻8所記載之容器係將空氣導入未連通於容器內外之槽內而防止密封不良,且易剝離鋁蓋者。

使用如上述之熱塑性樹脂製之容器蓋,將留下含氣部分而填充食品之容器本體熱封而加以密封之食品填充密封容器,由於隨著環境變化(溫度或氣壓之變化)會使得密封容器內之空氣膨脹、收縮,而有形狀改變到損害外觀的程度之情形。即,存在於熱封時被加熱之密封容器內之空氣在之後會收縮,使得容器蓋凹陷變形,此外,密封容器長時間暴露於高溫下或大氣壓下降,存在於密封容器內之空氣可能會膨脹而使容器蓋鼓起,若是剛性高之熱塑性樹脂製之容器蓋則不會均一鼓起,而會產生起伏或反曲變形,有損外觀,因而使得商品之價值下降。
本發明之課題係提供一種密封後不會因容器內空氣之膨脹、收縮而導致容器蓋變形之商品價值高之食品填充密封容器之製造方法。
本發明者等為解決上述問題而進行積極研討的結果發現,使用熱封時容器內之空氣可逸出到外部之構造之容器本體或容器蓋,即,使用於密封面具有凹凸之容器本體或容器蓋進行熱封,在熱封時容器內之空氣會被排出到外部,使殘留於密封容器內之空氣量減少,可防止因密封容器內空氣之膨脹、收縮而導致容器蓋變形,於是完成本發明。
即,本發明係關於(1)一種食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其特徵在於,其係對熱塑性樹脂製容器本體填充食品後,將熱塑性樹脂製容器蓋熱封而密封者,且使用於密封面具有凹凸之容器本體或容器蓋;(2)如上述(1)之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其中使用於密封面不具有凹凸之容器本體及於密封面具有凹凸之容器蓋;(3)一種食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其特徵在於,其係對耐熱性樹脂製、金屬製或紙製之容器本體填充食品後,將熱塑性樹脂製容器蓋熱封而密封者,且使用於密封面具有凹凸之容器蓋;(4)如上述(1)~(3)中任一項之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其中於密封面具有凹凸之容器本體或容器蓋,係於密封面上不具有凹凸之容器本體或於容器蓋之密封面上形成凹凸而予以製作;(5)如上述(1)~(3)中任一項之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其中於密封面具有凹凸之容器本體或容器蓋,係與容器本體或容器蓋之成形之同時形成凹凸而製作;(6)如上述(1)~(3)中任一項之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其中於密封面具有凹凸之容器蓋係使用具有凹凸之片材而製作;(7)如上述(1)~(6)中任一項之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其中凹凸之高度為0.05~1.5 mm;(8)如上述(1)~(7)中任一項之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其係加壓容器蓋之密封面內側之蓋中央部進行熱封;(9)如上述(1)~(8)中任一項之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其中使用超音波密封裝置而進行熱封;(10)如上述(9)之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其中超音波密封裝置之焊頭具備加溫機構;(11)如上述(1)~(11)中任一項之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其中在將容器本體於上下方向壓縮之狀態下進行密封。
