【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,使用於汽車傳動系統之終端,係固定在輪轂上用來支持輪胎之輪箍。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種輪箍的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。本新式樣輪箍之主要特徵,呈寬幅大輪徑之運動造型,表面上包含有5個輻條單元並成星形狀排列跨越在輪圈部與軸心部之間,該等輻條單元之徑部由內往徑外方向逐漸變寬,在接近外側端部驟然變寬略成”扇形”狀。又,每一輻條單元分別自外側端往中心方向逐漸凹進,且沿輻條單元之兩側形成往深度方向傾斜的邊緣,內側端共同匯集成一個低窪棘刺狀的軸心部,及相鄰的輻條單元與輻條單元之間分別形成一個略呈”V”字形的鏤空部等。該輪箍鑄件稜角稜線格外分明,突顯出一個堅固、厚實的結構,特別展現出運動型輪箍剛勁的氣韻與豪邁的風格,整體的外觀線條舒展流暢,樣態雅緻清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「輪箍」如附圖所示,係由鋁合金等一體鑄成,基本上包括一個軸向之輪圈部與一個結合在其徑向表面的輪輻部等之構成。該輪圈部呈一具有相當寬幅之圓筒形輪廓,從側視圖看,其軸向表面上由外側往中央部形成凹凸起伏,及在軸向兩端即前後端部上分別形成一個徑圍激增之環狀突緣部。從前視圖及立體圖看,輪圈部正面在突緣部內側形成一個略低的環形凹緣部,及此凹緣部內側又形成有一個更低往中心方向突出的環部;該輪輻部,包含有5個徑向輻條單元並成星形狀排列地閉塞在該凹緣部內側的口部上。該等輻條單元之寬度分別由內側端往徑外方向逐漸變寬,在接近輪圈部之外側端驟然變寬略成”扇形”狀,端部則平齊地連接在該凹緣部相同高度之平面上。該等輻條單元分別自徑外往中心方向漸凹進,內側端在較高位置形成一個半圓形的端部,在此端部較低位置之內側又形成一個凹進略呈”U”字形的凹部,及在此凹部中各自包含一個中型沉孔。又,每一輻條單元,沿徑部自外側端兩側形成往深度方向漸傾斜、並往中心方向漸寬的”棘刺”狀的邊緣,在內側端共同匯集成一個低窪、輻射有棘刺的軸心部等。從前視圖看,相鄰的輻條單元與輻條單元之間分別形成一個略呈”V”字形、有截角狀的鏤空部,且該鏤空部外側角隅各自沿輻條單元驟然變大的端部方向延伸形成有一個凹槽。及;該軸心部中心包含一個大型圓孔徑,在其外周等距地配置5個小型圓孔徑介於該沉孔與沉孔之間,且分別對準在上述鏤空部的角落上。如上述之輪箍,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣輪箍造形考究細膩,其藉由鑄件俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is used at the end of the automobile transmission system.
