【發明領域】 本發明係關於一種電遠接哭 士塞 關裡电連接态之構造及其端子芯座之製 造方法,尤指一種利用金屬M^ 山工#广"裡〜用贪屬枓页一端直接鑲埋成型以獲得 端子芯座之製造方法。 【發明背景】 ^: ’隨著貧訊科技之不斷發展,通訊及網路電訊號之 向速、高頻之趨勢,因此對電連接器之端子品質 提出更尚之要求。尤其應用於通訊線纜及網路線纜與電子 設備間電訊連接的模組化電連接器之端子,因苴通常需要 較細長之彈性接觸端,所以在該種端子之製造過程中其共 平面,及正位度難於把握,且在成型其端子芯座的製程/中 ,該等細長狀之端子極易受到高壓模流之衝擊 偏斜、扭曲甚至斷裂等嚴重後果。與本案相 可苓見中華民國專利申請第862〇98〇7號、第862〇98〇8號及 美國專利第6, 〇22, 245號之内容。如第一圖及第二圖所示 ’金屬料帶9 0 0之兩端係牵引帶9 1 〇,二牵引帶9丨〇之間係 間隔衝製之多排端子組9 2 〇,經鑲埋成型獲得端子座9 3 〇之 過程中,該等端子920僅藉該二牵引帶910提供端子之定位 j惟’如此將導致端子座9 3 0中所收容之端子在成型之高 壓^境下產生的變形應力無法消除,待該端子座9 3 〇成型 完畢後切斷牽引帶9 1 0之同時,該等端子之變形應力即會 引起端子末端之麵曲,而無法保證較佳之共平面度,使得 產品之品質不良。 因此’需要一種全新之端子座之製造方法以克服上述