另,本發明係關於(12)一種食品填充密封容器,其特徵在於,其係藉由上述(1)~(11)中任一項之製造方法所製造者,且其容器蓋之中央部凹陷;(13)如上述(12)之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其中容器內成為負壓;(14)一種容器本體,其特徵在於,其係利用熱封而以容器蓋加以密封之熱塑性樹脂製者,且具有在密封面上於周方向隔以間隔而設之突起;(15)如上述(14)之容器本體,其中突起之高度為0.05~1.5 mm。
再者,本發明係關於(16)一種容器蓋,其特徵在於,其係利用熱封而密封容器本體之熱塑性樹脂製者,且於密封面具有凹凸;(17)如上述(16)之容器蓋,其中凹凸之高度為0.05~1.5 mm;(18)如上述(16)或(17)之容器蓋,其係使用具有凹凸之片材而製作;(19)如上述(16)~(18)中任一項之容器蓋,其係使用聚苯乙烯系樹脂以冷成形製作之具備頂板部及邊緣部且具有保形性之蓋;(20)如上述(16)~(18)中任一項之容器蓋,其係圓頂型蓋。
根據本發明之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,可得到密封後容器蓋亦不會變形,且填充有食品之商品價值高之密封容器。
作為本發明之第1食品填充密封容器之製造方法,係於熱塑性樹脂製之容器本體中留下含氣部分而填充食品後,將熱塑性樹脂製之容器蓋熱封而密封之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,只要是使用於密封面具有凹凸之容器本體或容器蓋之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,則無特別限制,亦可使用於密封面具有凹凸之容器本體及容器蓋。
此處,所謂密封面之凹凸,是指對容器本體載置容器蓋時,可於凹凸之間形成連通容器內外之間隙之凹凸,例如於不具有凹凸之密封面上隨機或隔以特定間隔形成之突起或凹坑(槽),或於密封面本身於圓周方向形成之起伏,由密封性之點而言,以設於不具有凹凸之密封面之突起較佳。該凹凸可以是對容器本體載置容器蓋時於密封面間足以形成空氣通路之凹凸,作為突起或凹坑之高度(深度),以0.05~1.5 mm較佳,0.1~0.8 mm更佳,0.1~0.6 mm尤佳。作為突起或凹坑之形狀無特別限制,可示例如縱剖面為半圓形、三角形、四角形等之突起或凹坑。即使於密封面上設置如此之凹凸,凹凸亦不會因熱塑性樹脂熔融而消失,不會降低商品價值。再者,於容器本體或容器蓋上設置凹坑之情形時,為使容器內之空氣排出到外部,係以貫通於容器本體或容器蓋之密封面半徑方向之方式設置。
具體言之,例如可於容器本體之密封面上,設置複數處(例如4~16處)之半徑0.3~2.0 mm左右、高度0.05~1.5 mm之半圓球之突起,或寬度0.1~1.0 mm左右、高度0.05~1.5 mm之設於半徑方向之線狀突起,或寬度0.1~1.0 mm左右、高度(深度)0.05~1.5 mm之貫穿半徑方向而設之線狀槽。另,可於容器蓋之圓形密封面上,設置複數處之半徑0.3~2.0 mm左右、高度0.05~1.5 mm之半圓球之突起,或寬度0.1~1.0 mm左右、高度0.05~1.5 mm之半徑方向而設之線狀突起,或寬度0.1~1.0 mm左右、高度(深度)0.05~1.5 mm之貫穿於半徑方向而設之線狀槽。
突起或槽之數量無特別限制,但數量越多越需要較大能量進行密封(熔接),於是密封時間變長,因而形成於容器本體及密封面間可維持較長之間隙,能使更多容器內之空氣散逸,因此以4個以上較佳,8~32個更佳。
如上述,本發明之食品填充密封容器之製造方法中,雖可使用於密封面具有凹凸之容器本體及/或容器蓋,但使用於密封面不具有凹凸之容器本體及於密封面具有凹凸之容器蓋較佳。雖然即使於容器本體之密封面上設有凹凸之情形下,其凹凸亦不會因熱塑性樹脂熔融而幾乎消失,但設於容器蓋側更可使容器本體之密封面保持無凹凸之狀態,因此例如直接將嘴靠著容器本體而飲食時不會有不適感,可保持飲食時頻繁進入眼中之容器本體之美觀。再者,所謂於密封面不具有凹凸,是指於密封面不具有可形成連通容器內外之間隙之凹凸(於圓周方向不具有凹凸),且不僅是前述密封面平坦者,只要是不具有如前述之凹凸,例如密封面鼓起成剖面圓弧狀者,亦包含在內。
於上述密封面具有凹凸之熱塑性樹脂製容器本體,例如可藉由於密封面不具有凹凸之容器本體之密封面上形成凹凸而製作。具體言之,可利用以下方法製作:對不具有凹凸之密封面熔接熱塑性樹脂而形成突起之方法;或從不具有凹凸之密封面之背側加壓而於密封面之表側形成突起之方法;或藉由削除不具有凹凸之密封面之一部分而形成凹坑之方法;或將表面為凹凸形狀之樹脂熔融構件加壓於不具有凹凸之密封面上而形成凹凸之方法。另,於密封面具有凹凸之容器本體,亦可藉由與容器本體之成形同時形成凹凸而製作。再者,容器本體可使用射出成形、吹塑成形等眾所周知之成形方法而成形。
於上述密封面具有凹凸之熱塑性樹脂製容器蓋,例如可利用於密封面不具有凹凸之容器蓋之密封面上形成凹凸而製作,具體言之,可與容器本體相同,利用以下方法製作:對不具有凹凸之密封面熔接熱塑性樹脂而形成突起之方法;或從不具有凹凸之密封面之背側加壓而於密封面之表側形成突起之方法;或藉由削除不具有凹凸之密封面之一部分而形成凹坑之方法;或將表面為凹凸形狀之樹脂熔融構件加壓於不具有凹凸之密封面上而形成凹凸之方法而製作。另,於密封面具有凹凸之容器蓋,亦可藉由與容器蓋之成形同時形成凹凸而製作,再者,使用片材成形之情形時,亦可使用具有凹凸之片材而製作。
本發明之熱塑性樹脂製之容器本體或熱塑性樹脂製之容器蓋,是指以熱塑性樹脂為主體之容器本體或容器蓋,此外,亦可具有含熱塑性樹脂以外的成份之抗靜電層、阻氣層、印刷層等。作為該容器本體及容器蓋之主成份之熱塑性樹脂,可示例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、AS樹脂、ABS樹脂等先前眾所周知之熱塑性樹脂。容器本體及容器蓋之製作所使用之熱塑性樹脂之種類可各不相同,但由回收性之點而言以同種類的樹脂較佳。具體言之,作為本發明之熱塑性樹脂製之容器本體或熱塑性樹脂製之容器蓋,可較佳示例如日本特開2004-74795號公報、日本特開2004-74796號公報、日本特開2004-75196號公報、日本特開2004-75197號公報、日本特開2004-154957號公報所記載之含聚苯乙烯系樹脂之容器本體,及使用聚苯乙烯系樹脂片材以冷成形所製作之、具備頂板部及邊緣部且具有保形性之容器蓋。再者,於利用冷成形所製作之容器蓋上形成凹凸之情形時,例如可於日本特開2004-154957號公報中之成形器及/或蓋壓回用活塞預先形成凹凸,而與容器蓋之冷成形之同時於容器蓋上形成凹凸。
作為本發明之食品填充密封容器之製造方法之熱封方法,只要是將容器本體及/或容器蓋之熱塑性樹脂熱熔融而密封(熱熔接)之方法則無特別限制,例如可示例如熱板密封法、熱風密封法、高頻率密封法、超音波密封法,而由密封性等之點而言,以超音波密封法較佳。本發明之食品填充密封容器之製造方法中,由於採用容器本體或容器蓋之密封面具有凹凸而使容器內之空氣可逸出到外部之構造,因此可在與該熱封之同時使空氣逸出到容器外,使得殘留於容器內之空氣量減少,故可防止容器蓋於密封後變形。
另,進行該熱封時,藉由加壓容器蓋之密封面內側之蓋中央部而熱封,可將更多空氣排出容器外,而可更確實防止密封後容器蓋變形。具體言之,例如使用焊頭之中央部(對應於容器蓋之中央部)具有凸部之熱封裝置進行熱封較佳。
另,進行超音波密封之情形時,使用具備加溫機構之焊頭進行密封較佳,藉此,容器內之空氣會因焊頭之熱而被加熱並膨脹,因此其膨脹部分之空氣亦可排出容器外,可更減少殘留於容器內之空氣量。作為焊頭之加溫機構,例如可舉出配設於焊頭周圍之環狀空氣噴吹管。焊頭周圍之環狀空氣噴吹管一般係用以防止焊頭過熱而設者,但本發明中則是利用此而噴吹熱風或溫風,而可增大本發明之作用效果。
再者,於密封時,以於上下方向壓縮容器本體之狀態進行密封為佳,作為其壓縮量,例如為0.3~3.0 mm左右。即,於熱封裝置之焊頭及容器載置台(容器台)上將容器本體從上下加壓,並於密封時壓縮容器本體,藉此可排出容器內更多之空氣。
作為本發明之第2食品填充密封容器之製造方法,係對耐熱性樹脂製、金屬製或紙製之容器本體填充食品後,將熱塑性樹脂製容器蓋熱封而密封之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,只要是使用於密封面具有凹凸之容器蓋之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,則無特別限制,至於密封面上具有凹凸之容器蓋或熱封方法,與上述第1製造方法所說明者相同。本發明之第2食品填充密封容器之製造方法中,容器本體為耐熱性樹脂製、金屬製或紙製之容器本體,且以各個材料為主體之容器。所謂耐熱性樹脂,是指不受熱封時之熱影響之具有耐熱性之樹脂,具體言之,係於熱封時不會軟化熔融之熱塑性樹脂,或於熱封時不會熱分解之熱硬化性樹脂。具體言之,作為本發明之第2食品填充密封容器之製造方法中可使用之容器本體及容器蓋,可較佳示例如日本特開2005-40096號公報所記載之鋁容器本體,及含熱塑性樹脂之圓頂型容器蓋。再者,為使提高密封性,亦可於容器本體之密封面設置會在熱封時熔融之熱塑性樹脂層。
利用上述本發明之第1及第2食品填充密封容器之製造方法所製造之食品填充密封容器,其容器蓋之中央部凹陷,容器內成負壓。由此,即使發生氣壓上升或溫度下降等會造成容器蓋凹陷之環境變化,容器蓋亦不會從初始狀態顯著凹陷,再者,即使發生氣壓下降或溫度上升等會造成容器蓋膨脹之環境變化,上部空間內之空氣狀態變化首先主要將導致壓力上升,其後當該壓力變成與大氣壓相等後體積將顯著增大,故容器蓋開始膨脹,因此在一定的環境變化前容器蓋不會發生膨脹。
以下,一面參照附圖一面更具體說明本發明,但本發明之技術範圍不限於該等示例。圖1係顯示本發明之食品填充密封容器之製造方法所使用之容器本體及容器蓋之一例之概要圖。圖2(A)~(D)係顯示容器本體之密封面之凹凸變形之圖,圖3(A)~(B)係顯示容器蓋之密封面之凹凸變化之圖。另,圖4係顯示本發明之食品填充密封容器之製造方法所使用之超音波裝置之主要部之圖,圖5係圖4所示之超音波裝置之焊頭之底面圖,圖6係顯示圖4所示之超音波裝置之焊頭之變化之側視圖,圖7係本發明之食品填充密封容器之製造方法之概要說明圖。
如圖1所示,本發明之食品填充密封容器之製造方法所使用之容器本體10係例如聚苯乙烯系樹脂,具備本體部11及凸緣12,該凸緣12之上面13成為密封面。另,容器蓋20與容器本體10相同,係聚苯乙烯系樹脂,具備具有與容器本體10之凸緣12對應之凸狀外周部21之頂板部22及邊緣部23,前述凸狀外周部21之下面成為密封面。
本發明之食品填充密封容器之製造方法中,使用密封面13、24上具有凹凸之容器本體10及/或容器蓋20。例如如圖2所示,於容器本體10之密封面13,設有半球狀之突起13a(圖2(A)),或延設於密封面之半徑方向之縱剖面為四角形之長方體狀之突起13b(圖2(B)),或延設於密封面之半徑方向之縱剖面為四角形之槽13c(圖2(C)),或上下方向之彎曲13d(圖2(D))。另,如圖3所示,於容器蓋20之密封面24,設有半球狀之突起24a(圖3(A))或長方體狀之突起24b(圖3(B))。
將如上述之於密封面具有凹凸之容器本體10及容器蓋20密封而製造密封容器時,例如可使用如圖4所示之超音波密封裝置(詳細參照WO2002-072426號公報)。如圖4所示,超音波密封裝置30具備容器載置台31、配置於載置台31上方之焊頭32,於容器載置台31上設有容器固定機構33。如圖5及圖6所示,於該超音波密封裝置30之焊頭32之中央部設有凸部34,作為該凸部34之形狀,例如可舉出與容器蓋20接觸之部分為平面狀者34a(圖6(A)),或曲面狀者34b(圖6(B))。
如圖7所示,使用超音波密封裝置30對容器本體10密封容器蓋20時,首先預先將超音波密封裝置30之焊頭32加溫(圖7(a)),在將覆蓋有容器蓋20之容器本體10載置於載置台(容器台)31之狀態下,使載置台31向上方移動,與焊頭32抵接並加壓,使焊頭32之周方向之超音波旋轉振動作用,藉而進行密封(圖7(b)(c))。此時,使用中央部具有凸部之焊頭32,並將容器本體10壓縮僅d的高度而使容積減少,因此該部分之空氣會從由密封面之凹凸所形成之間隙排出。另,容器內之空氣因焊頭32之熱而被加熱膨脹,因此其膨脹部分之空氣亦被排出。藉由使容器載置台31下降,將容器從容器台壓釋放,故從壓縮變形之狀態復原且容積回復,但由於以空氣量比初期少之狀態被密封,因此容器內成為負壓,故頂部變為凹陷(圖7(d))。藉此,可防止密封封口後之容器蓋20變形。再者,此處之容器台壓,是指載置台(容器台)31向上方移動、使覆蓋有容器蓋20之容器本體10與焊頭32抵藉且被加壓時對容器蓋20及容器本體10所施加之壓力。
[實施例] [實施例1]
使用包含聚苯乙烯系樹脂之容器本體,及利用聚苯乙烯系樹脂片材以冷成形所製作之具備頂板部及邊緣部且具有保形性之容器蓋,製造成食品填充密封容器。作為本發明之實施例之容器本體及容器蓋,係使用於直徑約40 mm之密封面(凸緣上面)不具有凹凸之容器本體(具有剖面為圓弧狀密封面之容器本體),及於密封面具有向容器本體側延伸的突起之容器蓋。再者,於容器蓋上等間隔地設有16個直徑1.4 mm、高度0.8 mm之半圓球狀之突起。另,作為比較例之容器本體及容器蓋,使用除於容器蓋之密封面不設置突起外其餘皆相同構成者。
使用實施例及比較例之容器本體、容器蓋製作密封容器(樣本)。具體言之,對容器本體投入3℃之水後,利用超音波密封裝置(CYS密封測試裝置ZB-26:四國化工機(股)公司製)將容器蓋密封,製作成被密封之樣本。就經密封之樣本之內壓進行調查得知,實施例及比較例之樣本內壓差約為1.25 kPa,比較例之容器內成為正壓,而相對的,實施例之容器內成為負壓。
[試驗例1] 容器蓋膨脹抑制效果之確認
在室溫5℃之低溫室中將樣本保存6小時以上,成為穩定狀態。接著將樣本移動於室溫37℃之恒溫室並靜置,在液溫到達30℃、60分鐘前每隔15分鐘、60分鐘以後每隔30分鐘測定液溫與蓋體之高度。蓋體高度之測定係使用雷射位移計(Keyence製LK-080、解析能力0.1 μm),從正立之測定對象樣本上進行測定。具體言之,測定蓋體之中心及距離中心10 mm之周邊部4處,將以容器口部為基準之5點之平均高度設為該樣本之容器蓋中央部高度。其結果顯示於圖8。
根據圖8可知,比較例之容器在液溫到達18℃時容器蓋之中央部膨脹至容器口部高度以上,但實施例之容器在液溫到達30℃時仍維持0.9 mm之凹陷,具有抑制容器蓋膨脹現象之效果。再者,突起之高度為0.1 mm及0.6 mm之情形時亦確認具有容器膨脹現象之抑制效果。
[試驗例2] 突起數對容器膨脹抑制效果之影響
針對容器蓋之突起數為1個、4個者,亦仿照試驗例1同樣調查容器蓋膨脹之抑制效果。圖9係顯示從測定開始時之容器蓋中央部高度之位移量,即容器蓋中央部膨脹量。
根據圖9可知,突起數越多者膨脹抑制效果越大。可推斷此係因密封容器蓋時會壓扁突起而加以熔接、密封,因此突起數越多越需要較大能量,從振盪開始至密封結束所需要之時間變長,故可使更多空氣散逸,故膨脹現象抑制效果變大。
[試驗例3] 焊頭之加溫對容器蓋膨脹抑制效果之影響
針對將超音波密封裝置之焊頭加溫至40℃之情形與不加溫之情形,亦仿照試驗例1同樣調查容器蓋膨脹之抑制效果。其結果顯示於圖10。
如圖10所示可知,伴隨液溫上升之容器蓋之膨脹與未加溫焊頭者相比,加溫焊頭者之膨脹明顯變小,故可知加溫焊頭可使容器膨脹之抑制效果變得更大。

Claims (20)

  1. 一種食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其特徵在於,其係對熱塑性樹脂製容器本體填充食品後,對熱塑性樹脂製容器蓋進行熱封而密封者,且使用在將上述容器蓋載置於上述容器本體時於密封面具有可形成連通容器內外之間隙之凹凸之容器本體或容器蓋。
  2. 如請求項1之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其中使用於密封面不具有凹凸之容器本體及於密封面具有凹凸之容器蓋。
  3. 一種食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其特徵在於,其係對耐熱性樹脂製、金屬製或紙製之容器本體填充食品後,對熱塑性樹脂製容器蓋進行熱封而密封者,且使用在將上述容器蓋載置於上述容器本體時於密封面具有可形成連通容器內外之間隙之凹凸之容器蓋。
  4. 如請求項1至3中任一項之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其中於密封面具有凹凸之容器本體或容器蓋,係於密封面上不具有凹凸之容器本體或於容器蓋之密封面上形成凹凸而予以製作。
  5. 如請求項1至3中任一項之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其中於密封面具有凹凸之容器本體或容器蓋,係與容器本體或容器蓋成形之同時形成凹凸而製作。
  6. 如請求項1至3中任一項之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其中於密封面具有凹凸之容器蓋係使用具有凹凸之片材而製作。
  7. 如請求項1至3中任一項之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其中凹凸之高度為0.05~1.5mm。
  8. 如請求項1至3中任一項之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其係加壓容器蓋之密封面內側之蓋中央部進行熱封。
  9. 如請求項1至3中任一項之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其中使用超音波密封裝置而進行熱封。
  10. 如請求項9之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其中超音波密封裝置之焊頭具備加溫機構。
  11. 如請求項1至3中任一項之食品填充密封容器之製造方法,其中在將容器本體於上下方向壓縮之狀態下進行密封。
  12. 一種食品填充密封容器,其特徵在於,其係藉由請求項1至11中任一項之製造方法所製造者,且其容器蓋之中央部凹陷。
  13. 如請求項12之食品填充密封容器,其中容器內成為負壓。
  14. 一種容器本體,其特徵在於,其係利用熱封而以容器蓋加以密封之熱塑性樹脂製者,且在將上述容器蓋載置於上述容器本體時於密封面上具有可形成連通容器內外之間隙且於周方向隔以間隔而設之突起。
  15. 如請求項14之容器本體,其中突起之高度為0.05~1.5mm。
  16. 一種容器蓋,其特徵在於,其係利用熱封而密封容器本 體之熱塑性樹脂製者,且於密封面具有在將上述容器蓋載置於上述容器本體時可形成連通容器內外之間隙之凹凸。
  17. 如請求項16之容器蓋,其中凹凸之高度為0.05~1.5mm。
  18. 如請求項16或17之容器蓋,其係使用具有凹凸之片材而製作。
  19. 如請求項16或17之容器蓋,其係使用聚苯乙烯系樹脂以冷成形製作之具備頂板部及邊緣部且具有保形性之蓋。
  20. 如請求項16或17之容器蓋,其係圓頂型蓋。
